Please somebody help me.
I'm developing an application, in which I implemented maps, UIImagePicker, and used Sqlite3 for database.
My application gets terminated when I run it on iphone(no problem on simulator) with the following message:
Program exited with status value:101.
This happens randomly mostly after opening map 8-9 times or after accessing database for about 40-50 times.
I observed the memory allocation and leaks, there is no leak and when application terminate the net memory allocation is between 2.5Mb - 6Mb.
Use the activity monitor instrument (or memory monitor) on the device to find out the real sizes and the amount of memory available.
101 is usually memory problem.

My application uses both imagepickercontroller and UIWebView as subviews. it crashes frequently, I guessed the reason was related to imagepickercontroller at first, but after doing more testing , I found it is UIWebView cause crash and exit silently problem with message in console "Program exited with status value:101". I tried to write a simple test app which contains only a window and an UIWebView as subview to load pages with javascripts like maps.google.com, it exit silently always after opening such pages after a while. I also tested UICatalog on iPhone, get the same result. any ideas on this issues??
Error 101 means iPhone runs out of Memory and ends your application.
Set a breakpoint to the "applicationDidReceiveMemoryWarning" function or however it is called exactly.
Also if you check object allocations and leaks with instruments you should be able to see a big memory footprint of your application. -

But We can not set MSO: Enable Decision Rules to NO.

Hi Experts,
Excuse me for trying to brief the Issue in such manner which may not be apt. or appear stupid to many Experts. But I am newbie to Oracle Apps !
After registering the EBS R12.1 Vision, DB version 11.2.0.3.0 with OID 11.1.1.6 successfully with $FND_TOP/bin/txkrun.pl Before that Registered EBS Instance with OID
as part of Integrating EBS R12 with OAM-OID 11g according to (ID :1309013.1)
Once i updated these profile options i.e "Applications SSO Type" profile option to “SSWA w/SSO” and“Applications SSO Login Types” profile option to BOTH , AND
Applications SSO Auto Link User profile option to “Enabled” And “Applications SSO Enable OID Identity Add Event” profile option to “Enabled”.
And than it requyire the EBS tier to be restarted Once i restarted it Than the following Issues Occured.
1. As i specified the provisiontype value to 1 which means that the user that's got created in OID should be populated in fnd_user table in EBS But this is not happening
as the User that i 've created with the ODSM is not propagated to fnd_user table when i verified it with the following query
select USER_NAME, CREATION_DATE from fnd_user where creation_date > (SYSDATE - 1);
The Output : no rows selected
2. The EBS Login page become inaccessible that is the Login Page goes blank

Also when i query the home_url from icx_sessions The home_url column of the table are BLANK. even though it's there in the context file which is verified by this output.

EBS R12: adalnctl.sh exits with status 1
Hi,
I have EBS R12 installed few months back. We found that most of the concurent manager were in status "System Hold, Fix Manager before resetting counters".
During the search, we found that the script adalnctl.sh was always exiting with status. After debuging the script, found that it is trying to start/reload the lisner APPS_<SID>.
The listener <SID> is running.

Unable to Start R12 Instance adstrtal.sh exiting with status 1
Hi - I am unable to restart my R12 server after successfully shutting it down.
1)
I seem to have the Database and Database Listener up with its respective scripts.
/d01/oracle/vis/db/tech_st/11.1.0/appsutil/scripts/VIS_oracle
su oravis
a) ./addbctl.sh start
b) ./addlnctl.sh start VIS_oracle
But I can't the application script to run.

adstrtal.sh: Database connection could not be established. Either the database is down or the APPS credentials supplied are wrong.

Now, I verified that the applvis password is right because I changed under System --> Administration --> User Groups

Now, somewhere I read it could be with the Environment file not being sourced, but where is that file located, I saw a couple of locations, also under what user should I source it as?
Also, is there a way I can give all the users permission to the /d01 directory, to avoid problems like these.

Note, my Internet/Ip has changed, I had to change the IP in the adapter settings and the etc/host file from 192.160.1.101 to be 192.168.0.101, but I'm having a hard time opening the Login page. I can see the page that says:

But when I access the login page I get this error:

Printing on HP Designjet 5500 with foomativ exits with status 9
Printing on HP Designjet 5500 over TCP/IP or Bonjour using Foomatic-RIP fails with status 9. Trying to use other drivers (HP Designjet 750C (gimp-print)) works for page sizes smaller that DIN A3 but crashs the printer for bigger sizes.
For Foomatic-RIP I get following messages in /var/log/cups/error_log:

I have the following configuration:
OS-X 10.4.11, gs 8.6.4, pxlmono 1.2, Foomatic-RIP 4.0.2.211, HP DesignJet_5500-cdnj500.ppd
The printer is connected on Ethernet and is in the same network segement (it is visible in AppleTalk and Bonjour. A connection with TCP/IP (lpd) is also possible.
Message was edited by: LeftiI've built foomatic against the ghostscript install as your instructions say; compilation and installation all seems to be fine with no errors but prints still do not appear on the printer.
Is there anything else I can try?

Autoconfig in appstier exiting with status 1

My EBS version R12.1.3 and DB is 10.2
The instance was working fine before .
Actually , the issue started when i wanted to create the custom application . I tried to add custom parameters in the context file , i got the below error ..
"Customization is not allowed on different versions of configuration files."
1 ) I followed the note "Create a Custom Parameter Fails With - Customization Is Not Allowed On Different Versions of Configuration Files [ID 762590.1]"
a) EXEC FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN;
COMMIT;

b) run autoconfig on DB tier ...(Successful)
c) run autoconfig on Apps tier (Error)
While running the autoconfig on apps tier , i got a error @ adgendbc.sh and it exits with the status code 1

Solved my Issue .. Good to hear that.
actually my NLS_LANG is American_America.UTF-8 , But someone tried to license other langauge and made that language as base language .
So changing the base language back to English , allowed to complete the autoconfig without error .. Thanks for the update and for sharing the solution!

It is obvious that the INSO filter is not responding.The LD_LIBRARY_PATH and PATH variables are correctly pointing to $ORACLE_HOME/ctx/lib, $ORACLE_HOME/lib and $ORACLE_HOME/bin,$ORACLE_HOME/ctx/bin respectively. The error in CTX_USER_INDEX_ERRORS is the all too famous:'DRG-11207: user filter command exited with status 137'. The platform is 9iR2/Solaris 8.
Any ideas as to how to get INSO to start working with the various documents ON SOLARIS 8???

Just cloned Prod to Test - adalnctl.sh: exiting with status 1
I just ran through my process to clone Prod to Test. I'm no expert but this has been done before without too many issues.
The problem I have now is when running adalnctl.sh start and I get 'adalnctl.sh: exiting with status 1'.
My configuration is 11.5.10 CU2 running in a two tier environment with forms and reports on the app tier.
Part of my process I follow is to submit some Concurrent Requests to clean-up old jobs. That's where I first noticed the job status showed as Phase=Inactive and Status=No Manager. If I check via the dashboard it shows CCM as running though.
So I decided to shut things down and restart and that where I noticed the 'apps listener' if that's the correct term as Failed.
I have run adpreclone on the Prod environment before backing up and restoring and then ran adprelcone in the Test environemt followed by adautocfg etc.
So I'll double-check to see if I've missed a step but just not sure where to start looking.
Looks like there should be a listener that tuns out of the 8.0.6 HOME?
I should mention this is on the db_tier which runs CCM and the apps_tier doesn't have this problem.
Example with the exact name edited:

I did as you say and now I get 'adalnctl.sh: exiting with status 127'.Pls source env file as apps user than stop and start lsnr by using adalnctl.sh, It will give you errors again than please check log file for exact error message,

I think I may redo this whole process tomorrow using a FULL backup from the tonight.If your db is up and apps service running i belive you dont need to take clone again

Adgentns.pl exiting with status 25600
Trying to clone an instance and I get

Then try to remove network topology and get the same error. Any Idea what can it be?

Why some scripts in R12 exit with status other than 0
Some scripts in R12 like adformsctl.sh exit with status 3 , adstrtal.sh exit with status 1 etc
when we read log file for these scripts startup the error is timed out .
Ho we can find the root cause for these errors and their solution ?
can some body explain plz ?error messages are like this :
