ELEMENT "transactiondatarequest"
Error is :
ERROR at line 1:
"ORA-31000: Resource 'http://www.finnone.com/xsd/BaseSchema.xsd' is not an XDB schema document"
why this problem is coming though transactiondatarequest.xsd is reguisterd

I got problems in creating a table using java
ok here's what i want to happen, i have a table named tblField that has 3 columns.
These 3 columns are:
1. field_ID
2. field_Desc
3. field_Fruit
The table tblField returns 7 rows in which the values of field_Fruit are:
1. apple
2. banana
3. orange
4. watermelon
5. pineapple
6. mango
7. lemon
what i want to do is I want to create a new table named tblNewTable that will get the 7 values of field_Fruit and be the columns of the new table tblNewTable.
So the result would be: I have this new table named tblNewTable and the column names are:
1. apple
2. banana
3. orange
4. watermelon
5. pineapple
6. mango
7. lemon
btw i already know how to create a table with hardcoded values.
An example of create statement is shown below:
CREATE TABLE [dbo].[tblNewTable] ({[Column Name] [char] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL)For the problem posted above, the first thing i should do is to get all the values of field_Fruit first and put them all in a vector. After that, i should use the create statement using the vector to return all the values of field_Fruit. I tried to do the code below but it doesnt wrk:
int x = 0;
CREATE TABLE [dbo].[tblNewTable] (while(x < vFieldFruitVector.size()){ {[Column Name] [char] (50) COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL x = x + 1;})vFieldFruitVector is the vector/values of field_Fruit.
anyone who can help me solve my problem? thanks in advance! :)Unless you are using some special tag library or something, SQL is not, as far as I've ever seen, going to handle while loops within the statements. You want to create the table, then you have to create the CREATE statement string
String c = "CREATE TABLE [dbo].[tblNewTable] (";
for(int x = 0; x < vFieldFruitVector.size(); x++) {
c += vFieldFruitVector.get(x) + " char 50 COLLATE SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS NOT NULL";
c += ")";
int res = stmt.executeUpdate(c); -
ORA-00600 problem when create XMLType table with registerd schema
Hi,
I am using Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.4.0 on RedHat Linux 7.2
I found a problem when I create table with registered schema with follow content:
<xs:element name="body">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:sequence>
</xs:sequence>
<xs:attribute name="id" type="xs:ID"/>
<xs:attribute name="class" type="xs:NMTOKENS"/>
<xs:attribute name="style" type="xs:string"/>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
<xs:element name="body.content">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:choice minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded">
<xs:element ref="p"/>
<xs:element ref="hl2"/>
<xs:element ref="nitf-table"/>
<xs:element ref="ol"/>
</xs:choice>
<xs:attribute name="id" type="xs:ID"/>
</xs:complexType>
</xs:element>
Does Oracle not support element reference to other element with dot?
For instance, body -> body.content
Thanks for your attention.Sorry, amendment on the schema
<xs:element name="body">
<xs:complexType>
<xs:sequence>
<xs:element ref="body.head" minOccurs="0"/>
<xs:element ref="body.content" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>

How to create a table using subform if lifecycle designer 7.1 not availabl
hi,
plis tell me how to create a table because i am using adobe lifecycle 6.1 and in the library
there is no object for table..
also tell me that if i have adobe lifecycle designer then which is better option and why?
use table from library directly or create a table using subform...Hi Sweta,
Create the interface attributes of type string and xtring type.
Create node in the context of type graphics. bind the interface fields to the graphic node context element properties -
Graphic content, field of xzstring type and mimetype to be string/any char data type of suitable length.
In layout drag and drop the image field and bind it to the graphic element.
In yoour report programme-
do the code as berlow to pass the graphic data -
<i>CALL METHOD cl_ssf_xsf_utilities=>get_bds_graphic_as_bmp
EXPORTING
p_object = 'GRAPHICS'
p_name = '<mime type graphic name>'
p_id = 'BMAP'
p_btype = 'BCOL' "BMON if monochrome
RECEIVING
p_bmp = w_binary
EXCEPTIONS
not_found = 1
internal_error = 2
OTHERS = 3.
IF sy-subrc <> 0.
MESSAGE ID sy-msgid TYPE sy-msgty NUMBER sy-msgno
WITH sy-msgv1 sy-msgv2 sy-msgv3 sy-msgv4.
ENDIF.</i>
in the call <form function module>
pass the inerface values for
xstring (graphic field) to be w_binary (import parameter of the previous method)
and mime type to be 'image/bmp'.
This would work.
Hope fully you may be able to see a tutorial on this soon ;).

I created a table using the ranking field and now I need to delete the "dots/buttons" and turn them into text fields, is this possible?
It sounds like what you are trying to do is edit the choices in a likert field to something other than the default radio button. This is not something that you can do in Formscentral at this time.

Create temporary Tables using SQL
Hello,
I'm wondering if SAP allows the creation of new Tables without SDK objects,
I want to create temporary tables using SQL scripts an compile them when an specific addon is connected and erase them when the addon disconnects,
Do you think this is allowed?.
thanks,
GabrielaYou could always have a second DB to create your temp tables in. This is the way I've done this, as well as created my own views and stored procedures in it. No updating of the primary table necessary. The way I named things was:
Company_DB - Company Database
Company_DB-Extern - My own stuff
Then, in sap, you can just do [Company_DB-Extern]..Object to call it, or you do the same from withing your project. -
Problem while creating generic DataSource using table
Hello all,
I am creating a generic DataSource using table EKBE. It is giving error " invalid extract structure template EKBE ". The reason is " The system tried to generate an extract structure with the template structure EKBE. This operation failed, because the template structure quantity fields or currency fields, for example, field MENGE refer to a different table (EKPO)".
Could you suggest how to approach?
Thanks,
Zak.hi zahir,
In your case the reference table used for quantity is ekko and the field is meins.
and the reference table used for currency is ekpo and the field is waers.
So you are not taking data from a single table. so you better create a view give the table name ekbe and select the corresponding fields you want.
Add MEINS and WAERS and as well your required field in the view for example Zview and for Quantity field mention Zview as reference table and reference field as MEINS same for WAERS.
try this if it doent work, tell me what error you are facing.
with regards!

Join two xmltype table using Xquery
I am wondering how to join two xmltype tables in xml db database. both tables are schema based object-relational tables.
these are the examples:
academicProgram table contain batch of academicprogram.xml entries
<academicProgram>
<listOfCourse>
<course><id>1</id></course>
<course><id>2</id></course>
</listOfCourse>
</academicProgram>
course table contain all the course entries, each of them is an xml file based on the the course schema. for example,
course1.xml
<course>
<id>1</id>
<title>xxxxxxx</title>
<description>xxxxxxxxxxxxxx</description>
</course>
I used the following xquery code to merge the detailed course information from course table to the academic program information
select *
from XMLTable(
for $program in ora:view("HTU", "ACADEMICPROGRAM")
return <academicProgram xmlns="http://www.mdanderson.org/schema/APEP/courseCatalog"
for $node in $program/academicProgram/node()
return if (name($node) eq "listOfCourse")
then (
<listOfCourse>{
for $i in $node/course
for $j in ora:view("HTU", "COURSE")/course
where $i/id eq $j/id
return $j
}</listOfCourse>
else $node
</academicProgram>
it did return what I want, but the problem is it take more than 5 minutes to finish. is there someway to make it run faster? I have been struggling for a week, please help.
thanks in advance.

SaroHi Andy,
Like Svee, adviced in the below link
https://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?messageID=10520360
I tried to search for my DSN entry in the odbc driver which is in system32 and systemWOW64. Hence i can find the entry in system32, but not in systemWOW64. So i tried to create my same DSN entry in the driver in systemWOW64 and after that i started to created DWH tables and now it is created successfully.
Thanks

Adding a document to XMLTYPE table with schema
Hi all:
I am doing an example to create a table with a
registered schema associated (in Oracle9ir2), and i am
trying to insert a document that fits to schema into the
table.
The example is very simple:
I have the following schema:
<schema xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">
<element name="items">
<complexType>
<sequence>
<element name="item" type="string" maxOccurs="unbounded"/>
</sequence>
</complexType>
</element>
</schema>
I succeed in registering the schema:
begin
DBMS_XMLSCHEMA.registerSchema(
'http://localhost/items.xsd',
getDocument('items.xsd'),
TRUE, TRUE, FALSE, FALSE
end;
I succeed in creating a table with this schema:
CREATE TABLE items of XMLType
XMLSCHEMA "http://localhost/items.xsd"
ELEMENT "items";
And i have the following document:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<items xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://localhost/items.xsd">
<item>Item1</item>
<item>Item2</item>
</items>
But when i try to insert it into the table with:
INSERT INTO items VALUES (XMLTYPE(getDocument('items1.xml')));
(getDocument is exactly the same as in XML Database
Developer's Guid[i]Long postings are being truncated to ~1 kB at this time.truncated mail continuation...
(getDocument is exactly the same as in XML Database
Developer's Guide - Oracle XML DB Release 2 (9.2))
I get:
SQL> INSERT INTO items VALUES (XMLTYPE(getDocument('items1.xml')));
INSERT INTO items VALUES (XMLTYPE(getDocument('items1.xml')))
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-19007: Schema and element do not match
Do you know which is the problem?
I have proved changing the headers of the xml document
and schema in severals way, but it doesn't work.
Could be a problem with Oracle configuration?
Thanks in advance,

Problem in creating new field using AET
Hi ,
We are facing a problem while creating a new field using AET.
[http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs;jsessionid=(J2EE3414900)ID0190611650DB01471683520393954021End?blog=/pub/wlg/12716]
Im following this blog while creating the new field using AET.
After filling all the field details and trying to create a Transport request its going for a runtime error.
The error is happening in class CL_CRM_GENIL_AXT_API
method get_editable_properties.
data lr_field_ext type ref to cl_genil_field_extension.
field-symbols <axt_field_extension> type gtype_field_extension.
data lr_fieldext_ref type ref to if_axt_field_ext_access.
read table axt_field_extension_tab assigning <axt_field_extension> with key ext_bo = is_key-ext_bo
ext_bo_part = is_key-ext_bo_part
extension_id = is_key-extension_id.
lr_field_ext = <axt_field_extension>-axt_extension.
if sy-subrc = 0.
While Debugging we can see that the table axt_field_extension_tab is having zero values during the last execution.
But the Zfield is getting generated and the status is in green.
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Sijo.

Edited by: sijokjohn85 on Sep 10, 2009 12:49 PMHi,
you posted the same question again in a later post.
Here is my answer:
Hi,
the reason that AET does not work is because there is/are missing entries in one of DB table.
Namely the enhance BO assignment to the UI Object Type.
Could you please tell me, what is the UI Object Type in you current IC application.
In order to figure this out, you can put mouse cursor in one of the field in the UI and then press F2.
Then you can go to SM30 in SAP GUI open the View BSPDLCV_OBJ_TYPE and search for the UI object type.
Select the UI object type and see whether any enhanced BO is defined.
In your case it should be empty, otherwise you can use AET in IC.
And if it is empty we need to figure out which enhanced BO is relevant for the given UI Object Type.
Regards,
Steve
P.S. But still you can raise a CSN message.
The "Create New Field" should be in active mode. -
I am unable to create a table using procedure..
Hi everyone,
I have given CREATE ANY TABLE privilege to user A and wants to insert data into TAB1 in schema B using a procedure "INSERT INTO B.TAB1 AS SELECT * FROM A.TAB1" but it shows the message--

Which privilege user A need to do the above task.
Thanks,

So you need to grant “*insert any table* “ privileges to a;
