Problem in a BAPI for recording results

Hi all,
I am using BAPI 'BAPI_INSPOPER_RECORDRESULTS'
for chemical and mechnical properities record to be transferred from non-sap system to sap through RFC call for a particular lot.
BAPI is working fine if all the chem/mech properties is sent in one go. But the user require that they sent Chem properties once and after sometime they will sent Mech properties for the same lot. But the system is accepting only the values sent first . Pls help how to receive values second time for the same lot.

Hi Vivek,
Use two operations. One for chemical properties against that you will have the inspection characteristics related to chemical inspection and another operation for mechanical properties against that you will have all the inspection characteristics related to mechanical inspection. Example 0010 operation number for chemical properties and 0020 operation number for mechanical properties.

Hi experts,
In my application, I want to show dimension counts for record results. Support results contains 50 records, Out of 50 records, with Color=Red has 15 records. Therefore I want to display the Red Color results as -
Color:
Red (15)
Silver(5)
Like wise for other dimensions as well. As per the Endeca documentations, I guess "Drs" parameter is there to achieve it. If this is true then can you guys explain how the required functionality can be achieved using endea_jspref application . Or using presentation api, what kind of code should be written.
Any input/ideas will be highly appreciated.

in my code level i used like below to display num of records
if you use RefinementMenu cartridge(in jsp RefinementMenu.jsp) you will get refinements in that content.

SB Audigy 2ZS Plarinum Pro: setting source for recording

Hello!
I am having problems setting the source for recording. I want to set the recording source from 'Wave' (default) to 'Line-In /Mic'. After doing so with the mixer or the MediaSource Player it resets to 'Wave' after some time. Why? Can I force the software to make 'Line-In /Mic' the default setting? It really dri'ves me nuts to see that the source has changed without me being notified. I want to have the source changed only by myself and not by some cozmic radiation, God's will, voodoo magic and whatnot.

So can you go to control panel, and sound and there look at your recording devices and tell me what do you see? If your desired device is there, you can choose it as the default and then throughout the rest of windows, this will be THE global default recording device or the first choice, when you are in other programs to record from. Also, make sure your device is plugged in when making this change. On my system with that board, a few years ago, I could make the choice, but it would always pick something else when the source was unplugged. For example, if I were using the front bay inputs as recording, when I would unplug them and reboot, my system picked the next thing as default.
Next go into to your Creative Control panel and do the same thing there. Theoretically your choices should be linked, but this is not always the result. I can choose mine in Vista and windows 7, but lastly I always go to the Creative mixer applet and do it there and that works best. For me, my default is my front panel Mic or Microphone FP but as soon as I unplug it, it wants to make my back mic jack the default.

Problem of BOM components uploading through BAPI,for the Network(CN01)

Hello,Friends,
Iam PP consultant and facing a problem of BOM components uploading through BAPI,for creating of the Network (CN21)
we have 300 components in the network activity and while uploading the BOM through BAPI , only 295 components has been uploaded.Others components has not uploaded.
Please suggest me what will be the Problem? and
What is the solution for the same?

in customizing availability checked has been applied ,for this reason one additional screen is appearing in BAPI for all these components

Table for the recorded result.Result automatically calculated using formula

Hi experts,
I want to know where this results will be saved(table name) when we use formula in inspection plan.I have marked char.calc in control indicator and formula has been entered in inspection plan.While entering the result when i click on calc button it is displaying correct result and i have saved.when i check the table QAMR,QASR it is not displaying the result for the MIC which i have used formula.I am able to see the formula in QAMV table.When i want to display this result can i retrive the result directly from any of the table or shall i calculate the formula in the program to display? If i should calculate the formula how to calculate?

Hii,
If u are using Inspection point for the results recording then results will get stored in QASR table. The manually entered results alone will get stored in the Original_ Input field. Calculated parameters will get stored in the mittelwert field (mean value). Kindly check QASE table for lot without inspection points.
For ex : Results Field name mean value (1.7500000000E+02)

It is very much work to do this for all steps, because I have hundred of steps

hi,
here is an example that will change the TS.NoResult. You just have to change this area of the sequence to suit your needs
I haven't added any fancy stuff, such as adding a filedialog to get the seq file to change, you will find the various variables in the Locals.

BAPI for Sampling scheme and Quality Info Record in QM Module.

I have a two object(Sampling Scheme,Quality info record) for which i need a BAPI for uploading the data.
Please tell me if any one knows.

Usually, I wouldn't think the follow-up action would be an issue with system performance. You say 7000 items, but do you mean 7000 UD's? I.e. an inspection lot of 1000 units isn't unusual and that would be 7 inspection lots. You've also now said that the program needs to look across plants for UD rejections and for notifications. That is another level of complexity.
While the UD follow-up action should still be able to handle that, I can't say it won't affect performance. I was going to suggest you have it only run on certain UD codes, but since you now need to reveiw this across plants that might not work.
What happens if my vendor/material is in a skip stage at plant A and Plant B opens a notification agains the vendor? Since there is no UD, the follow-up action wouldn't run and change the DMR at plant A.
If you need to look at a bunch of stuff, instead of the follow-up action, you may need to run a program in batch and have it run once an hour or every 10 minutes. Depending on how you write it, it could be pretty efficient.
