Problem in Updating of Drawings between rectangles when rectangles merges

Question

I am trying to segment a text and then displaying the segment information inside seperate rectangles.and then mark the relation between segments by arcs.and labelling them.
If I delete 2 segments corresponding relation marked between rectangles should go and the text inside rectangles should merge... and the rest of drawings of other rectangles should also change respectively..
For drawing the relationship between rectangles im storing the points of rectangles inside vector and then making use of it for drawing the components.These are the contents stored in XML needed for drawing the arc between rectangles.

</Rstmain.gui.Curve>My problem is that when i delete the segments text relation will get deleted will get merged inside rectangle..but drawings wont shift according to that..ie if tehre are 4 rectangles and ive arc drawing between 0 and 1 andd then 2 3 ,4rectangles and if i delete 0 and 1 rectangle corresponding relation goes and text in 0 and 1 get combined into one and so ive only 0 1 2 3rectangles and so the darwing have to come between 1 nd 2 insted it takes 2 nd 3..Please suggest me some method for solving this problem.....

its very difficult to make a picture of what you want to make us understand, so if possible give us a brief (picture or layout ) idea of your desired o/p
paste some code if you can but as you said that your code is long so please make it short and replace your xml file for reading values to a data structure having fixed values, so that we can have a look.
