Printing HTML content without the printout dialog

Hi all,
I'm using a "CL_ISHMED_PMD_HTMLVIEWER" object to display an HTML file inside a PMD.
Now, when I'm trying to print it, the OLE printout dialog pops up and ask me which printer I want to use.
I want to hardcode the destination device and suppress this dialog.
I don't mind setting an outside button in my PMD and print the file in an other way (directly printing the file maybe), but it MUST be without the dialog.
Does anyone have an idea?

Hi,
Goto SU01 transaction.
Enter your user id & click display
Goto PARAMETERS tab
enter PRI & value as LOCL or LP01 depending on the output device which you have configured for SAP.( You can check the same in SPAD transaction => Output device)
SAVE
You wont get the popup.

Html Content without scrolling

I need to show html content like a textblock in Store App 8.1. I have created a webview and navigate this webview to the html string
coming dynamically. After this I call a script to disable the scrolling in WebView but I am not able to set the height of WebView according to the amount of content coming dynamically. I have created another webview to get the height of content but it returns
wrong height and sometimes text is not shown. So whole view is ruined.I need to show html content without scrolling. I tried RichtextBlock but it does not parse all html tags properly. Can somebody provide a solution to it?

What's the scenario for this issue?

Thanks for the info. The select statement worked for me when I ran it with the inputs below but when I tried to put the statement in my code it didn't work. Can you have a look and see what I may have done wrong?

How to print Adobe Forms without the black/gray backgrounds in the side columns

How can we print Adobe Forms without the black/gray backgrounds in the side columns? We are wasting a lot of ink printing out these forms and would like to have simply black ilnes to distinguish columns and black lettering, but no background colors. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am not positive what you are printing from but I am thinking it is from the View Responses tab with a response row selected and then shown in "Detail View" and that the column of field names has a dark grey background...
To change the color of the column headers select the row of headers (do this by clicking on the first dark grey header field and then scroll to the last one and shift+click on the last one), then in the "Text" tools change the text color to Black and the Fill color to white:
(Selected the header cells)
Changed the text/font color to black and the fill color to white
Now you can see the detail view does not have the dark grey.

How do I print a pdf without the standard crop marks that appear when I have created it in Illustrator originally?

I am so frustrated as I cannot work out why my pdf files that I have created in Illustrator, print out on my printer with crop marks as well as scaling the image to fit them in on the paper. I just want to be able to print it out without the crop marks at the correct and original size it was designed in.

The crop marks are part of the design, no reason why Acrobat wouldn't print them. You could try cropping them out in Acrobat.

I was researching ways you might be able to save that email to a picture or export it and found this little gem in the iPhone Users Guide, found here: http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iphone_user_guide.pdf about how to take a screenshot.
Its on page 12 toward the middle:
Take a screenshot: Press and release the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time. The screenshot is added to your Camera Roll album.

Hello!
I have an JEditorPane with some HTML Content displayed (as it is displayed in a browser).
Now i want to sent this content to a printer.
After some search i found the DocumentRenderer class from this link:

It may be trivial, but i don't know how to create a HTMLDocument Object from my JEditorPane (and its contents).
Maybe somebody can help me out with this.

Checkboxes are not displayed when i print this content.

Can't print and only displays the Fax Dialog when trying to print

When we setup our new printer it worked fine until now when I try and print any Word, Web, or Picture the Fax Dialog comes up instead to send a fax. I don't recall changing any settings. How can I resolve this?
There are 2 printer types showing in Printers and Devices. I have tried changing the deault printer, but nothing seems to work.

Remember, this is an Apple user to user help site, so few us may be experts with HP printers. OSX automatically installs the right printer software, you really don't have to go to HP to do that. In fact, I trust Apple to get it right more than HP.
That being said, the very first thing you need to do is to make absolutely certain that the printer is linked into your WiFi network. Again, we're not HP experts here, so you'll have to do that one yourself, by reading the instructions. Once your printer is connected to the network, then go to your iMac's System Preferences>Print&Scan. On the left hand side is a +. Click on that, and it should find your printer, if it your iMac and your HP printer are on the same exact WiFi network.

There is no printer output when using the PrintOut method

I have a VB6 app with CR XI, and a customer found a situation that when printing a report directly to the printer using the PrintOut method, there is no printer output or error message.
Some reports using the same code print normally, but a report that is preceded by another print call, presents this behavior.
And when the output is directed to the screen, we can see the report.
Could someone give me an idea of what is the problem?

Not sure if you have applied any service Packs to CR? If please do so and test again. Then you can upgrade to CR XI R2 for free, use your XI Keycode and download Service Pack 4 from this link:
https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100011802732008E/crxir2_sp4_full_build.exe
You'll find the distribution files for your app also from that same download area.
If you don't want to upgrade to XI R2 then download all patches from XI and test again. This issues rings a bell that it may have been fixed.

In Mountain Lion, how to print email message without the attachments.

Would like to print only the transmittal part of the email without printing the attachments - tried reply or forward and printing, but still wants to print the attached pdfs. I know someone out there knows how - help please?

Not sure if this will work, but could try this: select the message then hit Cmd-Shift-S. My thinking is this will save it as a Text Edit document (save it to the Desktop), text only, without the attachment. Then, in Text Edit, select Format>Wrap to Page and print.
EDIT: just checked this with an email with an attachment. Came up as text only, minus the attachment.

How can i print an email without the attached pictures printing as well?

I am trying to print an email that has pictures attached. I do not need the pictures to be printed.
The pictures are showing in the body of the email.
When I try to print it scales down the text to make two of the pictures fit on the first page.
How do I change this so I can print the text separately?

If the sender embedded the image instead of attaching it then you could try selecting only the text before printing That should print without the images. Thunderbird will only prints what is selected unless there is nothing selected. Then it prints all. You can test this with Print Preview.
If the image is truly an attachment, then go to the menu bar and select View and uncheck Display Attachments Inline.
No menu bar? Press the alt key.

Opening a byte stream of HTML content in the default browser

I have a ByteArrayOutputStream which holds HTML content. Can anybody tell me how to open it in the default browser with out saving the content to a file?

Weeeeeelllll. You could implement your own mini http server, then launch the browser pointing to localhost....
Some browsers have automation interfaces that you could technically use to do something like this, but you are way outside the realm of Java land at that point.
If your code is running as an Applet, there may be some sort of interface that allows you to do this (it's been so long since I messed with applets that I can't really say - my initial inclination is to think "probably not", as this could violate the security sandbox... but who knows).
