Print PO Price in Currency Format.

Hi Everybody,
I want Print PO Price in currency format in alv report how do i get all countries currency values.
   anybody tell me.
thanks,
s.muthu

Hi Muthu
We can do it using the fields in populating the field catalog. Explore the existing fields of the same.
Another way to handle is declare the amt field as char and write the amt to this field using option CURRENCY. The the problem with this method arrives when you want to do totals and stuff.
Below code can help you understand in writing a field to another with currency option.
data: l_curr(20) type c,
      l_amd type kbetr value '3333.23'.
write l_amd to l_curr currency 'USD'.
write:/ l_curr.
write l_amd to l_curr currency 'JPY'.
write:/ l_curr.
To know the currency of a country you can use table T005.
Kind Regards
Eswar

  • In Scripts how to print the values in currence format

    Dear abap guru's,
I am working on Purchase Order Script, copy from the standard script, after that wrote a one perform , in that added one new field to script, but value is printed like this formate : 1000.00, but i want to print 1,000.00 like this currence format. let me know the any solution
    thanks to all
    raj.

    Hi ,
When you are populating the value in perform instead of assigning the value (using = ) pass it using WRITE TO.
    Like :  WRITE lw_total TO output-value.
    Declare lw_total as currency field.

  • Smartforms Currency format wrongly printing

    Hi All,
I'm facing a problem with printing the amount field on Smartform.
I also tried it display in Document currency format eg.,
In the document amount displayed like 1,234.56 (in a standard transaction)
When printing on the form it displayed like 1.234,56
I also checked my user settings in SU3 it is like 1,234.56 format only.
When i checked it in Debug mode the Amount is showling 1,234.56 correctly.. till it reaches to form end but while displaying it changing the format.
    Any suggestion ? please help.
    Thanks in advance.
    -Kiran

    Hello,
If you print an invoice, the print program RLB_INVOICE usually reads the country of the customer.
This is the reason why the decimal notation is not correct.
See please the T-code OY01 also.
This is the standard customising of SD. A customer from country e.g. OMAN (OM)
gets number like 332.500,00 and a customer from GB gets 332,500.00.
If you really need to modify the decimal format, you can add the command SET COUNTRY 'EN' in
your Smartforms. So the effect of a change of the decimal format is a cosmetic one only.
Via debug you can change  the value of the field IT_HD_GEN-DLV_LAND to EN.
Check the following code part in include RLB_INVOICE_FORM01 sample code:
    get delivery land
      PERFORM GET_DLV-LAND USING    CS_BIL_INVOICE-HD_GEN
                           CHANGING CS_DLV-LAND.
    CS_DLV-LAND = OM.

  • Currency format in LAC

    Hi,
We are working with LAC, and we have an issue.
When we create an auction in SRM the currency format for the start price and the others is 1,234,567.89 (this is correct for us), but when we execute the applet (LAC) the format change 1.234.567,89
The user in SRM has the correct format 1,234,567.89 then, Why in the applet the format is different????
How can we change the format????
We are working with EP then, we execute the transaction  bbp_auction since a Portal iview. Our single sign On between LAC and Portal was configurated, then we guess, we need to change the currency or number format in the Portal User, Is that correct?????
What user do we need to change (currency format)????   SRM user????  Portal user???? LAC user????
    Thanks

    Hi Claudia,
    Check the following note :
Note 666849 - Running LAC in non-US locales
    This may help you.
    Thanks,
    Pradeep.

  • Information required for all currency formats settings.

I need information in Web Dynpro Java for currency format.
currently I have following fields in application:-
    1.Wrbtr Amount in document currency
    2.Waers Currency Key
In local dictionary I could see Amount type as simple type in external representation I could see #,###.00## format.
This format has a problem with Yen currency that if ECC shows 1000.00 then Portal shows only 100.00.
Please let me know how dictionary works about pair of keys an values of above fields.
Please let me know solution of this problem.
Higher points will be rewarded for immediate solution and appericated also.

    Hallo Laxmikant,
to correctly format BigDecimal price values depending on a given currency YOU MUST apply structure binding:
    - define a dictionary structure with a currency field AND an amount field and relate the amount field to the currency field.
    - bind a context node to this structure so that the context attributes are created from the sturcture fields.
In this way the Java Dictionary Runtime will correctly format the decimal places for the amount depending on the given currency key (see ISO 4217). For the Jordanian Dollar JOD three decimal places are rendered, for the Japan Yen (JPY) zero.
Look at this [Table Tutorial|https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.docs/library/user-interface-technology/webdynpro/wd%20java/wdjava%20tutorials%207.0/web%20dynpro%20sample%20applications%20and%20tutorials.htm#46] which applies the sctructure binding and currency-formatting technique.
With your formatting pattern approach on simple type level you cannot adapt the formatting pattern for different currencies.
In NW CE 7.1 you can use the new CCTS-datatype Amount.

  • Problem in printing amount in different currencies in adobe form

    Hi All,
I have a requirement to print the amount as space for thousand seperator and comma for decimals.
I have set the pattern format such that the amount is printing in below format as required.
    Locale---Italian.
Space as thousand seperator and comma as decimal seperator.
    for example 1 234,45
As some of the Currencies will not have decimals, now users would like to print amount without decimals. For example in my case amount  printing in KRW ( Korean currency ) is also similar to the above format which is wrong.
for example Now amount is printing as 55 000,00. But actually it should be 550 000. Similarly for JPY currency also, as it doesnot haves decimals ( checked in TCURX table ).
I have written some logic in the interface. below is the logic.
    WRITE:
        wa_mhnd1-wrshb to wa_item-wrshb CURRENCY WA_ITEM-WAERS.
*READ TABLE lt_tcurx INTO lwa_tcurx WITH KEY currkey = wa_item-waers BINARY SEARCH.
      IF sy-subrc  = 0.
      IF lwa_tcurx-currdec = '0'.
REPLACE ',' WITH SPACE INTO WA_ITEM-WRSHB.
REPLACE ',' WITH SPACE INTO WA_ITEM-WRSHB.
      else.
REPLACE ',' WITH SPACE INTO WA_ITEM-WRSHB.
REPLACE ALL OCCURRENCES OF '.' in  wa_item-wrshb WITH ','.
    endif.
    ENDIF.
    a. when the write statement gets executed amount will be in ,. ( 1,234.45 )format. Then my logic gets executed correctly. In this company code is CH10 ( EUR ) and KR10.
    b. But sometimes after the write statement gets executed amount will be in ., format ( 1.234.45 ). In this case my logic works, but gives the wrong value. In this case company code is VN10 ( EUR )
In both the cases currency is EUR.
Will the decimal format change accordingly based on the company code code currency. Can anyone please tell me why write statement behaved differently.
Do I need to change any locale in the adobe form, or any other logic to be written in interface. ?  I am trying it out from long time, but not able to fix it. I will have to fix it ASAP.
Can anyone kindly please help me how to achieve this ?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Karthik Ganti.

    Hi Ayan,
    Thanks for your reply.
I have already made the locale to default in adobe form and tried. In the interface I have written the logic to print the amount in particluar currency.
    WRITE:
        wa_mhnd1-wrshb to wa_item-wrshb CURRENCY WA_ITEM-WAERS.
REPLACE ALL OCCURRENCES OF '.' in  wa_item-wrshb WITH ','.
    endif.
    ENDIF.
I dont know why the above write statement is behaving differently. In one case the value is shown as 1,234.00, but in another test case it shows 1.234,00.
In both the test cases the currency is 'EUR'. In case if the above write statement works correctly, my issue will be solved.
Can anyone tell me why the write statement is behaving differently. Will the currency be dependent on any other factor ( for example company code, customer )
I would like to fix this ASAP.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Karthik Ganti.

    Hi,
what is the SQL Plus command to print a report in Landscape format?SQLPlus doesn't print, and it doesn't know about 'landscape' vs. 'portrait' any more than it knows about fonts. the only 'formatting' it knows is line size, page size. And all it does with line size is know where to insert a CR/LF pair (windows) or a CR (*nix). The only thing it knows to do with page size is repeat column headers.
The rest is up to whatever application you use to open the pure asciii text spool file.

  • Print BDS document(in PDF format) from SAP R/3

    Hello ,
I have a requirement to print BDS document(in PDF format) from SAP R/3 without user interaction.
In simple way, if I execute the program - PDF document will get printed on local default printer.
Please help me if anybody worked on similar requirement.
    Thank you very much,
    Liliya

    Hi Liliya,
First you should create a smartform for BDS  Layout and give output parameter like this..
      wa_param-langu     = sy-langu.
      wa_param-no_dialog = 'X'.
      wa_param-getotf = 'X'.
wa_param-DEVICE = '     '.                               " (here you can give the path of your printer)
      lv_output_options-tdnewid = 'X'.                      "Print parameters,
      lv_output_options-tddelete = space.                "Print parameters,
      lv_output_options-tdnoprev    = 'X' .
lv_output_options-TDIMMED    = 'X' .               " it will give the immediate output of form in given output device
I hope it will help you.....

  • Printing ABAP list in portrate format

    Hi,
In one of requirement I wanted to print a report
in portate format on A4 size paper. Report has been created with use of write statement only.
When I checked print properties it shows only standard some page format(all are landscape).I even tried by creating custom portate format for ABAP list.
Please anybody suggest the way to take printout of ABAP list in portrate format.
    Thanks in advance,
    Amit R

    Hi Amit,
check the line count and  line size of your repor. And try with the line size = 80 and line count = 0. Then while printing the page format  will be determined based on these variable to print the report.
If the report length is lange then you cannot print in the portate format.
    Hope this  will help you.
    Regards
    Satya.
