asp.net ---> XI -

For asp.net ---> XI communication you need to define an OutBound  Message Interface in IR
For XI ---> Target communication you need to define an Inbound Message Interface in IR...
Now in ID once all the objects are created for this scenario (RD, ID, SA, RA, CCs)...you need to create a wsdl file using the function from Tools ---> Define Webservice...this should have reference to the Outbound MI of IR....now once done you will get the wsdl file...give this to the asp.net application developers and ask them to include it in their coding...
If your Target is a SOAP application then get their wsdl file and import it under External Definitions in IR and create the Inbound Message interface based on this imported wsdl.....in the receiver SOAP channel  include the target URL from this wsdl file....

    Hi
Web AS 6.40 you can create a Web Service Proxy directly in Transaction SE80. Create a new package and right click on it. Choose Create -> Enterprise service / Web service -> Proxy object. Now you can choose how you want to provide the WSDL Source.

You probably should post to either the NetBeans website mailing list, or the Sun forum that supports the Sun Application Server, as the error is the result of a configuration error of one or both of these products. A file can't be found:
    java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://localhost:8080/TestWebApplication/TestWSService?wsdl
note The full stack traces of the exception and its root causes are available in the Sun Java System Application Server Platform Edition 9.0_01 logs.

  • JAX-WS PL/SQL  Web Service with JDeveloper (Weblogic problem)

    Hello,
does anyone know how to create a JAX-WS webservice based on a pl-sql package using JDeveloper? Maybe it is possible with a newer version of JDeveloper 11.1.2.3, currently I'm using 11.1.1.6 which only offers a JAX-RPC for PlSql Web services.
I'm facing a problem right now trying to deploy an jax-rpc web service on Weblogic 10.3.4. Actually it seems to be an WebLogic problem because weblogic doesn't support the older standard (JAX-RPC). So I've extended the weblogic domain using Fusion Middleware Configuration Wizard like described for example here . Unfortunately it doesn't help. Deploying my applicaiton on a forms11g (11.1.1.4) domain (which goes hand in hand with the weblogic domain (?)) is successful. But anyway I can't call the WSDL or test the web service using weblogic console. Other services (jax-ws) work without any problem on the same forms domain.
I would appreciate any hint, how to automatically produce an jax-ws web service from an plsql package or how to run a jax-rpc web service on weblogic 10.3.4. It's Weblogic Basic Server actually, but I'm of the opinion it doesn't play a role in my case.
Thank you in advance for your hints.
    Kind regards,
    Anton
Edit: I would appreciate any hint how to check if a weblogic domain supports jax-rpc (if extended correctly). Thanks.

We can generate jaxws from 11.1.2.0 onwards using This is now provided by the TopLink web service provider builder, which can be via the TopLink DBWS provider wizard from JDeveloper since the 11.1.2.0.0 release

  • Web Service in SAP

    Hi,
I would like have knowledge about Webservice in SAP ??? Is this the rite area to ask...if yes please provide an insight about Web Service development in ABAP..how effective is t....If not the rite palce please tell in which specifc forum i shoud ask this questin????
    Thanks,
    ABAPer 007

    Hi,
The SOA forum deals with web services. However i think that since SOA deals with many parts of SAP (eg. ABAP or Java) so a single forum may not be able to solve all your ABAP webservice related queries.
Web services in ABAP can be also handled by a ABAPer since it will be he/she who will be involved in ABAP services.
You can also look in SAP NW BPM or CE forum, since that also deals with a lot of web services.
It can help you to answer some of your queries also.
If you know more about how to on abap web service creation. Please reply.

  • Web services generated from proxy

    Hi,
We have few webservices generated through SE80 from a proxy interface, so that an external web service can directly reach them.
I mean to say, that the wsdl we generated is provided to the external web service.
My question is that when the message direclty flows to the R/3 system via the proxy, do we have any means to monitor them??
How do we do the error handling in those cases?

    Hello,
I have not looked in detail to you code but I would like to point out that Oracle provides utilities to call Web Services from the database, using a DB package and/or Java in the DB.
Have you looked to the documentation about:
    - Developing a Web Service Client in the Database
