Printing username in every document

Hi,
I am looking for a way to add into the footer of every page that is printed out a persons windows username. Importantly this is every page from every application (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Acrobat etc. etc)
Any solutions?

C6380 printing lines on every document I print

I just recently purchased an HP C6380 and now I tried printing a document with several pictures on it along with text form Microsoft Word on my MacBook Pro and it printed out the pictures and the text fine, but on the right side of the paper there were several very thin black lines all along the sheet of paper from the top to the bottom. I used the cleaning function and everything and the test page came out fine. But I went to print the same document and the thin black lines appeared again. I also tried printing out a different document and the same thing happened. I can still return this printer, but I'd like to fix the problem. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?

Well, I wasn't able to solve the problem so I'm exchanging it for another printer.

HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless makes me set printer settings for EVERY document.

Ever since updating to Mavericks I have to tell the printer EVERY, SINGLE TIME I print, what to do...ie what paper size to use. I have the correct setting in Settings/Preferences and the drivers are up to date.
What's up with this?? Anyone having the same problem or have a solution. This is getting old having to jump hoops just to print a document!

In the Print dialog, select Show Presets from the Presets menu. In the sheet that drops down, uncheck the box marked
Reset Presets Menu to "Default Settings" After Printing
Click OK. Then select Last Used Settings or a custom preset that you created from the menu.

Print popup appears every time i save biiling document vf01/vf02

Hi All,
I am facing following problem in PRD system while saving billing doc via VF01 or VF02.
Whenever user saves the billing dicument popup for printing that document appears. It does not allow to cancel the print. So user has to print each n every document...
How to diable this...
Please consider this at high priority.

"Output Immidietly" unchecked has no effect....

Check the print options in the dialog box. If you don't have all this information displayed, click the circled arrow next to the printer name. Click the program option drop down, it's the one with a horizontal line to the left and right, check the cover page option. I can be set to before or after a print job. Just say none.

Mac OS X 10.7 drivers for HP LaserJet 1300: installation at the "Add Printer" process ended, every time, with message "Currently drivers for this printer are UNavailable..."! PLEASE HELP?

APPLE [see Apple Support's Article HT 3669] says Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) has drivers for this Printer.
But, every time I've tried installing it to my Mac Book Pro (which came with OS X 10.7), it does recognize that the Printer (connected via USB cable) is HP LaserJet 1300 -- in fact, right below, this statement appears: "The drivers for this Printer are available...". But, when it comes to the actual process of downloading, the "Add Printer" window -- after 20+ minutes of its "searching" for the drivers -- always ends with the message: "Currently drivers for this printer are UNavailable... contact the manufacturer."!!! (Can you imagine? Apple says it's available... but its own "Add Printer" process says it's UNavailable!)
I went to HP's support site, and it, too, says that drivers for this Printer are available! -- see the 2 links:

You haven't installed any of the Photoshop updates for CS5.

Can we print multiple excise invoice documents with one click?

SAP has provided with t-code 'J1IP' for printing excise invoice documents. But for printing multiple documents we need to click print button each time for every new document. is there any other way by which you can print bulk excise documents without clicking print button each time?

It is possible on SAPB1.
Try to Use the Document Printing Window on Financials or Marketing or Banking Module..
Try this,
->> Financials.
-> Choose Document Printing.
->> Open the Document Printing Window.
->> Select the Document Type - Incoming (or) Outgoing Excise Invoice.
for example, IF you Select the Document Type - Incoming Excise Invoice.
->> Select the require Series.
-> your requirement wise, put the tick mark of Open Only or &Only Documents Still to Be Printed.
->> put the Posting Date From Date & To Date.
->> Assign the No. of Copies - 1 or Your wishes.
->> Click the OK button, than will Open the Print Incoming Excise Invoice Window.
->> Choose all Incoming Excise Document (select all row).
->> Click the Print button.

Every document in a book restarts from '1'

Hi, I have a long document (book) that is almost ready to print. I don't know how or why, but it seems that the pagination has gotten totally screwed up. I have 35 documents which together make a 165 page book. In the book panel everything was numbered correctly from 1-165, but I guess I did something (don't know what) and now every document starts at '1' (1-4 for example). I have tried for two hours to change settings and nothing helps. As an experiment, I created a completely new book, created new documents to put in that book, and even THAT has the same problem. I can't figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes that was it. Apparently I had turned on section numbering. The odd
thiing is that when I turned it off nothing seemed to happen. Syncing
didn't make any changed either. What DID make a change was when I
chose to start every chapter on an odd page - THEN ir repaginated
correctly. I then changed it back to having chapters start on the next
page, repaginated and everything was fine. Thank you so much. I was up
until 2 am trying to figure this out and slept poorly as I dreamt
about it as well. I have finally finished my book and I just want to
be done with it!

and the problem occure when PO document which I printed more than one page where the program will count every page.
example :
there are 3 page of PO document will be printed for the first time, should be this document have status "ORIGINAL",
but with my program this document have an status "REPRINT 02" what wrong about my program ?
Note : I used standard program SAPFM06P and Z sapscript than this routin called from Z sapscript.

Printing a range of documents

Hello everyone,
I've searched this forum and the SBO help for information about how to print a range of documents. Do anyone knows how I can print more than one document? I'm not referring too many copies of the same document
Also, I tried to configure SBO for printing every service call that's created but I couldn't find this document configuration. I found invoices, orders, etc but no Service Calls.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible? and if it's not possible, can I do this with an addon?

For you to print a range of documents go to Sales AR->Document printing. Then from that window you can print a range.But this does not have anything from the service module.

How can I print ONLY the active document?

Whenever I go to File/Print the darn PSE 9 program sends all of the working files in the bin to the printer. I've searched online for 2 hours now looking for an answer.
I like to work with having several to many files in the 'bin' and prefer to only print the active file I'm currently working on without having to close the 'working files' before I can print. How can I print ONLY the active document or file in the project bin? Please help, I've upgraded from PSE 3 to PSE 9 and really like the updated features, but this one pain in the neck default is getting the best of me.

Start from your recovery system. OS X Lion or OS X Mountain Lion includes a built in set of utilities in the Recovery System. Restart your Mac and hold down the Command key and the R key (Command-R), and keep holding them until the Apple icon appears, indicating that your Mac is starting up. After the Recovery System is finished starting up, you should see a desktop with a OS X menu bar and a "Mac OS X Utilities" application window. Note: If you see a login window or your own desktop and icons, it is possible that you didn't hold Command-R early enough. Restart and try again.
When your computer finishes starting up, choose Disk Utility from the Utilities window.
Click the First Aid tab. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your hard disk volumes and partitions.

Automatic print out of a document that is created via B1iSN

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to print out of a document (purchase invoice) automatically after it has been created via B1iSN?
Does anyone have an example or a link how to realize this?

thanks for your fast reply.
we have a subsidiary A that does all the accounting and sales for subsidiary B (that works as a commercial unit). All goods that are sold in B are purchased in A. We have connected the two subsidiaries via B1i. A sales order in B automatically generates a purchase order that is send to A via B1i (B1PO2B1SO scenario). The invoice from A for these goods is send to B as a purchase invoice via B1i.
This purchase invoice ought to be printed out automatically as the staff and printers are in the same office.

Run MB02 transaction, enter material document number. Double click one line item and select messages. Separate screen will be opened to configure outputs. Give the required fields and save the document. Now Run MB90, you can take printout. Output Type: WE03 - Collective slip
Note:
Check following are some of steps for GR collective printing
1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
2. Ensure that in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for GI/Transfer Posting Documents
5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Pr Det by Pl/StoLoc, maintain the Output device for all your Plants
7. Go to MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
Now the settings are ready for Printing Material doc
8. While doing MIGO, ensure that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
9. Now depending on the setting in 5a, the Matl doc is printed. If it is 3, you have to print it using MB90. If it is 4, it is printed immediately

You have to add the requirements in the print out form - smart form with the help of ABAPer. You can find this smat form in T code NACE - slect ME Invenotry management - Output type - WE03 - Go to processing routines - form name.

How can I print a whole email document and not a "screen shot" like I get in the Print Preview option.

How can I print a whole email document and not a "screen shot" like I get in the Print Preview option. I'd like to print from "file" and print" like I can on other browsers (IE, for example). When I try to print from Firefox it grabs all my info (file folders, etc.) from the left side of the page. I need just the email information, not the entire screen information. Thank you!

I agree; I should, but I can't :) I have an orange Firefox drop down that I go to to print, and it allows me to select "print", "print preview" and "print setup", where I can change the margins. It always defaults to a full screen shot (I use Yahoo) and does not show just the email. I don't need to print what is on the left side of the screen or anything other than the email (I can achieve these things by using file-print from IE, so I know it is doable, and I am still going into Yahoo and using their email when I do it).
Hope this helps. I'm not a fan of IE, but I really don't like the print properties I'm getting here (I'm a long time Mozilla user, but I'm losing too much info with this option and can't afford that anymore).
