Power fit function is not fitting correctly to sub-array controlled by graph cursors?
I am using two cursors on an XY graph to select a subset of the graphed data to fit a power function to. I noticed that the first selection cursor (left-most on the graph) seems to have more control of the amplitude and power of the power fit while the second cursor only seems to limit the "range" of data selected (i.e. does not have much influence over the fit, even though it should). When comparing the exact same data in excel using a power fit, the excel fits a completely different line.
Any help would be much appreciated. (please disregard the local variables in my code, only been at this 3 months) I have attached the VI as well.

Two suggestions. Change the default parameter bounds. Specifically, the offset upper and lower limit are both 0, forcing this parameter to be 0. Change the limits to be Inf for upper limit and -Inf for lower limit. Also, tighten the tolerance of the fit to be 1E-6 or so.

Link functions are not working correctly
I am have a number of links on my page and I am using the a;link, a:hover and a:visited commands but I am getting strange results. First of all my css is on a separate style sheet. What I am trying to do is have all my links in gray text both when before and after being visited and I want the text to change to red and underline when I hover over the link. My results are that in live view the links all seem to work ok except for my HOME link at the bottom of the page where it does not change color and does not underline. When I view in browser the results are worse. None of the links change when I hover over them excepts for the DOWNLOAD link. Also note that I have 4 columns of unordered lists about the footer which also does not work either. Here is the source and css code. Thanks for your help.

Apple bluetooth keyboard function keys not working correctly
My bluetooth keyboard was working fine for a long time, but recently the function keys have stopped behaving normally. The keys labeled for volume controls now affect expose, the brightness keys do nothing. Also, pressing fn+delete doesn't delete characters, it keeps working like a backspace. I've deleted the apple bluetooth plist, reset PRAM and NVRAM, reset the SMC, deleted and repaired with the keyboard, all to no effect. Anyone have any ideas?

Z10 Calculator - percent function does not work correctly
my Z10 STL-1 model suddenly gets turned off. but battery before turning off shows around 40% charged.

Connect to your OEM wall outlet battery charger and while still connected and powered on, remove the battery a minute to reboot. After reboot leave to fully charge to 100%.
Thus will reset the false charge reading. You may need to do perform this procedure 2-3 times.

Power cord not fitting into charge port
I have a 15-n030us. The power card has started not fitting snugly into the power port, and the charging is going on and off since it isn't tight. I didn't do anything to it I know off, or push it in whenit wouldn't go in, wtc, it just sudddenly won't go all the way in.

NonLinearFitWithMaxIters does not give correct results for phase
Dear all,
I am trying to fit a sin cuve with NonLinearFitWithMaxIters function of labwindows, but the results given by this function are dispersed a lot (the function does not give same results).
In fact, I have two waveforms signals v and i (of 104 points), and I find the phase between the two signals with NonLinearFitWithMaxIters.
The two singals v and i are measured with an osciloscope.
I use the following fit functions :
v=p1*sin(wt+p2) ;
i=p3*sin(wt+p4) ;
I use the NonLinearFitWithMaxIters function to fit the data and to have the parameters p1, p2, p3, p4. Then, the phase is claculated as follow phase=p4-p3.
The problem is that the phase calculted between the two signals (v and i) is different for each run for the same conditions.
In fact, for a same condition, I measure different times the signals v and i, and I calculate the phase p4-p3, using NonLinearFitWithMaxIters. The goal is to calculate a mean of phases for the same condition. For example, there are cases where the phase=-5 degree, and other cases when phase=12 degree.
For ten measures of v and i, the phase calculated is different. I get a big dispersion between the phases.
I would like to know please why I have a big difference in phases calculated with the same condition?whern using NonLinearFitWithMaxIters.
I read that this function does not give all time the correct results, is there a way to know when the results are not corrects and when they are correct ?
And is there any solution to find accuratly the phase between the two waveforms.

These coeficient are choosen arbitrary.
In this case, the number of points of the data is 1252 (the data of array_v).
The number of iterations is 100.
For the array_x, the distance between adjacents values of the array is dt=0.4*1e-9(difference between array_x[i] anv array_x[i+1]=dt=0.4*1e-9 ).

The means square error returnned by the function when it is complished is small, of the order of 0,001.

can we check if the results are good or not ? in my case.

Since updating my Late 2010 iMac to Moutain Lion the sleep function does not work correctly. They system keep waking up for no reason. The monitor comes comes day or night. I cannot figure out a fix or work around. Any ideas?
Please read this whole message before doing anything. This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it. Step 1 The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account. Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. For instructions, launch the System Preferences application, select Help from the menu bar, and enter “Set up guest users” (without the quotes) in the search box. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.” While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your personal files or settings. Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including wireless networking on certain Macs. The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. *Note: If FileVault is enabled, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t boot in safe mode. I am trying to transfer photos, music, etc from my Power Mac G5 to my new iMac. The Power Mac is too old for the migration assistant to help. I have an old Firewire but it does not fit the new iMac. Any suggestions? If a Firewire is the best option which one do I need? Thanks.
You need a Firewire 800 to 400 adapter or cable or a external USB 2/3 drive (self powered) it can default to the old USB the G5 uses 1 or 2.

I recently bought a 11" Macbook Air and a 27" Thunderbolt Display.The laptop's power is supposed to come from the display when connected, but the power cable on the display does not fit into the Macbook Air.
If your MBair is a 2012 model, it has a Magsafe 2 power connection. The monitor probably has the old magsafe connection. If this is the case, you need this adapter.

Does anyone know about problems with Dutch power plug not fitting Belgium sockets?
I have bought my Mac Air in a Dutch online Apple Store to get a querty key board (i.s.o. azerty)
The power plug that came with it does not fit in my Belgium socket. The earth pin is to fat.
Is this a known problem or do I have an incompatible socket (ticino)?In the Netherlands the CEE-7/4-Schuko-System is used for sockets
In Belgium the CEE 7/7 compatible "french" system is used for sockets
For that you only need to change the small removable plug on the magsafe.
As you can see, the plug is removabe from the magsave to plug in a different one or a extention cable.
So just went to the nearest belgian Apple Store or Apple Retail shop like SWITCH and by a new plug for your magsafe.

Cmd-0 'Fit to screen' in CS5 not working correctly
I am running Photoshop CS5, and when I am use cmd-0 (fir to screen) the window reduces to the tiniest speck

LisaMillI use floating windows. The only thing I notice that is different between CS6 and previous version is the document display area aspect ratios are different.
Previous versions of Photoshop sized the document display area to have be the same aspect ratio as the document where CS6 document display area has a different aspect ratio then the document.
The CS6 document area is very close to the document's aspect ratio it just a single pixel narrower and a pixel shorter then it needs to be to match the document's aspect ratio. That means document does not fit into the area perfectly. There needs to be active scroll bar for the whole document is not being displayed.
It is easy to see this. Just do a select all you will not see marching ants on the left or top of the document. You will see them on the right and bottom sides of the document. Select the move tool tap the right arrow key once and the down arrow key once the right and bottom side marching ants will now not be visible but the left and top side marching ants will be visible.

Page does not fit on paper when printed directly to printer
Hi experts,
I have developed a form in transaction SFP, using A4 as the paper format for the master pages. If I print to spool and preview and print my form from spool using transaction SP01, the form prints nicely. If I print directly to printer using the generated function module for the form (setting parameter REQIMM to true), the page does not fit on the paper (it is cropped), and also I do not get duplex printing.
Why do I get different results when printing directly to printer as opposed to printing to spool first? How can I ensure that the form is printed correctly when printing directly to printer?

FrankDid you check the window settings of the Firefox desktop shortcut to see how Firefox opens?
Did you try to delete the current Firefox desktop shortcut and create a new shortcut?
Use Restore or Maximize in the right-click context menu of the Taskbar icon to set focus to the Firefox application if you do not see the Firefox window.
Open the system menu of that Firefox window via Alt+Space and see if you can move and resize that window (use the keyboard cursor keys).<br />
If that works then first close all other open Firefox windows and then close Firefox via "File > Exit/Quit" to save that setting.
