Problem in a Button redirecting to a Page

Question

Hello All,
I have a single page with 3 report regions based on same table .. and a fourth report region on another table ..
Im trying from the fourth region to create a BUTTON to redirect to a FORM based on the table of the fourth region .. that table has a foreign key referencing Primary key in table serving the three regions.
Sending the foreign key when clicking the button from "report region" to "form page" not working with me!
I created a Hidden-item "SELECTOR" in the "report regions page" .. and set its default to a REAL primary key value "for testing" .. and configured the BUTTON to set the FOREIGN KEY item in the form page to the "SELECTOR" value
ITEM: P6_PATIENT_ID
VALUE: &P2_SELECTOR.
The value appear in the form .. but when clicking create in the FORM page .. i receive an error message :
2 Errors Occured
Without any details about error ! just two BULLETS !

hi ,
u forgot to give the slash ("/") before jsp file when u r creating the RequestDispatcher object. I tried the following example. Its working fine.
