Pre-populating Server's Current Date in the form- How to??

The simplest way of doing this is writing one-line formcalc script.
This is not fair when the user changes his local system date/time.
I need to know how to pre-populate the server date in the form?
One way of doing this is writing a web service.
Any other simple solution to do this??

If you are using LiveCycle Forms (7.x, ES, or ES2), with .pdf rendering on the server or the client, you can execute the script server side. Otherwise you have no other option but to access an external resource (REST, Web Service, JSP/servlet, etcetera) for the time, if you need to accurately capture form open time on the desktop.

ICal still shows previous day in ical proper, but shows current date in the dock

iCal is open in the MONTH, on my desktop permanently, but it continually shows yesterdays date. It isn't till I actually click on the following day in iCal proper that the date changes to the current date. The iCal icon on the dock works fine with no issues. When I first purchased the iMac iCal worked aok. Software is continually updated.

I have the same issue. I am also running iCal 5.0.2 under Lion 10.7.3. It worked fine for me on Lion 10.7.2, and it still works ok for me on my iPhone 4 running iOS 5.1. It does look like a bug to me. I have the issue connecting to a Google Calendar as well as to another (non-Apple) CalDAV server.
Let me know if you call Apple Support to report this issue.

Not true at all.
It does not matter where the songs came from, they are not yours and the previous owner does not own the right to distribute them to others.
The law is the same with downloads and cds and any other medium.

Automatically add a current date at the end of the comments

Hi,
I have a form on a table with 5 fields... on one the field I am asking my users to enter comments...
I am looking for a functionality to automatically add a current date at the end of the comments, only when they are updated or newly filled in...
Please advice how can I do it... I am anticipating some sort of a trigger on column (when the data is modified)...

Are you behind a firewall at work or elsewhere? Does you calendar sync with some other system like google (could be the google server is not responding)? All we know from the message is that your mac cannot reach the server. Maybe try later. Are you using wifi or have an ethernet connection to the router?

In the "Default Value Type" you choose "SQL query returns date" and in Default Value you write "select sysdate from dual".

Is this a screen or a report?
If its a report, try assigning DEFAULT sy-datum (to the parameter/select-option name)
If its a screen field, try writing this in the PBO:
IF fieldname IS INITIAL.
fieldname = sy-datum.
ENDIF.

I am looking for help in finding a Javascript that would allow the insertion of a dynamic/current date into the footer of a scanned document at the time the document is printed.
I am currently using Adobe Acrobat Professional 8.0 at my work and there has arisen a need to have a dynamic/current date in the footer on scanned documents when they are printed out on different days by different people.
I am new to the Forum and I am also very new to Javascript and what this entails.

It's been a while since I used MDX last time.
I have a simple question (probably). I need a measure which sums up from the current date to the last sale date.
It's like a reversal of Year To date. And I need to do it date level.
Let's say is the sales goes like
1/May/2000 $1000
2/May/2000 $1000
3/May/2000 $1000
4/May/2000 $1000
5/May/2000 $1000
I need to create a measure which displays sum of current sales and last sales
1/May/2000 $5000
2/May/2000 $4000
3/May/2000 $3000
4/May/2000 $2000
5/May/2000 $1000
I have a date hierarchy and hope it can be rolled up.
And I tried like something like ( suggested in another posting)
[Date].[Calendar].CurrentMember:NULL}
But this does not work for me.
The actual MDx I wrote is

I was trying a similar code, using a hierarchy expression instead of a member expression for the CurrentMember functionality . Here is an Adventure Works example :
With member MEASURES.ActiveLicences as
sum ( {[Delivery Date].[Fiscal].CurrentMember: null}
, [Measures].[Internet Sales Amount])
select {MEASURES.ActiveLicences,[Measures].[Internet Sales Amount]} on columns
, [Delivery Date].[Fiscal].[Month].members on rows
from [Adventure Works]
