Pop up window to appear in a specific size

Hi friends,
On button click i want the pop up window to appear as per the required size ,after which i can drag and change accordingly.
This is the code i am using
DATA LO_WINDOW_MANAGER TYPE REF TO IF_WD_WINDOW_MANAGER.

lo_window->set_window_size( width = '400' height = '200' ).

presently for all set_window_size( ) settings, i am getting the same window size in the beginning but draging is working properly.
please give suggestions to generate a popup as per my window_size requirement.

I tried all these possibilities as per the above suggestd posts,then also i am getting the same.please suggest some other alternatives too,for eg, any othr methods which will meet my requirement.

Hi! i thought i'll download from the itunes store on pc for a change. But as i type my CORRECT password on pop-up window that appears everytime you download something, it says that it is accessing the itunes store and 3 seconds later it pops up the same window asking for the same password. I know my password is correct becuase as it pops up it doesn't say incorrect password in bold red, instead it is the exact same window from the previous pop-up. I tried again on my ipod while it is plugged into my comp and it works, but it seems that i cannot download and sync games from the itunes store into my ipod using pc. Please ay suggestions?

Hi ACI wonder if you can share any responses on to your question above?I too have never used a script but, I have the same problems as you in regards to building a form. And wants to have the same 'protection' and message reminders for the end users. Any information, including a script and/or a contact email of experts you can share with me will help tremendously. What is the setting- Pop up window 'Valuation' appears in Results Recording

Hi,
When i am doing Results recording in qa32, after processing all characteristics the status of all characteristics appears '5' but while saving it gives a pop-up window named 'valuation' where under 'valuate inspection point' sub screen field 'valuation' with entry 'Accept' in grey mode appears. Also a tab named 'valuation' appears on the same pop-up window with pencil symbol through with UD can be made in RR only.
What is the setting because of which this pop up window comes while saving the results recording.

I am using insp. point 200 which have default valuse in valuation tab. In functional module tab no FM are attached.
What are the setting required tobe changed in i want to use Insp. Point and do not want the Pop up window of Valuation.
In some other cases i am using point and pop up doesn't come.

How can I fix the problem of a pop up window that appears every time firefix loads titled [Javascript Application] and says "balance.balance is undefined"

The small "[Javascript Application] and balance.balance is undefined" pop up window is followed by a pop up that shows a caution sign and the number 3. They repeatedly pop back up when I click on the OK button or X, I must click them 10 times before they go away. Then Firefox seems to run normally until I exit and try to return later to Firefox.
I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it with no effect. I have also run any troubleshooter that seemed to remotely refer to this problem with no effect.
This does not happen when I load Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Except for this problem, I much prefer Firefox over either one.

How can I stop the update to Internet explorer 9 pop up window that appears every time I open my Firefox, I don't want Explorer 9. Help!

It is an annoying popup window that should not be allowed to persist I say no every time. I found a fix for it in the UK but none for Canada.

Thanks for your effort, Bob. But I havn´t even "set up" yet. I just started. And the instructions talks about "password" as well as the responds from my mac, but I do not know where to find it. It used to be, on other machines, on a label at the cover.
Nowhere can I read "you will find the password ...". And I have tried all the possible codes from the label but nothing works. // GL

Search button is non responsive in Safari and no pop up window appearing

When trying to search for a product in a page on safari, when trying to press the search button is non responsive.
Before the iOS7 update I would press the search button and a pop up window would appear.
This no longer happens, any help with this would be fanatstic - Thank you

The comments in there imply it's an issue with IE8. Have you been able to try a different browser? There is a reference to specific IE8 note

GATP check without delivery proposal (pop-up window)

Hi experts,
we have the following requirement. The customer would like to implement a gATP check for several products with a neutral product allocation check (in the current project phase). The specific requirement is, no delivery proposal pop-up window should appear if the allocation quantity is insufficient and an automatic confirmation to the requested delivery date should be taken place. The reason for this process is, we would like to see online the remaining allocation quantity in dp planning book (also negative values should be possible)
Currently, I have no idea how to implement such a requirement with standard customizing functionalities. Are there any user exits where I can switch of the delivery proposal and set the confirmation to the requested delivery date?

Hi Jens,
You can setup if the delivery proposal popup is displayed or not in transaction OVZJ in R/3. Choose e.g. setting "C".
The neutral PAL check will create "overconfirmations" in case no free PAL qty is left, which means you would get negative entries, but negative values are not displayed (if I remember correctly). You will just see a zero as remaining allocation qty.
You might use the BADI /SAPAPO/IF_ATP_REQ_ITEM_CONF Method CHANGE to set the request qty = confirmed qty, but in case of neutral checks it is not necessary as you always get a confirmation.

Auto resize a pop up window

Hi,
I have a pop up window that appears when you click on a link. The problem that i am having is that when the user does not select anything from a drop down list or inserts any comments within the pop up window, the pop window displays error messages(validation checks) which hides most of the buttons and information within the pop up.
Is there any way where the pop up can resize itself to a postion when those error messages appear so that all the information is visible without the user having to re size it themselves.

If you are not passing any values through the URL you could implenet Popup2() like this...
1. Make a display as text item and remove the label.
2. In the pre element text put
<a .href="javascript:popUp2('f?p=&APP_ID.:38:&SESSION.::NO:::', 600, 800);">Click Here</a>remove the . infront of href (the forums will filter out the link if i don't put it there)
This is a link to page 38 in your current app using your current session.
When you run your app you should see a link that says Click Here and it should create a popup window to page 38 of your application.

How to create centered pop up window

How do you get a pop up window to appear at the center of a
screen? I did it in the past on go live using an action form a 3rd
party. I don't see any placement options on the pop up window
behavior.

Pop-up Window Location

I want my pop-up window to appear near the control that summons it. I've read about this on other threads, but my implementation does not work--the pop-up always appears in the same place, and its location has nothing to do with the location of the control that summons it.
I've attached images showing the VI and its pop-up sub VI.

How to create an Interactive pop out window in inDesign CS 5?

Happy New Year everyone.
How do I create an interactive pop-out window in inDesign CS5? I want to have a filled content frame which has image, text and a border. when the user clicks on that frame, a pop-out window frame appears slightly over the previous frame in with a drop shadow fx. Then when the user clicks the pop-out window, it closes and the original content frame appears. Attached is a screenshot for reference.

For what end product? HTML? SWF? PDF? Offset print? (I don't think so, but I might as well ask.)

Create a new window and embed new view inside it.. in the view you can add the message that you want to dispaly.
In the view controller of you main window, create an action like button click and write the following code:
IWDWindowInfo windowInfo = (IWDWindowInfo) wdComponentAPI.getComponentInfo().findInWindows("WindowName");
IWDWindow window = wdComponentAPI.getWindowManager().createModalWindow(windowInfo);
window.setWindowSize(300,300);

Safari Infected by Pop up Windows - 'Dealfinder' is one

Hello to all,
System is as follows: Late 2011 iMac i5 27" Running OSX Mavericks version 10.9.3
I have since yesterday been experiencing constant pop-up windows in Safari. There are 2 types of pop-up windows; the first is a 'dealfinder' pop-up window that appears in such sites as ebay and craigslist. It will be a scrolling window just under the main picture of the item and will have options for other items on the web. There is an aditional window which rises up from the bottom left of the screen, showing 'hello kitty' handbags from different vendors. Also, when scrolling over the photos of items a text boc shows up saying 'Show More' clearly associated with this 'Dealfinder' thing. It is constant and incredibly annoying.. It is also worrying. I have been so very pleased with my iMac. It has been a workhorse and with daily use for the past 3 years has never given me any problems (my whole 'ecosystem; is Apple). Please help in getting rid of this parasitic software (or is it a virus??). I am most grateful for any assistance.

Popups and pop under ads have been around for years. But most likely, you installed adware. See Thomas Reed's adware page for removing this type of garbage.
If you've installed any software downloaded from CNET's www.downloads.com, or www.softonic.com, that's where it most certainly came from. They have both been wrapping all of the legitimate software you can obtain from them with adware installers. Avoid those sites like the plagues they have become.
