Problem with BPM Receive step

Hy all,
I have a strage Problem with a BPM Definition into a receive step. I receive from SAP System IDoc and (per dynamic receive determination) I receive it into BPM.
But the Block that contains the receive Step can't be executed. I get following error message from XI :
Error when executing work item '000000177354'
Error when starting work item 000000177354
Work item 000000177345: Object FLOWITEM method EXECUTE cannot be executed
Error when executing work item '000000177354'
Runtime handle of object type  could not be created
Exception 'ex_EDIFactOrder_received' caught and transferred to the exception handler
Error when executing work item '000000177354'
Could anyone help me please.
Thank's a lot.
Mat

I have following scenario :
Block 1
1) Infinite Loop with receive step
2) exception creation (2 minutes) (parallel to 1))
3) exception  handler (parallel to 1))
Block 2
1) Mapping steps + send Steps + container Operation steps (set of flag)
2) Exception handler (paralle to 1))
Block 3
1) receive steps (where I get the error message)
I hope it's OK
Cheers
Mat

    I am experiencing problems with workflow->validate step in Hyperion FDM.
    I am not able to export unmapped dimension members to Excel.
    Earlier everything worked fine.
    But now all of a sudden it has become a serious problem.
    when I click Export to Excel,processing starts and it's never coming to an end.
    Every thing is getting stuck up.
    Could any one suggest solution to this as it is delaying my deliverable.

    Try opening excel first, then doing the export from FDM.

  • Problems with sending/receiving picture messages

    Does anyone know how to sort problems with sending/receiving picture messages on the iphone 4S?  I've gone through all the re-setting etc at the place I bought it and it still doesn't work!! Spoken to 02 and they said it's an issue with Apple software?? Any help appreciated.

    Can you send/receive SMS's? If so, and you can't send/receive MMS's, and MMS is turned on in Settings, 99.9% of the time the problem is on your carrier's end...most likely MMS is not provisioned properly on your account, regardless of what your carrier is telling you. Call back & have them remove MMS from your account & then re-provision your account for MMS.

  • Problem with BPM: no receive step found for message ....

    Hello,
    I have the follwing problem with a BPM ina PI 7.3 system.
    I created a BPM for the following 'process':
    We will receive an IDOC from SAP ECC, then call a synchronous webservice and finally send the result back to ECC.
    I created my BPM.
    Now when I send the IDOC, the interface is triggered but it gets stuck in the queue with message 'No receive step found for message ...'. I get this message when I go to Tx SMQ2 and try to simulate the message
    I have already refreshed the CPA cache without result however.
    in SXI_CACHE I can find my IP* and the status = '0' ( So i guess this is OK )
    I do not use correlations in my BPM.
    In my configuration I can find my sender agreement and interface determination towards the service (abstract) which is defined in the receive step of the BPM.
    Does anybody have any ideas what can be wrong ?
    Thanks,
    Erwin

    Hi Erwin, delete Integration Process  in the Directory Integration and import it again.

  • BPM with 2 receive steps

    Hi folks,
    I want to create a BPM which can be used for 2 different IDOCS - they are both being mapped towards the same XML flavour and then send out ...
    I created a "ForEach" step with 2 branches , put necessary branches to "1" and defined a receive step in each branch representing the receival of a particular IDOC.
    This all works but for some reason the receive steps demands me to "Use a correlation" and to "Activate a correlation" ... Both options have a red question mark and there is no way I can get ridd of those question marks ...
    I am not interested at all in correlation ... I just want to kick off the bpm for any of the 2 idocs and map them accordingly ...
    I was thinking about creating a correlation on SAP IDOC number just to have it its way but I am not sure whether it is intended like this ...
    Regards,
    Steven

    a correlation is required. try to give the correlation based on a unique field in the IDoc.

  • Problems with different received message from sql function

    Hello all!
    I have a little problem with my BPEL process. I call a sql function that returns a string. In this string I have a xml. The returned message can be something like:
    <error><id>id_error</id><message>descr_error</message></error>
    or
    <comm>
    <header>
    children tags
    </header>
    <body>
    children tags
    </body>
    </comm>
    As you see, I can receive two types of messages. Of course, the process transforms string -> xml.
    Depending on the type, the process must choose between two flows.
    My questions are: what should be the solution(the steps) to determine what type of message the function returns? In my project, where should I define the same message types in order to assignate them to a variable? In a xsd?
    Thanks in advance!!

    seems like you could solve this with a <pick>. Take a look at the section "One Request, One of Two Possible Responses" in chapter 13 of the bpel developer guide.

  • Problem with File receiver

    Hi, I have the following scenario, File->XI->File and
    I have a problem with the File adapter (receiver). I can't generate it.
    I was reading blog: File-Xi-File scenario donu00B4t work.
    SXMB_MONI shows the message correctly but the receiver file is not generated.
    Somebody can help me?
    Thanks in advanced
    Regards,
    Sergio.

    Hi Sergio,
    I would suggest that you go through this blog for the entire File to File scenario and cross check this with the cofiguration done by you.

    Also, do check these links for configuring your sender and receiver file adapters.

  • Problem with BPM Configuration

    Hi,
       I'm not able to get the process of BPM Configuration.
    My Scenario is
            File->R/3(BAPI)->File(Response),through BPM
       1.Do i need 2 Business Service?
       Is the flow like this?
          File->IP->SAP->IP->File.
       If it is correct then why do I need Business Service?
       Correct me if i am wrong.
       I'm very much confused with BPM,Need Help.
    Regards,
    Prashanth K.R,

    Hi Prashanth,
    >>1.Do i need 2 Business Service?
    no you don't need 2 one is enough
    but in fact sometimes it's good to have two...
    let's say one folder ackts as a foderl for storing XML files on one server for CRM data
    the second on is for txt data for EDI
    if you use two then you know which folder is responsible for what...
    BTW
    use can define Business Service in less then 20 seconds
    >>>File->IP->SAP->IP->File.
    If it is correct then why do I need Business Service?
    you use business services to define that file adapter
    is not connected to any other application
    if you just use a file folder on ftp then you have to create a business service to define the sender/receiver

  • Problem with BPM fix

    We all know about the BPM switch fix for finding and removing dead entries from iTunes, but I have encountered a (big) problem with this. Actually, two problems, one big, and one slightly smaller:
    1. As anyone who has done this knows, it takes quite a while to write the new information to all your files, especially if you have a lot (I have 5000 songs).
    2. The bigger problem is that once you do this, syncing with you iPod takes over an hour, because every file has to be replaced.
    I don't understand why iTunes can't just let show you a list of all the files that it can't find, instead of having to use a ghetto workaround like the BPM switch. If anyone has any OTHER workaround that doesn't cause this to happen, please let me know...I'll be here for a while as I wait for my ipod to finish updating....

    I don't know what the "BPM Fix" is, but my fix for removing for finding dead entries is much simpler.
    Download one of these scripts:
    http://otto.homedns.org/itunes/RemoveDeadTracks.txt
    http://otto.homedns.org/itunes/FindDeadTracks.txt
    Save them to your hard drive and rename them to have a ".js" extension.
    While iTunes is running, double click one of them to run them. The Remove one will remove all dead tracks from your library. The Find one will just create a text file with the names of these tracks instead.
    "Dead tracks" being anything that will have a ! beside it in iTunes.
    *The RemoveDeadTracks script is the same one included in Apple's iTunes COM SDK. It's unmodified.
    *The FindDeadTracks script is my modified version of same.

  • My ipod classic crashes after about 2-3 days of being attached to my Kenwood KDC-248U receiver in Pickup.  There are 2700  songs but only get through the first 200   Apple has replaced the Ipod 3x and Kenwood says it is not a problem with the receiver.

    My ipod classic crashes after about 2-3 days of being attached to my Kenwood KDC-248C receiver in my Pickup.  There are about 2700+ songs on the Ipod, but only get through the first 200 to 300 songs.  The screen fades, but there is still power and a charge.  Does anyone have a clue because I don't.?

    There seem to be compatibilty isuue with KDC receiver and Ipod Classic firmware 1.1.2.

  • Problem with file receiving through abap web service

    Hi experts,
    I need to created web service for import file from .NET application into SAP.
    ABAP function expect hexadecimal string (same as GUI_UPLOAD / GUI_DOWNLOAD) but hexadecimal string from C# is too long (double longer), and I have no idea how to convert it. Also there is a problem with code page...
    Is there some better way to do this? Any idea is welcome!

    Hi Nemanja,
    Please bear in mind that your SAP system is based on UTF-8 encoding. Since you have the xstring length doubled, most probably your sender system uses UTF-16 encoding. So what you need to do is change the encoding used by your .NET application when sending the data to SAP.
    Alternatively, you can try using XSL Transformations in ABAP to have the input data converted from UTF-16-encoded xstring to ABAP structures. You can find a little example in this thread: ABAP data to XML conv with UTF-8 encoding and custom namespace. The point is to start your XSLT with the following: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-16"?>.
    Hope this helps,
    Greg

  • BPM - Receive Step

    Hi,
       I came across this question in one of the site. Can you please tell me which option is correct?
       Question: A message can be received by...
                1) Only a receive Step
                2) By receive, fork or loop step.
                3) By receive and block step.
                4) By send, block and fork.

    It can be only reciver step to receive the message, message can also be received by fork or loop but receive step inside the fork or loop must be the first step.

  • Problems with the receiver

    Hello,
    I've just got my Nike + iPod today. I inserted the receiver to my iPod Nano and nothing happened...
    When I go to Setting>About, there's no mention to the nike + ipod. The only place it shows in my iPod is under Settings>Main Menu. There I can find an on/off option, but it does nothing.
    Do I have a broke one here?
    Thanks,
    Pedro

    I would make sure both your iTunes and iPod software are fully up to date. If that is already so, try resetting your iPod with the receiver in it, by holding down your menu button and the center button at the same time for at least 3 seconds. This should shut off your iPod and give you the Apple trademark logo. Once that happens, you are ready to push the menu button and center button at the same time again and this should restart you iPod and hopefully Nike+ will then show up in our main menu (of course, you'll have to make sure that you still have Nike+ set to show on your main menu in your settings as you already played with).
