Problem in opening the Email.

An email is sent out of CRM and that Email is in interaction history, but I canu2019t open it. Email is showing on calendar as a private appointment. Why is this happening?Please suggest.

please check your used transaction type for outgoing email. In standard it is the transaction type 0005 -> go to customizing header and delete the flag "private appointment allowed".

You said you tried the recommended solution, but didn't mention what that solution was. Try, from the Firefox menu bar:

where you will find an option to block pop-up windows. If that box is checked but there are sites from which you would like to allow pop-up, click the button "Exceptions..." to add sites to your exception list.

Contact and subject appear, but zero content. It seems to be chronically "checking for email" at the bottom of the screen, whereas the email downloading indicator at the top has finished. Since yesterday morning about 11:00 I have been having TERRIBLE email problems on this iPad 3G. Email comes in (I hear the sound) but nothing displays -- no folders, no content, no nothing in e-mail. The blank email screen shows up and then disappears after about 10 seconds, taking me back to the Home Screen.
Right now, the only way I can see email on this device is to log onto AOL via the AOL app.

I have to save emails from outlook to my hard drive. When I go to open the email on the HD the attachment is not an attachment anymore. It needs to be. Help?

My office uses outlook for emails, calendaring, etc. We save as all emails to a specific client related file for easy access and to reduce the items saved in outlook.
Many of the emails have attachments. I use Firefox (love it) as my browser so when I save as an email it saves it with the Firefox Icon instead of the Outlook Envelope Icon. When I open the email from my computer (not outlook) the attachment name is there but it is not accessible. I have to go to the email in outlook and save the attachment(s) separately in order to access them. I don't want to do that. It takes up to much time and often the attachments are related to the data within the email and they need to be together in their original form.
If I use Internet Explorer (which I hate) as my browser this does not happen. Can you help me? I really don't want to use IE.

Just to fill you in, the client and I have the same version of Indesign CS3 only I’m working on a PC platform and the client on Mac. The indesign files we have been working is been updated monthly, on the previous months of exchanging files we did not encounter this problem only now. I already check the file that is been upload and open it on my Mac the indesign file work fine at my end, but on the clients it does not open and the indesign application closes. We did come up with a temporary solution which exporting it in INX. On the clients end this works. But we want this out in our process to cut time and I want to know how this happen and how to avoid.

If you think you're insane now, try maintaining those pop up menus.
As far as I know, these menus have not been updated since FW 8, so
they are at least two versions old.
Save yourself a lot of grief by avoiding those menus. There are many
other products on the market which do a much better job of creating
and maintaining this type of navigation structure.

How to record the users who opened the email?

After the email reaches the users' mailbox, I would like to record if a user opened the email or not. How can I call back to one of the commands in my server to make the recording? In other words, what should I include in the html or jsp file when I generate the email content in my server? Thanks a lot!

Answer is log files.... develop your program in such a way that it keeps logs for
events like... sending a email, retrieving emails... which user is logged in and
so on...
i think this is the most simple and practical way to do this task

Outlook Add In - Hook into delete event without having to open the email.

Is it possible to hook into the BeforeDelete command without having to open the email to fire the event. At present my code will hit the BeforeDelete event when the email is open and delete is selected, but it does not fire if deleting without opening

Problem of openning the queries.

Dear experts,
I have a problem in openning the existant queries.
The BEX analyse shows the infomation as "No entry" when i tried to open a query.
And then i did some tests. I found that
when i delete a query, (ex:
Name: BtoB: Search for the new materials
Technical Name: BPS_Test_V001.)
And I then open another query and modify it and to save it again as
(BtoB: Search the new materials
Technical Name: BPS_Test_V001) . The system allow me to save it like that(i changed a bit the query's name). But after i close it, i could not open it again.
Did anybody also meet such problem? And why?

we have been facing such kind of issues that were caused by technical names / descriptions that were too long. Please try to save with short description / technical name, maybe you can now open your queries. This issue can be fixed with some additional .dll...
