Portal Runtime Error: You must have permissions to execute this iView

I have imported Business Package for SAP CRM 4.0 50.2.4 / 60.2.3 and running it on a SAP Portal 6.0.
When I using the role com.sap.pct.crm.PortalAdmin I get the following Error Message when im accessing most of the iviews in the role:

An exception occurred while processing a request for :
iView : pcd:portal_content/com.sap.portal.migrated/ep_5.0/roles/com.sap.pct.crm.PortalAdmin/pkmadmin/indexadmin/com.sap.pct.crm.pkmadmin.IndexAdmin

The iView i want to access is the Index Administration iview and the Configuration iview belonging to the Portal KM workset.
I've found a note on exactly this problem:
Note 751217 - Not the necessary permission to execute CRM iViews
And i have done what they describe in the solution by importing the new package and give myself the PortalAdminAuthorization role.
I still get the same error message. Got any tips beside sending an OSS message?
And yes, I have checked the permission for the iviews, and i got the role super_admin_role.

Hello Sekhar,
It may be due to some authorization issues.
Run your application in the portal and at the same time check the T-Code SU53. Contact your BASIS/Security team to resolve your authorization issues.
Guess it will really solve your problem.

Error: You must have at least 1 Easy Setup File?

I just upgraded from FCE 1.0.1 to FCE HD v3.0. I have Quicktime 7.4.5 & OS X 10.4.11
When I launch, it takes forever because it's trying to load all my audio plugins into it and then at the end of that I get this error message:
Unable to start Final Cut Express HD. You must have at least 1 Easy Setup file. Please re-install Final Cut Express HD and try again.
Since it takes so long to install and I've already done it twice now...to no avail mind you...I was wondering if a guru or enlightened person would fill me in with what's going on and what I might do about it?

You may as well get rid of everything as we don't know where the problem lies.
This says FCE 2 but it is for FCE 1.0.1 as well. Remember many of the FCE 3.0 and FCE 1.0.1 files will be the same/shared.

When you reinstall, do not install FCE 1.0.1.
Simply install FCE 3.0 and you will be asked at some point for the FCE 1.0.1 serial number as well.

Portal Runtime error when click on Permissions

Hi,
I have netweaver 640 running andI have got an exception as follows:

This happen when i click on System Administration->permissions-> choose Portal Content folder and right click to open permissions.
Any idea on this. Appreciate any help.

Portal runtime error while creating rooms

Hi,
I installed collaboration and content management on my portal instance
and started basic configuration. Now while creating rooms , i get the
portal runtime error. I have enclosed the screen shot of the error.

Reporting IAC not working in MSS/Time Administrator - Portal Runtime Error

Hi Experts,
I am having some problems viewing the Report Results after executing the Reporting IAC in the MSS and TA roles.
I select a report from the list, click on Define Selection Criteria, select an employee, then the Report Result pops up in a new window. However, this is where the error occurs as the new window displays a portal runtime error.
Can anyone help me with this?

What portal version and business package are you using? What is the backend system release?
What sort of report is it?
Is your WEBGUI service activated and tested in the internal ITS?

For a more descriptive error of PRT (portal runtime errors), you can check the Portal log files;

Usually, the mostly issues related to PRT are due to JCO/System bad config or changes to app that are not working.

I am facing problem while accessing the appraisal vai portal .
Error : " You dont have authorisation for "492C3587E2AF616DE10000000A05580A0000"
1. User BASHAI and many more user was able to view the appraisal (he is the appraisee) before a change was made to User TREWAL (the appraiser) in OOSB. Since that change was made (Bashai user )he is unable to view his appraisal.
Can any body help me in this regard .what is missing here.

After Exchange 2010 SP3 upgrade, UAG publised OWA is throwing a "You do not have permissions to view this folder or page" error

We have an issue with our OWA page. We are currently publishing OWA via UAG.
We recently upgraded to Exchange 2010 SP3 and then SP3 Rollup7. Since the upgrade, we are keep getting the following error after entering our credentials on the login page. I've tried with every possible browser.
You do not have permissions to view this folder or page
Strangely enough, the mobile phones are sending and receiving emails just fine, the phones use the same OWA link, so it's not an authentication issue, the phones login into the UAG servers with no issues. I can see this on the Active Sessions screen
on Web Monitor.
I've attempted to connect to the OWA by bypassing the UAG server, so putting in the local OWA address of one of my Exchange servers, it works... so the OWA page is up and running.
No error logs get generated on Web Monitor when we receive the permission error, I think this is because it's past authentication, it's on the Exchange layer.
Any insight would be helpful? I'm assuming something changed on the Exchange side after the upgrade.
Just in case, I've upgraded the UAG and TMG servers to the latest SP and Rollup packets.
UAG > SP4
TMG > SP2 Rollup 5

I've found a solution; UAG requires Basic Authentication over OWA. For some reason Integrated Windows Authentication got turned on after the SP3 upgrade.

Turning Integrated Windows Authentication off via the Client Access OWA settings resolved the issue. Though beware, you
have do this on all your Client Access servers.

After QT7.4, AE error-you do not have permissions to open this file (-54)

Immediately after installing the QT 7.4 update, I have been unable to render (anything) in After Effects.
I get an error: After Effects error: opening movie - you do not have permissions to open this file (-54)

I have repaired permissions, downloaded the Full QT 7.4 installer, reinstalled, repaired permissions again and still the same problem. Something has changed in QT that has made AE incompatible.

Do an archive and install of your OS from the OS disc. Stop at the QT upgrade you need.

I constantly get the error "in order to write a customer review for this item you must have purchased or downloaded it first" when I'm trying to write reviews on my iPhone. Sometimes I can access iTunes via my PC and write the review on there from the App Store page, but sometimes even that doesn't work. Even though, at the top of the app's page, it says "downloaded" under the graphic. I am properly logged into iTunes, using the same email address and password I used to purchase the app. I don't understand why this is happening, it doesn't make sense. You CAN'T review applications "purchased" using a promo code. Not saying you used a promo code, but if you did, you won't be able to leave a review. If you didn't use a promo code, delete the app in question from your iTunes library, then re-download it. See if you can leave a review now.

Hello,
when I try to update an AUR package, I get the error message:
Error - all files must have permissions of 644 or 755.
How can I find out which file in the tree is causing that problem?
And what is the cleanest way to change that? Change permissions via chmod in the pkg dir?

Getting Portal runtime error

Hi Expert,
I have created 4 iviews each iview shows different features (as latest News, My Favorite etc) assigned all that to a page and that page to a role (Home).
Assigned this role to an end user and login to the portal with the end user then inside the newly created page all the above iviews are giving Portal runtime error.
When we assign super Admin role to the end user then the Portal runtime error disappear.

Hello Ravi,
As you said, if you assign super admin role, then everything is fine- this means its permission issue.
In Content Admin, right click folder in which you created iViews, pages, roles etc.
Select Open-> Permission.
Make sure there is an entry like:
Name= Everyone (Group)
Administrator = Read
End User = yes, should be Checked
If iViews , pages and roles are in different folders, you will have to check the permissions for each of those.
This must resolve the issue.
