i am struggling to take the print in webdynpro SO for,
i have tried the following code using your valuable help
Pls Guide me futher more.Nobody giving correct solution so for i.e Step by Step from the beginning itself

I want to print the Header part details in the next page when the no of pages goes to more than one when we click the print button from The IFRAME UI Element.
Under the Header part, Details part should print like in MSword or Crystal report

PDF printing thru IPP?

Hello,
I have gone thru the below document on PDF printing options and could not find a way to print thru IPP printing. Is it possible to do it APEX? Are there any config/setup documents available?

By the way, I am using APEX 3.1.2. For some reasons, I could not use "Apache FOP" and only have XML Publisher for E-Business Suite -- reason on checking whether IPP printing would work.

There is nothing in APEX to allow you to print through IPP. I believe you are talking about sending print output programmatically to a "print server" (best guess at a generic term). You are NOT referring to the user going to File > Print in their browser and printing to a printer defined on their local PC, correct?
If those assumptions are correct, there is nothing built-into APEX to do this. Actually, there's nothing built into APEX to handle print output at all. For interactive printing, APEX is integrated with Oracle BI Publisher and Apache FOP in which it sends the data + a template to one of the servers and gets back a PDF. More details here. BI Publisher can also be configured to send output to pre-defined network printers without requiring the user to select or have any knowledge of the printer. I think that is what you are asking for.

Using resourceDescription in SUBSCRIPTIONBUNDLED_Email.xsl and xml's.

Hello all,
We are trying to use the Primitive Template "resourceDescription" (as described in "Customizing Notifications"-pdf) in the SUBSCRIPTIONBUNDLED_EMAIL.xsl and SUBSCRIPTIONBUNDLED_en.xml.
Could anyone urgently let me know if it's possible to use this Primitive Template in the xsl and xml mentioned?
It looks like the "resourceDescription" is not being passed on to the bundlednotificationdata-section in the xml?
Any other suggestion in how to get the "resourceDescription" available in Daily Summary Subscription emails?

Yes; as far as I know the only way to get your changes to any of the email notification xml files visible is by restarting the server
The notification email xsl I'm working on is the one for the daily notifications (subscriptionbundled_email.xsl).
My problem is that it seems that the resourceDescription is not being passed on by the java code that is populating the section in the xml file containg the resource information...
Unfortunately no confirmation about this yet (raised OSS with SAP as well).
I'm expecting this resourceDescription to contain the text that you can fill in using standard KM in the Description field of a resource.
I do wonder how/where your users populate the subject and description fields? Standard SAP KM or custom app?

Ability to print thru RIP (ImagePrint)

Enhancement request;
I use ImagePrint (RIP) to print, and the only possibility for me today is to print thru the sRGB color space - which obviously is a waste of color. The reason for this is Lightroom only allows printer color profiles for printing (in the Profile setting), it's not possible to choose ProPhoto or Adobe RGB for printing. To be able to print to a RIP I have to chose 'Managed by printer' which then outputs pictures in the sRGB.
What I (and other ImagePrint / RIP users) want, is;
a) a way to choose ProPhoto or Adobe RGB as color space when printing, or
b) some cooperation between Adobe and ColorByte (others?) to remedy this

Brother printer won't print thru labview

I have looked at the two big threads about printing via USB printers, but they don't address my issue. I recently upgraded to Windows 7, and now my report generation code will not work. Anytime i attempt to print thru LV, the LED on my Brother printer begins flashing red and the print doesn't happen. The troubleshooting section of the manual for this label printer mentions a loss of communication, and connecting to the wrong USB ports. Since the Brother software for printing labels works fine on its own, I figure the loss of communication isn't the issue. I have tried the basic Report Express VI, rather than using the Set Margin VI and others, and that won't print either. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and do not achieve different results.

I've got a few questions about the set up. Are you getting any errors in LabVIEW when this happens? It might also be helpful in this situation to post the code that's being used here so that we can check if anything needs to be changed programatically.
I'd also like to check which USB port you're using. Have you tried using a different port? I've heard about Windows 7 sometimes handling USB ports awkwardly. The fact that the Brother software works makes me doubtful that this would change things, but I'd think it would be a pretty quick change to make to see if it makes any changes.
I also want to verify that this issue has been present since upgrading to Windows 7. Stated another way, has this code ever worked since the switch to Windows 7? I'm curious if the dll that LabVIEW is calling to handle it's print has changed in Windows 7 and is causing a problem.

Check print thru F110

Hi all
i copied the check print script F110_PRENUM_CHCK....and made changes as per required...
i did no change in the driver program ie RFFOUS_C....
now i m using two tcodes F110 & FBZ5...for printing...check....
its printing properly from FBZ5 ....but while printing thru F110 it is printing two checks.....
i removed( commented the text in scripts and deleted the next page ) the advice note ,summary ,i m printing only the check....
F110 is printing two check e.g.000320,000321.........
is it a problem of configuration...plz let me knw....
i also changed the script name from FBZP....
so plz let me knw...

You have to deactivate sample print out from the variant that is being used in F110.
You can get into the variant from F110.

Yes that is the problem and is called out in the readme. The
sample xsl file has been fixed in the current release.

Upgraded to OS X 10.6.4, now lexmark E232 will not print thru airport

Upgraded to 10.6.4. Updated airport software 7.4.2. Lexmark will not print thru Airport. Will print direct via USB.
Airport utility suggests/shows that it's set up properly, Printer shows up in print & fax preferences. Only differences since yesterday are the software updates.

This has worked for me in the same situation, but with a different printer. Can't say if it will work for you, but might be worth a try to reset the printing system if all else has failed (and you haven't already tried this)
Make sure the printer is powered on and connected to the USB port on the AirPort Extreme
Open System Preferences, then open Print & Fax
Control-click or right-click in the printers box on the left, choose "Reset printing system" and click OK
Click the + (plus) button to add your printer again
Try to print

Can't print thru wireless network on HP 1350.

Have Toshiba windows 7 laptop, HP 1350 printer. Can't set up to print thru network. Was able to do it on my other laptop, but have no clue how or what I did. Please please help!!!
