Problem in CC BPM in PI

Hi Team
We are facing a strange issue in CC BPM. For some of the messages, one send step in BPM remains in "InProcess' status for a long time ( more than 2 hours)
When I try to find out the problem , I see this message in SWWL
Work item 000000189474 cannot be executed in status STARTED'
Can somebody help me to solve this issue. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Check if the outbound message is sucesfully delivered or not.
You can get the message ID by navigating as per below in container tab in your above screenshot.

I guess the weblogic.jar is not included in the studio.
So, i added weblogic.jar (Weblogic 10.3) and wlclient.jar (Weblogic 10.3)
It is working in my simple java code. But, still not working in BPM Studio.

Correlation Problem with Oracle BPM 2.1.2

I have developed a BPEL process that invokes Axis web services and then wait an asynchronous message from the services, using pick with onMessage tag. Previously, I do my work with Oracle BPM 2.0.10 and designer 0.9.5, it works well. But now, I have used Oracle BPEM 2.1.2 and designer 0.9.10, my Axis web services can not send any asynchronous message to the process. What's the problem? Must I set some configuration with BPM 2.1.2 or change my original BPEL code?

PS. I sure that my Axis Web servies work well.

"my Axis web services can not send any asynchronous message to the process" --> means when you try to invoke an Axis Web services from a BPEL process, there are no callback message from the web services, right? Did you see any exception from either the console or BPEL server DOS window?

Problem about Triggering BPM and Process monitor

Hi all,
I am new on the BPM domain. Now i got some problem working on it.
First, i want to execute a FM or Program in ECC, and then trigger the process of BPM, how to do this?
or maybe i can say like this, i want to start a BPM from ECC screen, how could i do?
Second, the requester could find the completed tasks in UWL with some simple text only,
if he wants to see the whole process status, is that possible?

For First, is the URL which in Process Repository, after clicking "start process", something like "http://www.example.org/bpem/..... "?
but seems i cannot open the URL for detail XML data. Could you give some more details?
For Second, go to UWL page, in Tasks tab, choose "completed tasks" in first dropdown box, you can get the task list then.
And it returns only "priority, completion date, status".
If the task is in progress, yes, process visualization will picture the state of the process.
But my customers (requesters), not admin, want to see the diagram after they submit, with status better. Any suggestion?

Problem to download BPM products

Hi all,
I need to download some Oracle BPM products at:
SOA Suite 11g Download
Even when I accept the OTN terms, I got a message that complains:
"In order to download products from Oracle Technology Network you must agree to the OTN license terms"
I tryed clearing cookies and changing browser (IE Explorer & Chrome).
Is it a hosting problem?

ID problem while importing BPM

I created integration process(BPM) in IR and activated successfully.
there is no probelm in while activating.. it got activated successfully...
but when Try to import this in ID .. i am not able to see my BPM in ID.

Please check whether you are tring to import the correct one or not.
Also check any errors in BPM with F7 (if errors are there it will not activate but still check out)
Try to import a different BPM and see whether you have the same problem.

Problem in transformation BPM

We have the next escenary Idoc -> XI -> file. I received 3 Idoc and send 1 file with information of these Idoc.
For made this I realice one BPM. This BPM have the next step:
Into the loop
1.- I received the idoc
2.- Append idoc to table idoc.
3.- Add 1 to count
When I exit the loop I realice one step of transformation from table idoc to file but when i realice these step i have one message of error.
The message is "Expression must not return a multiline value".
I check the structure of file and is 0 unbounded.The structure of idoc is 1 .

Check the Multiline element for the Table Idoc container.
Btw, where exactly you are collecting the idoc ? Is it idoc container or in file container ? Anyway accoridng to this you need to choose the Abstract interface with multiline option.
And in the N:1 Mapping, SOurce Message type will be, 0...n and in the interface mapping also occurence you need to change..
After chnaging the BPM, check for syntax check, i.e F7 and check it.

Problem in deployment (BPM 11g Suite)

I am using BPM 11g suite and created one sample BPM project. But while deployment I am getting some error and not able to deploy my process.
While deployment I am getting the following error:

You'll need to deploy to a server that's in a domain that includes SOA/BPM. The integrated WLS server installed with JDev doesn't include SOA/BPM; which I think is the cause of the message: "No SOA configured servers found"
To be able to deploy you would run config wizard to create a new domain or extend an existing one (but not the integrated JDev server). Another option is to use pre-built VMs that include a server with SOA/BPM installed. There's one for VirtualBox and an AMI/EC2 image available:

Regarding role assignment that can be done 2 ways. From JDev BPM Navigator open the Organization node. In there you'll see the list of defined roles. When you select a role you can manage mapping of participants. You'll see a dialog to connect to the server that contains the users/groups. You can also use the BPM Workspace to do role mapping. If you log in as BPM Admin (user weblogic in the default configuration), you'll see an Administration tab. From there you'll see Organization->Roles as one of the options on the left navigation table.

Problem in deploy BPM 11g best practices to weblogic

I do step by step BPM11g BestPractices instruction. when I want to deploy SalesProcesses to application server in select SOA severs step in deploy wizard there isn't any server that I select. I login to admin server console of weblogic and see that soa_server1 and bam_server1 state is SHUTDOWN I find two ways for start them
1. from console that first must start node manager and then start them
2. from command line --> startManagedWebLogic.cmd soa_server1
I try two ways but both of them have problems. when I see log files I see below exception finally :

Problem with Correlations/BPM

Hello,
we have a problem with our PI 7.1.
We have created a ccBPM-Process with one correlation. The process is activated and runs quite good.
The Problem is in the last step (its a receive-step) which uses a correlation.
If we send the message, with the correlation into the process, we get an error of type (permanent error in inbound processing).
Now, when we look into the queue-item (which contains the error) (smq2) we can see, that the generated proxy contains elements of an old data-type, which is already deleted.

Hi Thorsten,
Run RSWF_CRL_MAINTAIN to check active correlations.
Then, run SWWL leaving blank all the fields (ID, Type, status ....)
Check if there is any work item stuck. Delete all the items.
Refresh all the caches.
Go to SXI_CACHE and check That your Integration Process has the active version that you wish.
Check return code is 0.

I want to change default language in BPM workflow when login to BPM workspace (ex: Vietnamese ...) and change properties default of Task, BPM supports multilanguage?

That shows that the same functionality in BPM workspace screen is missing. You can choose the browser or the LDAP it says. Like I said, you must have a parameter in your LDAP provider, setting the default language for seperate users, but I haven't seen this working yet.

Don't need to create test case, someone else has already reported it on Chrome bug list.
If this is a problem to you (and I think it will be if you have an applet with menus that is used on Chrome) perhaps you could follow this link,
and star the item. (I note that this also stops drop lists from working.)
To star the item, from the page, click 'back to list', find item 937, and click on the favourite star.

Problem with BPM Receive step

Hy all,
I have a strage Problem with a BPM Definition into a receive step. I receive from SAP System IDoc and (per dynamic receive determination) I receive it into BPM.
But the Block that contains the receive Step can't be executed. I get following error message from XI :
Error when executing work item '000000177354'
Error when starting work item 000000177354
Work item 000000177345: Object FLOWITEM method EXECUTE cannot be executed
Error when executing work item '000000177354'
Runtime handle of object type could not be created
Exception 'ex_EDIFactOrder_received' caught and transferred to the exception handler
Error when executing work item '000000177354'
Could anyone help me please.

1) Infinite Loop with receive step
2) exception creation (2 minutes) (parallel to 1))
3) exception handler (parallel to 1))
Block 2
1) Mapping steps + send Steps + container Operation steps (set of flag)
2) Exception handler (paralle to 1))
Block 3
1) receive steps (where I get the error message)
