Problem to display team overview in the MSS_version ECC 6.0 X Portal 7.0

Hi.
I'm having a problem to visualize some manager's team overview in the MSS.
The screen of the team does not appear for some manager's and it appears correctly for the others.
Does anyone already have this problem?

Hello Marcia,
This could happen normally if for the particular user the permission for the system connection made in system configuration was not given or probably missing out some thing. Kindly check for the system connections in the following link

I want to display the total in the output of the alv based on the unit of measurement. for example i have three fields in the output namely

In the total i should get
                10         EA
                20         KG
Can anyone tell me how to do this?
The basic req is the exclude the qty with unit EA(each) in the totals.

to get the proper result
loop at itab. ( all the records)
move all the fields from itab to another
collect itab1.
write: itab1-fields, itab1-fields.
endloop.

Problem with displaying Date field in the table.

Hi All,
I am trying to display data into a table UI Element.
In that data, i have one DATE type field. While displaying data in DATE field, it will display like this "01.02.2009".
Now my requirement is if i want to modify that DATE field, it will allow to modify "01.02.2009" to "26.02.2009".
But while modifying DATE field , I want to show the Calender of that month, in that i have to select the another date.
(Like normal Date UI Element will show that calender).
Can anyone please help me.

Go to the context attribute that was mapped to the DATE field of the table and change the perperty INPUT HELP MODE to AUTOMATIC and it works.

Problem in displaying Japanese characters on the browser.

Hi Friends,
Hope one of you could help me in this!!
We are using SHIFT_JIS character encoding in our jsps to display Japanese characters.
<%@ page contentType="text/html; charset=SHIFT_JIS" %>
Is there any other configuration required on server side to let the Japanese characters being displayed? Because what I am getting on screen is quite annoying. Well something like below.
?V?M???????�
Even though my knowledge in Japs isn't too good :-)) I can understand that these are not Japanese. I believe I am missing something in terms of server side configuration, Can anybody point that out. (Maybe some of the Japanese developers in here).
This could not be a client side issue, since from the same machine I can access other Japanese sites and they display properly. Let me know if anybody can help.

Your text in the JSP should be UTF-8 nevertheless - as would be ideal
for internationalization. Java comes with a command-line conversion tool
native2ascii which is bidirectional.
As non-Japanese I am not certain whether "SJIS" might not be better (there
are some name variations in java).
The HTML generation will translate these characters to SHIFT_JIS in your case.
Where the target encoding cannot handle the intended character it receives a
question mark - hat you saw.
Furthermore you need a proper font in HTML and under Windows (window title).
Your webserver should have east-asian support. Though Japanese (and English)
are standard, I, as non-japanese am not certain about SHIFT_JIS.
Also there is some freedom in choice for a japanese encoding.

I have problem in Displaying text Variable in the column header.
My requirement is as follows.
Column Level:
0Calmonth/Year
Key figures
Keyfigure1 - Current Month - Text Variable1
Keyfigure2 - Previous Month - Text Variable2
Keyfigure3 - Previous Month - Same as Text Variable2 - Display same month
So based on each 0Calmonth/year these three keygirues should display in Header section like.
Selection screen
0Calmonth/Year - 03.2005 - 06.2005
Result should be for each month.
0Calmonth/Year
03.2005 04.2005 05.2005
03.2005 | 02.2005 | 02.20005 04.2005 | 03.2005 | 03.2005 05.2005 | 04.2005 | 04.2005.
I have created two text variable with Customer exit.But not able to show exact months in the header section.
For first three columns months are coming exactly, but from fourth columns it should display next month, but it is not coming.
I have tried to code, but not successfull.
Please help me how to go about this.

Problem in displaying arabic

Hi
I am having a problem in displaying arabic language. The
problem is that sentences are not being displayed in correct
format. That is they are displaying in the format like left to
right languages and not in the format like right to left languages.
Someone can suggest me what is the real problem and how can i
solve it?

Even I had the same problem initially. Have you installed the
arabic fonts in your machines? I assume that you are working on a
Windows machine. My suggestion would be goto {control panel ->
Regional language and Settings -> select "Language" tab ->
select the two checkboxes in that tab}.
It will ask for the windows XP CD to install those fonts.
Once its through I hope your problem will be resolved.

Problem in displaying msg.Following is the code:
lv_display = 'This is equipment Number'.
CONCATENATE lv_display ls_bapi_equip_display-EQUIPMENT into lv_FDisplay .
wd_this->DISPLAY_ERROR(
    EXPORTING
      msg_text = lv_FDisplay
    IMPORTING
      msg_display = lv_msg ).
When i am passing Equipment no....its only display the msg 'This is equipment Number'.....it is not displaying equip no.

Hi Kiran,
It might be the case that there are leading spaces while you convert the equipment number in string. I recommend you use
following code to remove leading spaces before concatenation.
SHIFT ls_bapi_equip_display-EQUIPMENT LEFT DELETING LEADING space.

Problem in displaying the TaxRate columns .

                        I am having a problem in displaying the 'TaxRate', in this Query there are some different Taxrate's columns like- ' 'Basic Excise Duty BED@10 %', ' Education ces@2% ' , 'Secondary Education Cess @1%',    etc.   only 4 -5 tax's value should display at a time and rest of the TaxRate's columns whose value is NULL should not display.
So, I want to display only those TaxRate's columns whose value is not NULL and If there is no value for any taxrate's column in the data, then it should Display only 'Excempt' column.

I dont know whether this is the right place or not to post the queries related to jfreechart here .
I am facing a problem in displaying the text inside the item label in jfreeChart. I am trying to print the text in 2 lines one below the other at the top of each bar in waterfall chart.
Please find the code below in next post. The problem i am facing is it is neglecting the new line character . If any one knows how to display the text one below the other please help me out .

Problem in displaying selected page items in the title in Graph

Hi There;
I have a problem in displaying selected value of named page item in the graphs.
Eg. I have in my worksheet a page item named "Location"; when I use "&WorksheetName &Location" in the title of worksheet it is displaying both the worksheet title and value of selected page item "Location" in my example.
But when I use the same (&WorksheetName &Location) in the title of graph or Axis of the graph, it would show up only the name of the worksheet but not the value of page item "Location", instead it would print "&Location"
Any idea why it is not able to reference the select page item in Discoverer graph? I am using Oracle BI Discoverer 10.1.2.1.

Thanks a lot. It might not have been considered necessary but you do require, e.g in my case I am plotting Average value of a Parameter and it does make sense in including the name/value of Parameter(surface water temp/bottom watter temp) as an Axis instead of just a constant Parameter or say Average Parameter. So that user can plot the variation of different parameters by changing the page items and when user changes the value of parameter and export the graph he/she has the parameter name(actual value) in the graph.
But I can include all the parameters (&Parameters) or all the page items(using &PageItems) in graph then why not individual page-item and individual parameter.
I would log a SR and see what they say.

How is your iPhone's display different?

2.connecting power
3. connecting external monitor; waiting for it to 'wake up';
then 4. closing lid of MBP to activate clamshell mode?
