Problem ordring by Time (sql questio)

hi all ! I have this sql.
String sql = "Select citas.IdCita,citas.Hora,citas.Fecha,citas.Protocolo,citas.DNI,citas.Opcion," +
            "citas.Observacion,citas.Horaentrada, paciente.Nombres,paciente.Apellidos,paciente.Prescriptor," +
            "paciente.Mutua,sesiones.Sesigast,sesiones.Sesifaltantes,protocolo.Tipo FROM citas,paciente,sesiones," +
            "protocolo WHERE citas.Fecha=? AND protocolo.Tipo=? AND paciente.DNI=citas.DNI AND paciente.DNI=sesiones.DNI AND " +
            "sesiones.Protocolo=citas.Protocolo AND citas.Protocolo=protocolo.Nombre ORDER BY citas.Hora DESC";
            PreparedStatement pstmt = conexion.prepareStatement(sql);
            pstmt.setDate(1,fecha_cita);
            pstmt.setString(2,tipo);
            cdr=pstmt.executeQuery();
         return cdr;The problem is that the query is not ordering by the HORA wich is a time tag (its already defined as time in the DB).
What could it be ? Please this are one of the last bugs I have in my app.

Its the same user as you can see because I have only 1 registered now...
the time you see its cita.Hora and the second its the arrival time (and will be different from 0:00:00 in most cases)
For ordering I need citas.Hora
Drugs ? nothing at all !
