PR Release Duration

Hi,
I want the duration taken for release of PR.
I have the PR Creation Date but not the timestamp.
I have the released date and timestamp for all levels.
So I need the duration for release .
All this I need for a report having the below details.
PR number
PR Creator
PR Approver
PR Approved Duration
Can anyone help regarding this?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
The first two you can get from whatever table the PR is stored in (EKKO?),
the last two from tables:
SWWWIHEAD
SWWUSERWI
SWW_CONTOB
SWW_CONT
SWWLOGHIST
But first, before resorting to the tables, see how much of it you can get from the SAP_WAPI function modules like
SAP_WAPI_GET_WORKITEM_DETAIL, SAP_WAPI_WORKITEM_RECIPIENTS, SAP_WAPI_WORKITEMS_TO_OBJECT.

  • How to set the Expiration Date for a task which is been assigned explictly.

    Hi,
    When I assign a task to myself and not work on it for couple of weeks the task is getting released automatically into the original unassigned pool. The TaskActionHandler WSDL is causing that to happen. I don't want a task to be automatically released into the pool when I don't work on it for couple of weeks, how can I make that happen? TaskActionHandler is something which comes with the BPEL so I can't change the way how it behaves. Do I need to set the expiration date or duration explicitly when a task is created?then how do I do that?
    If anybody could let me know how to make TaskActionHandler not to release a dehydrated task, I would be glad.
    Thanks,
    Mythili.

    Hi,
    Make AUTO RELEASE a restricted action for the task by adding the following line:
    <restrictedAction>AUTO RELEASE</restrictedAction>
    to the <restrictedActions> tag in the task configuration file.
    Works effectively.
    Alternatively, you can specifiy the auto release durations on a per task priority basis. There is more on that in the BPEL Dev Guide.

  • H264 MPEG AVI import video timeline problem

    Hi,
    I am a new user of Adobe Premiere CS4.  I am having a problem of importing H264 MPEG AVI files.  I set my project to be HDV 720p 30fps.  I grabbed Gspot and it has identify my video is a H264 codec name H.264/MPEG-4 AVC.  When I import the video I setup the timeline and when I do a playback review in the far left window (default setting).  It play the vido super fast, but the audio is playing normally.  I zoom in the timeline and it seems to think each second is one frame.  So it is playing the video like 30x speed(not 100% on how much faster, just lot).  What am I doing wrong?
    After playing around some more, it looks like the video are keyframes as the time jump from frame to frame is huge, not what it look like in a WMP.  Did I somehow imported and it stripped out the deltas?

    I looked at the thread and tried it, I get this error.

  • How to disconnect/release an ICM call (forcefully) after a certain call duration?

    How to make it done?
    My client is really worried about their one toll free IVR service, some customers are dialing the trigger and keep connecting like 1500/1600 seconds or more!
    How to release the ICM calls after a certain period of time like 300seconds as an example?
    Thanks,
    Mijanur Rahman

    I believe there is indeed no real-time field that will tell you the amount of time the call is connected to the IVR by default. But have a look at this and see if it will fit your requirements :
    Create a dummy Skill Group without agents in it
    As soon as the call enters the system, let it go through a Queue To SG node for that dummy SG
    You can now start checking the Call.TimeInQueue variable in your script(s) to identify how long the call has been on the IVR
    From there an 'If CallTimeInQueue > 300 ==> End' is easily added to your menu scripts
    Do proper testing of this approach before implementing it though. Functionally it should work fine, but if you're not careful, it may result in drastically different reporting figures. Also, be aware of CSCti54657 , this defect affects the Call.TimeInQueue values on the latest UCCE releases. TAC will be able to help you on getting a fix if you would be affected.
    Cheers,
    Kris

    can anyone help me on these issue

    Why a pipeline table function? I would not say that a tokeniser function is something that typically should require working in the SQL engine, piping rows. It can be a very straight forward PL/SQL function that returns a collection of strings.
    E.g.
    SQL> CREATE OR REPLACE function tokenise( line varchar2, separator varchar2 DEFAULT ',' ) return TStrings AUTHID CURRENT_USER is
    2 strList TStrings;
    3 str varchar2(4000);
    4 i integer;
    5 l integer;
    6
    7 procedure AddString( s varchar2 ) is
    8 begin
    9 strList.Extend(1);
    10 strList( strList.Count ) := s;
    11 end;
    12
    13 begin
    14 strList := new TStrings();
    15
    16 str := line;
    17 loop
    18 l := LENGTH( str );
    19 i := INSTR( str, separator );
    20
    21 if i = 0 then
    22 AddString( str );
    23 else
    24 AddString( SUBSTR( str, 1, i-1 ) );
    25 str := SUBSTR( str, i+1 );
    26 end if;
    27
    28 -- if the separator was on the last char of the line, there is
    29 -- a trailing null column which we need to add manually
    30 if i = l then
    31 AddString( null );
    32 end if;
    33
    34 exit when str is NULL;
    35 exit when i = 0;
    36 end loop;
    37
    38 return( strList );
    39 end;
    40 /
    Function created.
    SQL>
    SQL> select * from TABLE(Tokenise('col1,col2,col3,,col5,and so on'));
    COLUMN_VALUE
    col1
    col2
    col3
    col5
    and so on
    6 rows selected.

  • SQL Server Agent Job Duration monitor alerts incorrectly

    As per SQL Server MP guide, changes in Dec 2007 update : Fixed a script that was resulting in invalid alerts being generated from the agent job's Job Duration monitor.
    In my SCOM 2012 environment on few SQL servers I'm getting an alert from Job Duration monitor for SQL jobs that have completed well within the defined thresholds. Interestingly this monitor then resets on its own(The monitor has been initialized for
    the first time or it has exited maintenance mode) and immediately turns critical again. I do not see any pattern around these state changes. These are weekly jobs, however the Job Duration monitor continues to alert for these specific jobs 10-15 times a day.
    This is creating unnecessary noise in the environment.
    Is anyone else facing this issue? I know I can disable this default monitor and create my own monitor. However I want to check if this is a known bug in this SQL MP(version 6.4.1.0).
    Note : I'm aware about an updated MP version 6.5.1.0, however the release note doesn't specify if it fixes this issue.
    Thanks,
    Harry
    Thanks, Harry :-)

    Resolution: The issue was that the SCOM Agent was getting restarted repeatedly. Post restart health calculation was done again and the SQL Job duration monitors would reset and generate new alerts.
    There is a recovery configured in an aggregate monitor to restart the SCOM Agent if Handle Count/Private Bytes of Health Service/Monitoring Host breach a set threshold. I had to create an override to change the thresholds for all Health Service/Monitoring
    Host and exclude the recovery on Physical servers.
    If there are large number of workflow on an SCOM Agent due to multiple MP(SQL, HP, etc.), the increase in Handle Count/Private Bytes is usual.
    Thanks, Harry :-)

  • Re: [Fwd: Java Applet IIOP Call-In with Release 3C--How dowe speed up d

    Hi Michael,
    We have done exactly what you describe and have avoided the slow applet
    download times. Although it can be a bit tricky, it is possible to use
    the ORB bundled inside the Netscape 4.0 browser (Visibroker for Java by
    Visigenic). Most of the code should follow Netscape's examples (on
    http://developer.netscape.com)--just remember to initialize the ORB by
    passing a reference to the current applet in orb_init() (so that you
    invoke something like orb_init(this) [assuming you are extending
    java.applet.Applet]). Pulling up the Java console within your web
    browser should help debug quite a bit (a lot of debug messages will get
    printed there the ORB is having problems).
    Netscape has just implemented the applet caching schemes you describe,
    so it probably shouldn't matter too much if you use another vendor's
    ORB (we've done this with Iona's OrbixWeb). If you use ZIP files, they
    have to be uncompressed, and I don't think that the browser will cache
    them between browser sessions. Netscape 4.0 does seem to handle
    compressed JAR files just fine and it does indeed cache them between
    browser sessions. I'd go with the JAR format anyway since the ZIP
    bundling was just a workaround until Sun got their act together in the
    1.1 JDK.
    By the way, you also might want to take advantage of the code-signing
    and capabilities APIs of Netscape if you are going to invoke methods on
    objects not resident on your web server. Otherwise, you will probably
    run into the (in)famous browser applet security restrictions and you may
    have other problems doing things like callbacks from Forte, etc.
    If you want more detail on how it works, let me know and I can post some
    examples.
    Oh, one last thing: we are a consulting firm specializing in these kinds
    of things :)

    Subject: Java Applet IIOP Call-In with Release 3C--How do we speed up download time.
    Date: Wed, 2 Jul 1997 09:10:31 -0500
    From: Michael Nelson <[email protected]>
    To: "'[email protected]'" <[email protected]>
    We have successfully implemented a simple Java Applet that calls into
    Forte Services via IIOP. However, the duration of the download time
    for
    Applet and its required class files is UNACCEPTABLE in a typical
    INTERNET environment where 28.8K modems and multiple hops around the
    net
    are not uncommon. We dialed into our network at 28.8K (but no
    hopping),
    and found that download times varied from 1.5 - 2.0 minutes. This is
    unacceptable, even by internet standards. We have been using the
    Visigenic Visibroker product as the ORB.
    After doing some investigation, we've come up with several ideas to
    speed up download time:
    1. Figure out how to use the Visigenic components (CORBA/IIOP class
    files) that come bundled with the latest version of the Netscape
    Navigator browser, so that they don't have to be downloaded
    2. Figure out how to use ZIP files. Here's what I've read: "Since
    the
    introduction of Netscape Navigator 3.0, you can specify an
    uncompressed
    .zip file as an addition to the code base of your application. By
    specifying a ZIP file, the browser will load your applet's classes
    from
    a specified ZIP file before it searches the code base. This ZIP can
    improve applet download time by reducing the number of HTTP
    connections
    required to fetch applet code. As an added benefit, Netscape caches
    the
    single ZIP file so that it will not reload your applet unless the date
    of the ZIP file has changed."
    3. Figure out how to use JAR files. Here's what I've read: "JAR
    stands for Java archive. It's a file format based on the popular ZIP
    file format and is used for aggregating many files into one. Although
    JAR can be used as a general archiving tool, the primary motivation
    for
    its development was so that Java applets and their requisite
    components
    can be downloaded to a browser in a single HTTP transaction, rather
    than
    opening a new connection for each piece. This greatly improves the
    speed with which an applet can be loaded onto a web page and begin
    functioning. The JAR format also supports compression, which reduces
    the
    size of the file and improves download time still further."
    Unfortunately, we've been unable to get any of these approaches to
    work.
    Has any one used these or other approaches to speed up applet
    download
    time? Or, does anyone know of consulting firms that specialize in
    this
    sort of thing?
    Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi Michael,
    We have done exactly what you describe and have avoided the slow applet
    download times.

    Unfortunately, we've been unable to get any of these approaches to
    work.
    Has any one used these or other approaches to speed up applet
    download
    time? Or, does anyone know of consulting firms that specialize in
    this

    I have read the posts. Deleting com.apple.iphoto in the ~/Library/Preferences?? Can't find it.
    Open the finder, then go to your home folder, then Library, then Preferences. The file is in there and called com.apple.iphoto.plist. Make sure to move it to the Trash.
    And Deleting the com.apple.iPhoto.plist is a *very bad idea!*
    How so? It's actually not that bad, you'll just need to reset some of your iPhoto preferences which shouldn't take long. All the critical information is actually stored inside your iPhoto library and not in the preferences file.

  • Contract Release strategy

    Dear Guru,
    We have three types of contracts like A type, B type, C type......with these three types of contracts we have release strategy with different conditions.
                   For A type of contract : Release Strategy should trigger on cost center and value base.
                   For B Type of Contract :  Same conditons like above.
                   For C type of contract : it should trigger on duration base like.....if contract create for one year itshould trigger manager........if one year to two years it should trigger to director........if above two years it should trigger to CEO.
              This is my requirement.....how to configure this pls explain me.
    Best Regards,
    Bhaskar.

    Hi,
    You can only have one class and so you will have to use all of the characteristics from each type of check that you want.
    So you would need a characteristic of Cost centre, one for Value and one for start and end date. (in addition to whatever characteristic you are using to determine if the contract is type A, B or C.)
    With the release strategies you need to ensure that for type A and B contracts the date range characteristic is not checked and so you need to specify that all date ranges are included (so if the difference between the two dates is one day to 999 years).
    then on the release strategy for the type C contract, make sure that the cost centre and value characteristics are set to include all too (so cost centre 0000 to ZZZZ and value from 0.01 to 9999999, if you don't want either to be checked).
    this should work, the basic idea is that you ahev to have ALL characteristics included in every strategy but you use the values to make sure that you ignore certain characteristics in certain situations.

  • Purchase Requistion release date as system date

    Dear Experts,
    Our Requirement is the top management want to know time taken to release a purchase requisition,means the duration
    between purchase requisition creation date to release date.
    here user are manually changing the release date to system date to know duration exact time duration between the creation date  and release date,so user requirement is the release date should be system date so he can easily understand when the requisition is released.
    we are thinking that,if we make the release date as system date,please suggest me.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Varun

    Dear Madhu,
    1.)     Whenever you are creating a new PR system will automatically take that PR creation date as system date.
    2.)     All the releases in SAP System will be recorded  as Item/Header change and system will maintain their history in Item/Header change details
    3.)     If your requirement is to track the duration between creation, release of levels it can be very much possible by creating a quary it self.

  • Human Task Auto Release Default  and configuration question in 11g

    Is there anyway to turn off the auto release feature of a human task if you do not put an expiration date on a task? Also the documentation says the default is 12 hours. If there is not a way to turn off the auto release feature, can the 12 hour default be changed? The documentation is not fully clear to me and then when I look at the UI from the console I do not understand what the identifiers of P5D, P4D, etc mean under the Default Duration column. I get the use of percentage but it is unclear what Default Duration is and how to use that field.
    I saw in 10.1.2 there was a way to turn off the auto release feature of task via restrictedActions but I did not see this in 11g.
    And last question is does anyone know if human task is stored to a database if it runs for too long similar to the concept discussed around bpel processes of hydration and dehydration?
    Thanks,
    Diane

    I am able to fix this issue. After a series of R & D I was able to find that the root cause is %APPDATA%\jdeveloper. Deleting the relevant directory will solve this issue. In fact, I tried to delete the entire jdeveloper directory under %APPDATA% and the jdev 11.1.1.7 form generation issue got resolved. Those who find "referential integrity" issue may follow this approach.

  • Prime Infrastructure 2.2 Released

    For those who haven't noticed, Prime Infrastructure (PI) 2.2 was released on 17 December. The Release Notes, Quick Start guide, etc. are all posted on the PI product support page.
    I downloaded the 3.2 GB ova and deployed / installed via vCenter into a VMware ESXi 5.5 environment without issue.
    The migration path is to backup your supported earlier version to a repository and then restore from that repository onto the new host. I grabbed a fresh backup of our PI 2.1.2 and followed the guide to restore. It took a while (about 1-1/2 hours to restore and then 30 minutes more to start completely - see output below) but the process ran without a hitch. You do need to make sure that the new host meets or exceeds the hardware specs of the old one - i.e. amount of memory, disk and vCPUs.
    My initial look at the new system seems to indicate all is well - I see all the expected maps and devices and old configuration archives were pulled over. I have quite a bit of exercising the new feature set to do but initial indications are promising.
    It's good to finally see the Topology map.
