Posting to multiple COCG accounts

Guys,
Would appreciate if anyone like to share some knowledge on this point. the case and requirement is as follow:
*1ST PART OF THIS REQUIREMENT*
Multiple Cost of Sales accounts
When goods issue is posted for a Sales Order delivery, the COGS account
is determined from the valuation class and only 1 COGS account can be
specified.
My client requires the posting to be made to multiple cost of sales accounts
based on the customer account assignment group.
The Logic for the change is as follows and needs to be inserted in the
process when the goods issue is posted for a delivery.
Logic: Determine Sold to party from delivery header, then determine the
COGS account from Customer Master field Account Assignment Group (KTGRD)
Accounts to be substituted are listed below.
Note: If a delivery has no sold to the no substitution needs to occur as
the delivery will be an intra company STO.
Customer Acct Grp                       G/L  Account
01      Domestic Revenues               450000
02      Export Revenues         460000
03      A Group                    470000
04      B Group                        470100
05      C Group             470200
*2ND PART OF THIS REQUIREMENT*
Profit center for inter company STO spares sales
The profit center is determined via the account determination for the
materials valuation class. This determination results in an inventory
posting to account 470000. The account is then linked to cost center
3540 via cost center determination. This cost center is then linked to
profit center 35100 in the cost center master record.
The issue arises when we u201Csellu201D spare parts to Australia via STO.
We require the profit center for the spares sales to be 34150.
This code should be placed after this code for issue 1 above.
This logic needs to be inserted in the process when the goods issue is
posted for an STO delivery.
IF Delivery Type = NLCC AND  Sales Org = NZ01 AND Material Group LIKE S*
THEN profit center = 34150 IF Delivery Type = NLCC AND  Sales Org = AU01
AND Material Group LIKE S* THEN profit center = 14100
PLEASE DO ADVISE IF YOU THINK IT IS POSSIBLE, IN THAT CASE WHICH LOGIC SEEMS FEASIBLE HERE.
Thanks

In OBYC GBB system picks up the COGS account where the entry needs to get posted at the time of GI (MIGO), is there any way to get G/l (COGS) accounts getting posted with ignoring valuation class which gets maintained in material master and by taking account assignment group (KNVV-KTGRD) into cosideration, where the customer number gets picked up from Delivery document's header and then further determination of the final COGS account which needs to get posted get determined from account assignment group maintained in customer master data.
Do let me know if is possible to bypass valuation class and using account assignment group process instead.
Thanks

  • FTP adapter Condition based Posting files to multiple FTP Accounts

    All,
I have a scenario where files should be posted to multiple accounts of a FTP server.
Based on sales organisation field in the idoc i need to send the files to different account folders of a FTP server.
For example if sales org is 4250 send the file to account 'ABC' of FTP server, if sales org is 2134 send file to account 'CDE' of the same FTP server.
ABC and CDE are two different folder accounts of the same FTP server.

    Hi,
By using 3 ways we can achieve this
    1. By writing OS script
    2. By creating 2 receiver communication channels, 2 Receiver Agreements and configure the Receiver determination based on conditions.
    3. By using dynamic configuration, by writing UDF in the mapping.
you can get the dynamic configuration code in this link
    http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/XI/CombiningthreedifferentaspectsofPIinoneshot
But that is not enough, you need to provide the directory dynamically for this you have to use below statement.
    DynamicConfigurationKey.create("http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/File","Directory");

  • Proces order variance settlement posting to multiple accounts in FI

    Dear,
Settlement of process order variance is controlled via GBB - AUA, where a different account can be used by valuation class. Our requirement is to post on a different account by variance category though. Any idea wheher this is possible / which user-exit?
    txs, Koen De Groote

    Hello
It is not possible to post the variances to different GL accounts. However for analysis you can take the different variances to different COPA value fields.

  • Can Multiple email accounts on Galaxy S4 sync with iCloud & non-iCloud email?

Hello… has anyone successfully set up multiple email accounts (iCloud/Yahoo/AT&T/etc.) on their Samsung Galaxy S4 Jelly Bean 4.2? I searched the forums and it has been said that configuration settings depend on the combination of wireless service provider + device model + email providers + Android version.
My S4 is from AT&T and if this scenario can't work, I have to cancel my contract in a few days (although that would be the last resort). From checking the forums, not everyone has been able to get the S4 to work with iCloud. In my case, I hope to sync up with iCloud and non-iCloud email which might be trickier.
Here is one thread that helps with settings, but doesn't seem to address multiple or non-iCloud accounts: https://discussions.apple.com/message/22435596#22435596
    Some background info…
Although Gmail just works on Android devices, I plan to primarily use Apple/Yahoo/AT&T email (at least initially).
I don’t yet have Apple mail/iCloud, but plan to. I am partially switched to the Mac (Mtn Lion), but haven’t completed the jump from Windows.
I don’t have an iPhone (so hopefully that makes the setup less complicated.)
I mostly care about email on the S4 (I’m not concerned about syncing up contacts, calendar, music, etc.).
Apologies for the long post, but hopefully I’ve included the necessary background info for the questions below:
Is it possible to setup multiple (iCloud/Yahoo/AT&T) emails on the Samsung Galaxy S4 from AT&T so that they sync nicely?
From the S4, if I reply to an email, will the Sender in the email reply be the same account which received the email? Or, (as I’ve read in the excerpt below) will the Sender for all email replies from the S4 be set from a fixed/primary account?
Although the first two questions above are the most urgent for now, I'd appreciate pointers if you see something that should be changed in the configuration settings below.
    Thanks in advance!

After spending quite some time trying to get my T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II setup with iCloud mail, this is what finally worked. Thanks to everyone for the various bits that helped lead me in the right direction. For those who need lots of detail, I hope the below helps. Please don't ask me about any other specific Android phones as I'm not expert but thought someone out there could benefit from my experience.
    INCOMING SERVER SETTINGS
User Name: username (do not enter @me,com or @mac.com)
    Password: (enter your password)
    IMAP server: imap.mail.me.com
    Security type: SSL
    Port: 993
IMAP path prefix: p##- (you can find this by checking your account settings on your Mac. Mine was p03- so that's what I entered here)
    Press NEXT
    OUTGOING SERVER SETTINGS
    SMTP server: smtp.mail.me.com
    Security type: TLS
    Port: 587
check the box next to "Require sign-in" if it's not already checked
User name: username  (do not enter @me.com or @mac.com)
    Password (enter your password)
    Press NEXT
Your phone will check the server settings and you should be able to see your email now.
And another poster provided these additional tips…
Definitely select SSL/TLS and accept all certificates
Now here's the zinger: Authentication should be LOGIN
After figuring this out, I finally (after many hours of searching and testing) got to my outgoing server settings, which are: smtp.me.com
    NONE for security type
    Tic "Require Sign-in"
    Authentication is PLAIN
And another poster's question about the Sender's email address for multiple accounts…
Managed to get this all set up however, Android only seems to allow you to send from your primary address and only reply from your primary address even if a mail was sent to one of the other addresses.
Any ideas how to get around this as I have three addresses beneath my primary which I need to both send from and reply from.

You're unlikely to find many people with experience of configuring multiple email accounts on a specific Samsung device, here on the Apple forum for an Apple service. Try the Samsung forums for help setting up your Samsung phone.
There are a few posts with general info relating to setting up an iCloud email account on Android here if you search though.

  • Multiple iCloud account on a Mac?!

    Hi and tnxs for reading.
I notice there is a post with the same subject but the core is different.
I just got an iOS device for mu job with a personal (company related) apple id and iCloud mail account.
I got my new personal apple.id and pwd.
I would like to access this email account via my Mac as-well. For this reason I added this iCloud on my Mac by using Add Account on Mail.
After having inserted my new applied and pwd I got it verified, however the Mail box for this account is not ticked. If I tick it I am prompted to write an iCloud account name @iCloud.com , with the warning that when created it cannot be modified. At this point I stopped the process.
Is there a way to have multiple  iCloud account on my Mail??
    Many tnxs.

The secondary account data I am entering is correct: it is verified during the process and accepted.
Contact, Calendar and Reminders are ticked activated.
Mail is not activated. By manually ticking Mail box I get the msg "Choose an iCloud mail name".
    I am attaching both screenshots.
    Tnxs.

can you set up multiple user accounts on one laptop?

    Of course.
And instructions can depend on which OS X is installed.
For v10.7 Lion > OS X Lion: Create a new user account
For v10.8 Mountain Lion > OS X Mountain Lion: Create a new user account
When you post for help, please state which OS X is installed.

  • How can i read multiple email accounts?

    hi,
my program is to get emails from multiple email accounts, and grab the attachments, but it doesn't work properly.
If there's only one email account, it works fine, but if there are more, it looks like that the program always goes into the first mail account to read the messages. i suspect that the 'Server' or the 'Session' are not reset before each connection, i printed out the connected 'Folder', it looks fine, but every time the 'Folder.getMessageCount()' returns the same number of messages as the first email account has.
    Here's my code:
// this is to get the folder, mostly 'inbox'
    // serverString is like: "protocol://username@host/foldername"
// all parameters are retrieved from the Database

Assuming you're passing in the right URL, I don't see the problem.
Still, try change session.getDefaultInstance to session.getInstance
and see if that helps. If not, turn on session debugging and check the
protocol trace for clues. If you still can't figure it out, post the protocol
    trace.

    If
         [email protected]
         [email protected]
         [email protected]
all should be separate mailboxes, then you need virtual domains.
If those 3 addresses can all go to the same mailbox, then you don't.
If you don't need virtual domains, then don't use them... things are simpler without that feature.
If thats the case, in the domain name field in Mail service, enter your primary domain.
You'll then need to enter your other domains via command line.
First, check your mail domain setting with:
    sudo serveradmin settings mail:postfix:mydomain
Here is how you enter more than one domain:
    - Quit the Server app
    - Issue this with your domains between the quotes
    sudo serveradmin settings mail:postfix:mydomain = "domain1.com, domain2.com"
    - Restart postfix to activate your change
    sudo postfix reload
If you open the Server app, you will notice both domains are now listed.

  • Multiple email accounts for iCal notifications

I have multiple email accounts. I would like to be able to use the email account of my preference when sending a notification for a calendar (meeting) invitation. I would like to be able to select the preferred email account for every invitation I send.
This is not possible on iCloud (never was possible on iCal either).
    Thanks

I too have the same request of Apple's programmers.  It is very nearly 2012.  I believe Outlook has had this capability for at least the latst decade.  I've spent the better part of the last two days going through every thread on these boards, and I've tried everything - none of it works.  This shouldn't be that difficult.
What I think is the problem is this:
iCal uses my "APPLE ID" email.  It is the only possible explanation because THAT is the email that iCal sends from, every time.  I've deleted that ID from my "ME" card, it's been removed from the previous recipients list, it does not exist on this computer EXCEPT for being related to my Apple ID.
Simply being able to select which email I send an invite FROM would be a huge advancement in iCal.  I have a number of calenders in iCal, most of which sync with iCloud.  I should be able to select the from email every time I set up an invite, or at least be able to select a default send from email for each calendar.  This shouldn't be rocket science.
Does Apple ever read these boards?  There are threads back to 2009!

  • Merge iweb sites from multiple user accounts on same computer

With the previous iweb version, my children created their own iweb sites on their own users, but all under my own .mac account. It worked great.
But now with the new "upgraded" iweb '08, that isn't allowed anymore.
So, I created a new user on our computer for all of us to use to maintain our multiple iweb accounts on.
How can I move multiple iweb sites from multiple users on the same computer into one user?

Each of the user's work in iWeb will be contained in a single file, Domain.sites2, which can be found in this location on the hard drive for each user account. You will need to copy all of these Domain.sites2 files to an external drive, or, at the very least, burn them to a disk to make them transferable from one user account to another. A flash drive also works great for this.
Once you have made all of these Domain files accessible from the new user account that you created, you will still have a formidable task ahead of you, i.e., publishing separate sites, from separate Domain.sites2 files, to the same .Mac account/directory. In other words, bringing all of these Domain files together for access by a single user account will not solve the problem. You may very well be able to solve the problem with things the way they are, but it will involve some shuffling of Site's files on the iDisk prior to publishing.
The method I'm going to give you has worked well for me. So far, here in the forums, I've read posts from (2) other users who were also successful. Conversely, I know of at least (3) other users who have been unsuccessful with this approach. I sure hope it works for you.
Open System Preferences and go to .Mac. Turn syncing off, if it is on, and leave it off.
Now, in Finder, navigate to the current Site files on your iDisk, following this path:
    Go/iDisk/My iDisk/Web/Sites/NameOfSiteFolder
Drag the Site folder that is named for your site, (not the directory Site folder), back one level on the iDisk, into the Web folder. This is where some run into difficulties--you may get an error message that the folder is "in use, and cannot be moved". I have never gotten this message, and am able to move my Site's folders around with no problem on the iDisk.
If you are successful moving the folder, choose one of your other accounts on your machine, launch iWeb, and Publish all to .Mac. The existing site on the server will not be deleted. Now, go back to the iDisk and move that site folder, (the one you just published), back one level, again, to the root Web directory. Publish your next site, from your next account.
When you are finished publishing sites, just move the Site folders back to their original location on the iDisk--Web/Sites/SiteFoldersHere. All sites will be accessible from a browser using the web.mac.com/username/nameofsite url.
It is important to use the Publish all to .Mac command in iWeb. A simple Publish to .Mac command will not put the correct index.html file in place on the server.
Post back and inform us of your success.

  • Payments to Vendors with multiple bank accounts

Please, can someone advise about vendor payments? We have vendors extended into several company codes and each CC should pay to a different bank account. Is there any automated way how to pick up the correct bank account in F110 or already in MIRO/FB60? OSS note 9829 mentions a BTE, but without any details. Thank you. Kind regards. Marcela

    Hi Rajendra,
sorry, I probably didn't specify my question enough. I didn't mean multiple House banks (bank through which we process our payments), but multiple bank accounts for one vendor account we can pay to.
The only way how we can manually pick up the right bank account to pay to, is during the invoice posting by selection of partner bank type (field BVTYP). BVTYP needs to be assigned in vendor master to each bank account. Then there is a possibility to choose.
Vendor XX should receive payments from customer in Germany (company code 01) to a different bank account than from customer in China (compnay code 02). If no partner bank type is selected during vendor invoice entry, there is a risk to pay to a wrong account as the first bank account from vendor master is choosen automatically.
    Thank you very much.
    Kind regards
    Marcela

  • Multiple calendars and multiple email accounts?

How can I associate iCal calendars to Apple Mail accounts?
Let's say I have two email accounts configured in Apple Mail ("home" and "work") and I have two calendars with the sames names. When I add an event to iCal, I want to use the matching email account for sending invitations, depending on which calendar I've selected. Is this possible? Otherwise my private email address might get used for invitations to work events and vice versa.

Wow, does anyone know how to do this? I really need to have multiple calendars that reference multiple email accounts in iCal... Is there a trick on how to do this? Or, is there a better place to post so Apple puts this feature in the next software release?

  • W/ Multiple chat accounts...which is sending?

I have multiple chat accounts that I use for different purposes.  The new iChat app consolidates everything into one neat column...but takes control away from me.  How can I make sure, from the very beginning, to choose a specific account to send FROM?  Now with the new Messages Beta installed, I see no clear way there either.
I wish Apple would put a very clear way...a pulldown or some way to choose...the sending account...a very clear "TO" and "FROM."
    Thanks for any information. ;-)

    hi,
    Thanks for the points.
It has taken a while to find all the little quirks iChat 6 had over previous versions.
I also used iChat 4 for much of my stuff (my tower) until I got my iMac (Lion) and there are quite s few differences between the two versions.
I have tried Messages "Full Screen" but this only seems to take the Mesage window itself to the new pane (two finger gesture left or right on my Mouse).
It does not take the Buddy Lists with it which seems a little odd.
I never really spent time trying to get Spaces to work in earlier versions to find it useful so I have no idea on that front.

  • IOS 5: I want to manage app permissions for multiple Twitter accounts

I have two Twitter accounts, one personal and one for work. I want to use different apps to manage them to avoid accidental cross posting. However since I upgraded to iOS 5, any account I use in one app seems to then be added to all other apps too.
I have found the settings panel to allow different apps access to your Twitter credentials or not, but this only work for all Twitter accounts or none. I want to be able to use the phone-wide Twitter integration with my personal account, but I want to lock down my work account to only publish using one specific app. I have tried deleting my work account from the settings panel, and signing into my work account with a third party app, but even though Tweetbot has a button to 'Add account to iOS', apparently it automatically shares it anyway without me giving permission to do so.
This has already caused problems with third party apps using my Twitter log in and not asking which account I wanted to publish to (so it chose both) and I am not happy that apps which I have not explicitly given permission to are able to do this with my second account. Permissions should be able to be granted on an account basis. If you know of a way to do this, or a third party Twitter app which doesn't share your details with the rest of iOS, I would be very grateful, thanks.

I have both this and a slightly different question. I have multiple Twitter accounts on both my iOS5 and iOS6 (test) devices. i like to post tweets from various apps like the Wall Street Journal, etc. In my case, the built-in functionality simply seems to pick the first of my Twitter accounts in my list of accounts in the Settings panel, and post to that one. It would seem to make sense that there should be a user-selectable option for which account(s) should process a tweet, and it probably ought to be system-wide. No?
