Problem while installing Dektop Manager 6.0

Question

Hi, I am trying to install BB Desktop manager 6 on my PC. However, I am constantly getting the following windows installer message window and the setup is not continuing beyond this. My OS is Win XP with SP 3. Let me know if anyone has a solution to this.

I have exactly the same problem.
I have followed the instructions to do a complete "clean" uninstall.
I then downloaded v6, which extracts and reaches the same point with a Windows Installer cindow.
Click "OK", window closes, self-ectractor window closes - NO DESKTOP MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!
This has been going on all day. I habe no hair left and NO DESKTOP MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!
Come on Blackberry, please fix this.
