Preloader wont work in browser

Question

Hello everyone,
I am having problems with an AS3 preloader I've created in Flash Professional CS6. The preloader.swf is inside a basic html document (created with DW CS3) and it should load The Mundo Maya.swf (created in InDesign CS6). When previewing by pressing Ctr+E the preview appears to work, however when I upload the file online the preloader.swf appears for a second and is then replaced with the default SWF preloader of The Mundo Maya.swf. I have spent hours looking for a way to get this to work, have no idea why it isn'tand any help would be amazing!
I'm not a coder, used a tutorial that i roughly understand that provided this code:

The file/folder structure is not clear to me the way you show it - I am not sure where folders start/end nor where the html page is that embeds the swf file. 
Here's the short (confusing until you understand it) story... 
When you embed an swf file into an html page, anything that swf loads needs to be targeted as if the swf file is within the html file's folder.  (the end)
Example:  If you swf file is in an "swfs" folder that is a child folder of the folder that holds the html page, then your html code would use "swfs/your.swf" to target the swf.  If your.swf happens to load another.swf file in the swfs folder, then it too will need to target the same path... "swfs/another.swf" because your.swf is as good as being in the same folder as the html file at that point.
So if your other swf file happens to be trying to load another file, you kinda need to modify how it targets it, or you need to change your folder structure to match
