PrintToPrinter, ExportToDisk Problem

Hello,
I am using Crystal Reports 2008 inside VS2005 and I wanna get the report in PDF format.
The first thing i tried was exporting the report using the ExportToDisk function. It works ok, but the fonts of the PDF generated werent the same as the fonts i was using in my report and the quality of the images wasnt as good as i expected, they were converted to 256 color images. The result was exactly the same when i was using the Export option from Crystal Interface.
Then i printed the report from Crystal interface using the Adobe PDF printer. I got the right fonts and quality for the images so i decided to implement that in code. Using the code below all the PDF files i got are damaged or at least Acrobat Reader tells me that when opening them and the size of the generated files are much larger than the one i got when directly printing from the Crystal interface (so another thing that makes me thought they are really damaged).
Does anyone could help me to get the PDF?
The code is shown below. I am doing the test with a report with one page with one of the images i am using in my final report.
Thanks very much in advance, Diego
ReportDocument inf = new ReportDocument();
inf.Load(@"C:\Novatia\Proyectos\QH\reports\Test.rpt", CrystalDecisions.Shared.OpenReportMethod.OpenReportByDefault);
inf.SetDatabaseLogon("sa", "XXXXXXXX", @"localhost\SQLEXPRESS", "InformesUF");
//inf.ExportToDisk(ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat, filename); //The PDF generated is with bad quality
PrinterSettings ps = new PrinterSettings();
PageSettings pg = new PageSettings();
pg.PaperSize = new System.Drawing.Printing.PaperSize("A4", 827, 1169);
ps.PrinterName = "Adobe PDF";
ps.Copies = 1;
ps.PrintToFile = true;
ps.PrintFileName = "C:
test.pdf";
inf.PrintToPrinter(ps, pg, true);
//inf.PrintToPrinter(ps, ps.DefaultPageSettings, true);

Well, we have a friend called Diego - he's from Argentina as is my wife, so that was a clue
Ok, now to the issue at hand. I'd like you to do the following as a test:
1) Run the report in the CR designer.
2) Go to the File menu and enable "Save Data with Report"
3) Save the report
4) Go to  your .NET app and comment out any database logon code
5) Run the saved data report and export it to pdf
Do you see a better export now? This is just a test. Not exactly sure what we'll get out of it, but it will be a nice piece of info to have.
Next I'd like to compare the dlls that load with the CR designer as opposed to the CR runtime. To that end, I'd like you to download the modules utility from here:
https://smpdl.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/012002523100006252802008E/modules.zip
follow these steps:
1) Extract the above file
2) Run the report in the CR designer and export to pdf - leave CR running
3) Start modules
4) Go to the File menu and select New List -> Memory modules
5) Save the file as designer.mdl
6) Run your app and do the export to pdf - leave the app running
7) Go back to Modules
8) Go to the File menu and select New List -> Memory modules
9) Save the file as app.mdl
In Modules, expand the "By Process" node. Find the app exe name. Click on it, the right pane will populate with the dlls loaded. Now, go to the View menu and select Details. This will show you the dlls and their versions and all kinds of other detail. Do the above with the other mdl. You can compare the results manually, or use Modules (Module menu, select Differences). See if the comparison gives you any clues. In particular look at exportmodeller.dll, crtslv.dll and crxf_pdf.dll.
Also, what version of Adobe are you using?

  • Missing Parameters when using .PrintToPrinter or .ExportToDisk

    I am creating a viewer that will set login information and allow the users to view, print or export reports.  VB.NET 2010 WinForms Crystal Engine 13.0.9.1312.  All reports are external designed by various programmers.
    The preview mode of my viewer is now working quite well (with the help of Don and Ludek most recently).  Anything I want to see on screen works great in the regular Crystal viewer.
    The problem is when I want to export to pdf or print to a printer without viewing on screen in the regular Crystal viewer.
    If there are no parameters in the reports, both exporting to pdf and printing to any printer selected works.
    When there is one or more parameters, it crashes and points to the line
    crReport.ExportToDisk(ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat, strFile)
    or
    crReport.PrintToPrinter(1, True, 0, 0)
    with the message Missing Parameter Values.
    Through some searching (and yes I have checked on this site and Google for "Missing Parameter Values") I have found one big issue is that parameter values have to be set after the .ReportSource is set.  So before I changed my code, I never saw the Crystal Parameter prompt screen.  Now I see it but still get the crash (though once I have had it go to printer honouring the Parameter in a report, but I can't always reproduce it and never when sending to pdf).
    The reports may be designed by end users who are using my program.  I will not know what reports they are or if they have even put in parameters.  I will not know if they are date, string, number, discrete, range, multiple, etc.

          End Select
    End Sub
    This code doesn't work on my system, but my logic is as follows (as flawed as it is).  Look through the parameters, find the current values and then assign them to the parameters again just before export.
    With the code above, I am getting the enter parameter values screen in the viewer.  Therefore, my assumption is that the report now has a current value(s) for the parameter(s).  The loop will not require the program to know how may parameters there are or what the values or value types are.
    There are a couple of problems with this.  When I step through it, there are no current values, because the prompt doesn't come up with stepping through the code with F8.  Second problem is that it is finding the internal parameters used for subreport linking ({?PM-xxxxx}).  Third problem is that a lot of code I have looked at does not appear like it is assigning the reportsource to a viewer at all just to export or print to printer.  So is it necessary to do as I have done here?
    I am sorry this is so long and I appreciate anyone who has stuck to it this long.  I am at my wits end trying to figure out how to make this work.  I think there is a timing issue here but do not know how to resolve it.  I just want the report to trigger the prompts if there are parameters, then send the report screen, to pdf or to printer depending on the user's settings for the report (it may be any or all three options).  If you need more info, let me know.
    TIA, rasinc

    Hi
    I'd like to look at this from the "how parameters" work point of view. Then let's see if we can drill in on some of the details.
    The parameter prompt screen is driven by the viewer. E,g.; the screen will only be spawned on invocation of the viewer. If the viewer is not invoked (e.g.; direct print / export) the parameter prompt screen will not be displayed. Now, in your second post you say:
    With the code above, I am getting the enter parameter values screen in the viewer.
    This does not sound correct based on the above. E.g.; if the correct parameters are passed to the engine, the viewer should never be popping up the parameter screen. So to me it looks like the code for the parameter is not actually working. It looks like it is as there is no error as such. But as you get prompted, the engine is essentially saying; "I don't understand those parameters so as smart as I am, I'll use the parameter prompt screen to get them from the user on a silver platter".
    Ok. Now to some troubleshooting. I'd pick a report where I know the parameter type and acceptable values ahead of time. Don't use date or date / time params to start with as these have other complication. Use the parameter code to set the value(s) - preferably one value (I like to keep things simple). If the parameter is passed to the report engine correctly, there will not be a parameter prompt and the report will simply come up in the viewer. Once this works, add in a code for printing / exporting and comment out the viewer code. The report should print / export without any issues (no parameter prompt, no error). Repeat the above with a multi-parameter report.
    Then it will come to those date and date/time parameters. NULL handling, etc., etc. E.g.; this will not be trivial. And you will somehow need to know the parameter type (string / int / date) before you try to pass it into the report. More help:

  • Problems with ReportDocument and multi-table dataset...

    Hi,
    First post here and hoping someone can help with me with this problem.
    I have an ASP.NET app running using CR 2008 Basic to produce invoices - these are fairly complex and use multiple tables - data used is provided in lists and they work fine when displayed/printed/exported from the viewer.
    My client now wants the ability to batch print these so I'm trying to develop a page which will use create a ReportDocument object and then print/export as required.
    As soon as I started down this path I received the 'invalid logon params problem' - so to simplify things and to get past this I've developed a simple 1 page report with which takes data from a dataset I've populated and passed to it.
    Here's the problem:
    1) If I put one table in the dataset and add a field from that table to the report it works OK.
    2) If I use a second table and field (without the first) it works OK.
    3) as soon as I have both tables and the report has field from each I get the 'Invalid logon parameters' error.
    The tables are fine (since I can use each individually), the report is find (only has 1 or 2 fields and works with individual tables) ... it's only when I have both tables that I get problems...
    ... this is driving me up the wall and if CR can't handle this there's no way it's going to handle the more complex invoices with subreports.
    Can anyone suggest what I'm doing wrong ... or tell me whether I'm just pushing CR beyond it's capabilities?
    The code I'm using to generate the ReportDocument is:
    List<Invoice> rinv = Invoice.SelectOneContract(inv.Invoice_ID);
    List<InvoiceLine> rline = InvoiceLine.SelectInvoice(inv.Invoice_ID);
            DataSet ds = new DataSet();
            ds.Tables.Add(InvoiceLineTable(rline));
            ds.Tables.Add(InvoiceTable(rinv));
            rdoc.FileName = Server.MapPath("~/Invoicing/test.rpt");
            rdoc.SetDataSource(ds.Tables);
            rdoc.ExportToDisk(ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat, "c:
    test
    test.pdf");
    ... so not rocket science and the error is always caused at the 'ExportToDisk' line.
    Thanks in advance!

    I've got nowhere trying to create a reportdocument and pass it a multi-table dataset, so decided to do it the 'dirty' way by adding all the controls to an aspx page and referring to them.
    I know I can do this because the whole issue is printing a report that is currently viewed.
    So ... I've now added the ObjectDataSources to the page as well as the CrystalReportSource and the CrystalViewer ...
    .. I've tested the page and the report appears within the viewer with all the correct data ...
    ...so with a certain amount of excitement I've added the following line to the code behind file:
    rptSrcContract.ReportDocument.PrintToPrinter(1, true, 1, 1);
    ... then I run the page and predictably the first thing that comes up is:
    Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.
    .. this is madness!
    1) The data is retrieved and is in the correct format otherwise the report would not display.
    2) the rptSrcContract.ReportDocument exists ... otherwise it would not display in the viewer.
    So why does this want to logon to a database when the data is retrieved successfully and the security is running with a 'Network Services' account anyway????? (actually I know it has nothing to do with logging onto the database this is just the generic Crystal Reports 'I have a problem' message)
    ... sorry if this is a bit of an angry rant .. didn't get much sleep last night because of this ... all I want to be able to do is print a report from code .... surely this should be possible??

    Hello,
    First thing to do is upgrade to Service Pack 2 and runtime.
    then search this forum for PrintOutputController to handle the printing. P2P is limited in it's abilities and functionality and will not be fixed or updated.
    Update your Printer Drivers and if it's a web app search MSDN for info on how to expose the WEB server to your printers.

  • Performance problems to generate PDF files using CR

    Hi,
    I develop an application that read TXT files and uses this information to generate PDF files, but I'm having problems with performance to generate this PDF, each files are taking at least 1 minute to create the file. I realized that some TMP and RPT files are generated and deleted in the temp folder of the machine which is running the application, but after some time creating the PDF's the RPT files aren't deleted and I have an exception on my app:

    Hi,
    If you are using IIS5 the give aspnet full permission to the Temp folders. For IIS6 give  IIS_wpg permission.
    For this you need to right click on the folder,
    go to properties,
    security tab,
    click on Add,
    Type aspnet/iis_wpg,
    select top note in Location and click on check on check names.
    Give full control and
    click ok.
    Also try using GC.Collect(), reportDocObject.Close() and reportDocObject.Dispose() as clean up code.

  • EPS Fonts using PrintToPrinter and export to PDF on web server

    Post Author: leighlmorgan
    CA Forum: .NET
    I'm trying to print a Crystal10 report from a web server using PrintToPrinter and exporting it to PDF at the same time for audit purposes.  My problem is that the report uses Rotis EPS font which doesn't print correctly (substituted by Arial it appears) or export correctly to PDF.  But it does print OK from the web client and exports to RTF, Excel and Word OK.
    If I logon to the server as the identity account that the web server is running under (in order to have access to installed printers) then it can print Rotis perfectly happily.
    I have tried another EPS font and that also fails to print, so I'm guessing EPS fonts are the root of the problem.
    What do I need to do to make EPS fonts work?

    In a "word"; you can not. Not with the Crystal Reports SDK anyhow. There are ADOBE provided APIs that will allow merging pf PDF files and possibly other 3rd party tools, but no CR SDK will do that for you.

  • PrintToPrinter is having incorrect margins (Export to PDF is working fine)

    I've met with a strange situation where my report wont print properly when I use PrintToPrinter from .NET application. But if I export or preview it in the designer it works as expected. When I print, margins set in the reports are lost. How can I make sure PrintToPrinter prints the same way as I export to PDF?
                    Reports.Sales.Invoice report = new Reports.Sales.Invoice();
                    foreach (CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.Table oTable in report.Database.Tables)
                        DataTable dt = LoadSalesData(SalesId);
                        oTable.SetDataSource(dt);
                    report.PrintOptions.PrinterName = PrinterName;
                    PageMargins margins = new PageMargins(288, 3024, 360, 1440);
                    report.PrintOptions.ApplyPageMargins(margins);
                    report.PrintOptions.PaperOrientation = PaperOrientation.Portrait;
                    report.PrintOptions.PaperSize = CrystalDecisions.Shared.PaperSize.PaperLetter;
                    report.PrintOptions.PaperSource = CrystalDecisions.Shared.PaperSource.Auto;
                    report.PrintToPrinter(1, false, 0, 0);
                    report.ExportToDisk(ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat, "Invoice.pdf");

    Seems like my large value for top margin(2.2 inches) created this abnormal behavior. I changed the top border to .25 inches and added white space to adjust.
    Not sure whether this should be called a bug of Crystal Reports. Anyone met with similar issues?

  • Issue with Printing Labels using PrintToPrinter

    Hi,
    Recently we have upgraded our reports from crystal reports XI to crystal report 2008.
    We are currently facing problems with the labels printed through crystal reports.
    I've used the ReportDocument.PrintToPrinter(1, false, 0, 0); method to print the report directly to the label printer.
    The problem is, if I export the label to a PDF file and print the report by selecting the printer the label comes out perfectly, but when I print the report directly using "printtoprinter" method instead of exporting it to a PDF, the font size is reduced and the label looks like its shrinked to half the size. Our production server is still running on crystal reports XI and we don't have any problem printing labels from it. Let me know if i'm not sailing in the right direction.
    System Details:
    OS: Windows Vista Buisness 64-bit
    Visual studio 2008
    .NET Framework 3.5
    Label Printer: Dymo Labelwriter 330
    Crystal Reports 2008
    Code:
    private ReportDocument oRpt = new ReportDocument();
    // initialize the repot.
    initReport();
    oRpt.PrintOptions.PaperOrientation = PaperOrientation.Landscape;
    oRpt.PrintOptions.PrinterName = prnName;
    oRpt.PrintToPrinter(1, false, 0, 0);
    Thank you,
    Vijay

    Hey Josh,
    I'm sorry there was a typo in the link.
    Here is the link for that forum Re: Custom Paper Size & Orientation Problem
    The solution mentioned by Amit singh in the thread solved my problem. I'm pasting the code here for you to look at.
    boReportDocument.Load(Server.MapPath("CrystalReport.rpt"));
            PrintOptions boPrintOptions = boReportDocument.PrintOptions;
            // The paper size used for this report is  '14x7'.
          System.Drawing.Printing.PrinterSettings oPrinterSettings = new       System.Drawing.Printing.PrinterSettings();
            oPrinterSettings.PrinterName = "     ";
            foreach (System.Drawing.Printing.PaperSize oPaperSize in oPrinterSettings.PaperSizes)
                if ("14x7" == oPaperSize.PaperName)
                    boPrintOptions.PaperSize = (CrystalDecisions.Shared.PaperSize) oPaperSize.RawKind;
                    break;
            CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = boReportDocument;
    Hope this solves your problem.

  • Problem in Stacked chart Reports

    Hi,
    I was trying to create a report of Stacked Chart type. I was able to create it successfully But I still face these problems.
    1. When I group the data based on an attribute of type Date, The date format appears (at the bottom of Stacks) like 2009,Jan,Day20 (if the date is 20th jan2009).I have tried to change the value format of date in the Value format Tab. But What ever is the format I choose, the date still gets displayed as 2009,Jan,day20. Please advise..
    2. The second Issue is that when ever there are no records for a stack I can see the value displayed as 0.0. This really does not seem good on the report. Please let me know the steps to be followed to avoid this problem.
    You can see a screenshot of the above problems *here*.
    Thanks,

    Hi all,
    I am facing a problem in printing Crystal Reports in Windows Forms app. Normal application flow is working like charm but I want to handle the situation when printer is not available or is not ready for printing. I was looking for WMI but I am facing problem
    like mentioned
    here, that my printer always return Status 3 or State 0 (idle). Now Now I am looking for exceptions of PrinttoPrinter method of Crystal Reports but yet no luck. Any idea will be appreciated.
    Thank in advance
    For issues concerning third party products you should contact the vendor of the product for support. Which would be
    SAP for Crystal Reports.
    Also you say WMI apparently says your printer is idle. I don't know if that means your printer is available or not.
    Can other programs print to that printer? If so then it is available. If Crystal Reports can not print to it even though it is available then SAP would be the place to try to get an answer.

  • Problem When Multiple Users Export To PDF Simultaneously

    I am hoping someone out there can help.  We have had no luck at all with Crystal Reports / SAP support for this issue.
    We have a client/server aplication and have written a C# program to load a crystal report on the server, export it to PDF and then we send the PDF to the client. We are using Crystal Reports 2008 and have applied SP4.
    The scenario is as follows:
    Two users log into our application from different PC's.
    User 1 prints a report with no issue.
    User 2 prints a report 5 seconds later with no issue.
    If User 1 prints a report and while that report is being exported to PDF, User 2 prints a report, the first will be successful and the second will fail.  If User 2 reprints the report after receiving a failure, the report prints successfully the second time (using the same temp report folders as the previous attempt). We have done a lot of tracing and have narrowed the problem down to the point in out C# program when the cryRpt.Export() routine is called.  It seems to be what is failing and doesn't seem to be able to run 2 exports simultaneously.
    All exporting to PDF occurs on the application server and the processes run as "Administrator" so permissions should certainly not be a problem.  Each user is printing a different physical .rpt file and the data for each report is in a different physical directory.
    Has anyone come across this before or have any suggestions?

    We thought the same thing as you suggest and have already made that change without sucess.  Below is what the code looks like for our export routine.  Perhaps you can spot something we have not.  As mentioned before the export appears to be faulting at the statement "cryRpt.ExportToDisk(ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat, pdfname);" in the below code.
    The code is as follows:
            public void exportReport(string xmldir, string crname, string pdfname, string termid, bool debug)
                try
                    if (debug)
                        dt = DateTime.Now;

  • PrintToPrinter() crashes windows service

    Hi,
    We have a windows service written in VB.NET using Crystal Reports 2008 SP2 (latest fix pack has also been applied).
    It is a multithreaded solution that generates and prints reports from an Oracle 10 db.
    The loading and printing of the reports are done in different threads so the interaction with the CR
    runtimes could in theory occur at the same time from 3 different threads.
    The printers that are used are network printers (from a print server) but they are added ("installed") on the server
    running the windows service.
    Our problem is that an unhandled exception (unmanaged I guess) is quite often thrown after
    calling the method PrintToPrinter() which brings the whole windows service down and leaves
    a general error message in Event Viewer:
    .NET Runtime 2.0 Error
    "Faulting application "myapp.exe", version 1.0.0.0, stamp 461c7030, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.2180, stamp 41109655, debug? 0, fault address 0x00018fea."
    (The "faulting module" is not allways the same but most often ntdll)
    We haven't found any way to catch this exception. We have error handlers in all threds and we have also tried to
    add a global unhandled exception handler for UnhandledExceptions without any luck.
    I'm aware of the fact that (introduced in .NET framework 2.0) this behaviour to bring down the current app is "by design" if an unhandled exception is thrown and not caught in a thread of the current app domain.
    It seems that the application crash much more frequently when PrintToPrinter() is called at the same time from at least two of the app's threads.
    We also had problems with the same app before upgrading to CR 2008 from the version of CR that comes with VS 2005.
    The problem was exactly the same except that when calling the PrintToPrinter() method the thread hanged and never returned instead of crashing the entire app.
    I assume the exception is thrown when CR is communicating with the print drivers but how to proceed?
    Are there any logging done by the CR runtime?
    Is there anyway to debug the CR runtime?
    Anyone have experienced anything similar?
    More info:
    OS: Windows Server 2003
    .NET Framework: 2.0
    CR: Crystal Reports 2008 SP2 (latest fix pack)
    DB: Oracle 10
    Printers: Mostly HP LaserJet 4350

    Another option would be to use RAS to print your report, seems to work better than PrintToPrinter:
                   System.Drawing.Printing.PrintDocument pDoc = new System.Drawing.Printing.PrintDocument();
                CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.PrintReportOptions rasPROpts = new CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.PrintReportOptionsClass();
                CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.PrintOptions newOpts = new PrintOptionsClass();
                   pDoc.PrinterSettings.PrinterName = cboCurrentPrinters.Text;
                   rasPROpts.PrinterName = cboCurrentPrinters.Text;
                   rasPROpts.PaperSize = (CrPaperSizeEnum)
                        pDoc.PrinterSettings.PaperSizes[cboCurrentPaperSizes.SelectedIndex].Kind;
                   rasPROpts.PaperSource = (CrPaperSourceEnum)
                        pDoc.PrinterSettings.PaperSources[cboDefaultPaperTrays.SelectedIndex].Kind;
                   CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.CrPaperSourceEnum.crPaperSourceManual;
                rasPROpts.JobTitle = "MYPrintJob";
                   rptClientDoc.PrintOutputController.PrintReport(rasPROpts);
                   MessageBox.Show("Printing report.", "RAS", MessageBoxButtons.OK,MessageBoxIcon.Information );
    Thank you

  • Crystal Reports, version for Visual Studio 2010 Problem

    Dear all,
    I encounter a problem after installed the crystal report version for Visual Studio 2010. Once I call
                           ReportDocument.PrintToPrinter(1,False, 0, 0)
    The error message prompt:
    Report is unavailable(Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name:index)
    If I try
                             ReportDocument.PrintToPrinter(1,False, 1, 1)
    It can print the 1st page of the report.
    I also try to create a simple report. It works.
    After installed this version, my reports also encounter the same problem in Visual Studio 2008.
    My report has sub-reports. My PC is Windows XP.
    Anybody has idea on this issue!?

    Now you can set the various printer options using the PrintOutputController. I'm using a UI box to select the printer but your developer should be able to figure this out. If not you can include him in the e-mail, it would be fine to go direct. Of course you will stay in the thread:
         private void btnSetPrinter_Click(object sender, System.EventArgs e)
              System.Drawing.Printing.PrintDocument pDoc = new System.Drawing.Printing.PrintDocument();
                CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.PrintReportOptions rasPROpts = new CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.Controllers.PrintReportOptionsClass();
              // Use the next line if you need to, you'll ahve to test. Depends on how the reports were saved.
                //CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.PrintOptions.DissociatePageSizeAndPrinterPaperSize = true;
                //CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.ISCRPrintOptions.DissociatePageSizeAndPrinterPaperSize = true;
                //pDoc.DefaultPageSettings = pgSettings;
                PrintDialog dlg = new PrintDialog();
                dlg.Document = pDoc;
                if (dlg.ShowDialog() == DialogResult.Cancel)
                    MessageBox.Show("Cancel Button clicked", "RAS", MessageBoxButtons.OK, MessageBoxIcon.Information);
                    return;
                else
                    CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.PrintOptions MYPRTOpts = new PrintOptionsClass();
                    if (rdoCurrent.Checked)
                        pDoc.PrinterSettings.PrinterName = cboCurrentPrinters.Text;
                   // the next 3 lines may not be necessary.
                        MYPRTOpts.PrinterName = cboCurrentPrinters.Text;
                        MYPRTOpts.PaperSize = (CrPaperSizeEnum)
                            pDoc.PrinterSettings.PaperSizes[cboCurrentPaperSizes.SelectedIndex].Kind;
                        MYPRTOpts.PaperSource = (CrPaperSourceEnum)
                            pDoc.PrinterSettings.PaperSources[cboCurrentPaperTrays.SelectedIndex].Kind;
                        MYPRTOpts.PaperOrientation = CrPaperOrientationEnum.crPaperOrientationLandscape;
                        //MYPRTOpts.PageMargins.Bottom = .1;
                        //MYPRTOpts.PageMargins.Top = .1;
                        //MYPRTOpts.PageMargins.Left = .1;
                        //MYPRTOpts.PageMargins.Right = .1;
                    else
                        pDoc.PrinterSettings.PrinterName = cboDefaultPrinters.Text;
                        MYPRTOpts.PrinterName = cboDefaultPrinters.Text;
                        MYPRTOpts.PaperSize = (CrPaperSizeEnum)
                            pDoc.PrinterSettings.PaperSizes[cboDefaultPaperSizes.SelectedIndex].Kind;
                        MYPRTOpts.PaperSource = (CrPaperSourceEnum)
                            pDoc.PrinterSettings.PaperSources[cboDefaultPaperTrays.SelectedIndex].Kind;
                    rptClientDoc.PrintOutputController.ModifyPrintOptions(MYPRTOpts);
                    //MessageBox.Show("Printer set.", "RAS", MessageBoxButtons.OK, MessageBoxIcon.Information);
                    rptClientDoc.PrintOutputController.PrintReport(rasPROpts);
                    //MessageBox.Show("Printing report.", "RAS", MessageBoxButtons.OK, MessageBoxIcon.Information);
    Thank you
