Print of Export Invoices

Hello Experts,
There are 2 issues
1)More than one copy of Print of Export invoices
2)A Contract number to be mentioned/flown into Export Invoice
Are they both done by ABAPers or SD has a role in that.Kindly guide.

No of copies for Export print outs is config issue and Contract number to be printed in Excise Invoice can be handled through Custom Program.

Hello Experts,
Printing of Export Invoices:
1)Presently only one copy of Export Invoice can be printed in one print command. The settings should be changed in a way that we could print more than one copy in one print command.
2)Certain Contract no. needs to be mentioned in Export Invoices. Settings should be changed in a way that the Contract No. could be mentioned at some stage of Sales Transactions, which should appear in Export Invoice.
How to go about these two requirements?

For printing of contract at what point of time u entered the contract no and in which field that is very important. Ask yr ABAPer to make the use of that field in printing of export invoice to print the contract no.

Do we have BED,CESS & ECESS Values in Export Invoice

Hi Experts
Since the conditions maintained of BED,CESS and ECESS are statistical in case of export pricing procedure. Do we have the values displayed of BED,CESS & ECESS when we create export invoice.
If yes, please let me know what can be the reason that it is not appearing in case of J1IIN
If it should not appear at all in case of export than how will it update the ARE document.My ARE and Bond values are not getting updated as it is showing zero values in case of export invoice
Please help I am struck up badly

customer indicator for excise has been checked.
Could you please let me know my following querries as per the information available with you:
1) Do we have excise values flowing (Statistical One) flowing in in case of export under Bond
If not how the system updates the Bond as the bond I am selecting at the time of creation of excise invoice is not getting updating.
2) Probably due to this reason the excise values are not appearing in the ARE-1 form printing

Export invoice in AES

Hi folks
I have the following issue, can any one please provide me the solution.
The non-valuated material - where the dollars are now showing up correctly on the export invoice - BUT - always the "but" - the dollars do not show up on the AES info sheet. The quantities are there , but no dollars.
Also our page numbers are still messed up for the first 9 pages - 1 of *, 2 of *, 3 of *, etc.

Maintain Output Determination Procedures>select the required procedure>clicl on control data>assign ZRD0>save
Now VF02>Header>Output>SElect ZRD0>communication method>enter logical destination,tick on print immediately,release after output>
>back>select ZRD0>further data>REquested processing>select 3Send with application own transaction
form is designed in Inr by ABAPer and it is to be assigned to your billing type (ZRD0), exchange rate is available in VBRK table and KURRF field.ABAPER can use that to design your form in INR

Excise invoice Print for multiple invoices

Hi All ,
i have developed a z smartform and attached to standard tcode J1IP o/p type J1I0 . The o/p is comming fine when i select one excise no after excecuting tcode J1IP But if selected multiple invoices by checking the checkbox and press print preview or print
button each time it is giving print preview/print diaog. i.e i need to execute print for first invoice and again i have to come back and again it will ask print prview/print dialog for second like wise n times for n no of selected documents .
my requirement is like when i execute tcode J1Ip and when i select multiple invoice i should get only one print preview or print dialog for all documents . how to achieve this

Its simple.
Put all the invoices in a single loop. I think you will be calling the smartform function module for each and every invoice. Don't do like that. Just collect all the invoices in the final table first and after that display the invoices.
I think you can understand what i am saying.

SAME NUMBER RANGES FOR DOMESTIC AND EXPORT INVOICE

Dear All,
We have maintained Two objects separately for Exports and Domastic sales invoices which is inturn giving two different number ranges.
But our client needs same number to be continued for both.
For eg: 000001 . 000002 and 000003 is the number range for domastic invoices for Export invoice 00004 should come. now as we have maintained different objects Export invoice is starting from 00001.
Our client does'nt want to maintain separate number ranges for Exports and Domastic, same number range should be there for both which should follow continues numbers.
Please suggest me on this at the earliest.

Assuming that you are asking about Excise Invoice number ranges, please do maintain Numbers for the Object: J_1IEXCLOC
When you go into J1IIN, you will need to mark the checkbox: Use Local Number. If at the first time (in the case of Deemed and Regular Exports), you do not see this checkbox, click on the 'Calculator' icon and hit the 'Back' icon. Mark the checkbox and save your Excise Invoice. This number will be a continuation of your Domestic Excise Invoice.

Print or Export an HTML Report SQL Developer 1.5.5

I have created an HTML report using the plsql-dbms_output report style. Unfortunately, I do not see a way of printing or exporting the report. If I select File - Print, it just prints a snapshot of the workspace. Also, I do not see any options for exporting the report. Of course, exporting the report would only be useful if it is saved as an HTML file preserving all the formatting.
Can anyone shed some light on what I may be doing incorrectly or provide an alternate method for sharing an HTML report?

I haven't seen printing working correctly ever, in any version.
I suggest you copy/paste the output to a decent editor and print from there...

your printer doesn't appear in the compatible Airprint printers listed in this basic article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4356
There might be an app HP has to help you out, but there's no Apple supported way, as it's not an Airprint printer.

If you want to use one template to print both currencies, you need add many fields to achieve your goal. Both LC & FC fields should be hidden and using formula fields plus the condition fields to show the results. Search the forum if you don't know how to use this Conditional Formula in PLD.

JRE Crash with 1.5.0_13 related to printing & PDF export

Hi,
I'm having a problem : JRE 1.5.0 (updates 6, 10 and 13 tried) crashes under my software. The problem is encountered with printing / PDF exporting functionality through JFreeReport. Issue is encountered only with dualcore computers. Fortunately the issue isn't encountered with 1.6.0 anymore but I'd still be interested to find some workaround to make the software run with 1.5.0 also (It would be nice not to require users to have 1.6.0) Problem has been detected with both Win XP SP 2 and Vista.
First I was suspicious because we are using one JNI library but removing that didn't help so that shouldn't be the case.
After some searching I found a couple of JVM bugs that were marked as duplicates for http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6186524 . Those were related to 2D things and hence printing, fonts, exporting and with some cases dualcore computers were mentioned. However, that bug should be fixed in 1.5.0_10 but upgrading to 1.5.0_10 (or 1.5.0_13) didn't help so it can't be the actual bug.
Error log, if somebody can make up something: (This error log was got when running through Eclipse with JRE set to 1.5.0_13 but error has been encountered also when running straight with just one JRE (1.5.0_XX) installed to computer.)

This looks like [bug 6754141|http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6754141] in the just-in-time compiler. If you have a support contract you can escalate this to get a fix in a jdk1.5.0 update. Alternatively, there do not seem to be any reports of this in jdk6, so you could try a recent jdk6 update (e.g., jdk6 update 17).

In the Stock transfer scenario within company code from one plant to another plant ,how to take printout of Excise Invoice created aganinst the 351 material document in the transaction J1IS and and by chosing the ref doc type : MATD
What transaction is to be used for printout and which output type is to be chosen.

Use transaction J1IV -To Post & Print standard Excise invoices. If you want to print excise invoice according to client requirement then develop according to requirement.

How can you add your own print and export buttons to the CR viewer toolbar?

I posted a previous question that was asking how to get around the Information Bar in IE7 when you export and print. Unfortunately the CR viewer file download code gets blocked by IE7 because the buttons don't directly download the file. However, I have been able to get a regular button that calls the following code and streams the file to the client and IE7 does not block it.

So here are my questions?
1. Is it possible to add a custom print control/icon to the CR viewer toolbar?
2. If one is not possible, then is it possible to override the CR viewer print and export buttons with your own subroutines like the one above?
I just want my page to look nice and hate to have print and export buttons outside of my CR viewer.

It might be possible to replace the buttons in a windows app since you can retrieve the toolbar as a toolbar object in the winform viewer ( ToolStrip toolBar = (ToolStrip) crystalReportViewer1.Controls[3]; ) however with a web app, it's a lot more difficult.
The problem is that that you need to parse the Request string to try and figure out if the print / export button was clicked. The code below makes the print button disappear if you click it, so you should be able to modify it to call your custom printing / exporting code instead (You have to do this check in a postback)

Duplicate pricing conditions printed in the invoice

The values returned in the table parameter "TKOMVD" of the function module "'RV_PRICE_PRINT_HEAD"used in the program RVADIN01, causing some duplicate pricing conditions in the script printing.
Also this table parameter is not always returning the same set of values. Only at the first time print of the invoice (via the job schedule of the program RSNAST00) this parameter is filled with some values, so when i reprint the invoice via VF03, it prints fine.
I searched some notes to resolve the problem. But in the below mentioned note it says that, it is the standard behaviour of the function module. But if it is the standard behavior, then the function module should return the same set of values always. (I am working on SAP 4.7)

If you are talking about proforma invoice that needs to be printed and is required to be changed.Then i would suggest you to look at one of the output type for the std proforma invoice FUPI has aprogram linked to it RVADAUS1 that determines the output with print parameters fetching from NAST table.
You can devlope the log or can incorporate the new requirements you wanted to be changed
Just check if this is the thing you are looking or let me have more clarity from you about your issue.

Problems Printing AR Downpayment Invoice + Payment

Hi Experts,
I have searched high and low in the forum but I have not been able to find a solution to my problem.
Currently, what I have done is that I have created a print layout with Crystal Report for my AR Downpayment Invoice and have set this to the default layout.
I have also created a print layout with Crystal Report for Incoming Payment and have also set this to be the default layout.
Now, when I click on the print button, I am presented with 3 options:-
Invoice Only
Invoice and Payment In Succession
A/R Invoice + Payment
Now, when I select A/R Invoice + Payment, and click OK, the system only prints the invoice and does not print the payment document.
However, if I set the A/R Downpayment with a PLD print out as default, the prints both the Invoice and the Payment document which I have defaulted in the Incoming Payment document.
Am I doing something wrong here or does SAP not support the print out of 2 Crystal Report layouts?

Hi Rahul,
I went to printing sequence to check. From Invoice + Payment, the sequence does not allow me to select print layouts from anything other than AR Invoices, Deliveries, Sales Orders and Sales Quotations. Hence, there is still no way I can access my payment print layout which is in the Incoming Payment module.
Printing the document directly from Incoming Payment screen is not an option as my client needs to forbid the access to the incoming payment screen for this particular group of users.

Mass print of detailed invoices (AR, AP)

Hello,
I would like to ask you to help me with the issue of the mass printing of detailed invoices of Accounts Receivable and Payable.
I tried in FB03 but there is the only possibility to print list of invoices. I need something where I can choose to print e.g. invoices nr. 1-50 and they will be printed on separate pages.

Hi,
Try transaction F.62 (Internal documents). You may need customized correspondence form to get the details you want in the invoice print out. You select the correspondence form in F.62 before you can print.
