PSE 7 Trial Download

Can anyone please tell me where I can download PSE 7 Trial, as I do not like PSE 8, is there anyway this can be done?.Thank You

I've run PSE 8 on an old AMD mobile 1650+ processor with 786 MB of ram. It ran without crashing, but it was very, very leisurely.
If you want PSE 7 you should wait till they start remaindering it and I'm afraid you'll have to just buy it. But I'm not sure it will be all that much better. PSE 6 would run without a problem.

PE8 Trial Download Problems

I downloaded PE8 and PSE trial Downloads on to my desktop computer and found that my hardware was not sufficient to run the software. I then decided to try again with my laptop so I downloaded PSE with no trouble. I should be so lucky with PE8. No, I have tried three times. The first time I later realized that my machine needed some updating so I updated and tried again. The next time a folder was made but after there was nothing in the folder. Same thing happened the third time around. There were no errors or anything out of the ordinary with the exception that the folder was empty. Any thoughts?

Some folk have had issues with the downloads, but most of those were either with their browsers, or things like their AV and pop-up blockers. Since you got both to download before, and got PSE to download now, I'd not suspect that you are having issues with either your browser, or with AV/pop-up blocking, but you can check those things out.
Given the timing, and the fact that the Adobe.com site has been undergoing general maintenance, along with the forum servers, AND PrE 8.0.1 has been released, my guess would be that either the maintenance, or maybe an updated download file, is getting in the way. As far as I know, the patch is only available via AutoUpdater, but I'm sure that Adobe is working on a downloadable patch, and is probably updating the trial of PrE 8 also. I'd give Adobe just a bit of time. Let them get the site back up 100% and then check to see if the trial might have also been updated. Were I Adobe, I would likely have pulled the trial, until it could be patched to 8.0.1. Remember, that is but a guess.

PSE 8 - Trial download

I have now bought PSE 8 and have been issued with a serial number. Can anyone advise how I register this change of status on my existing trial PSE 8 download?
I am sure this could have been done at the time I purchased PSE8 online but I apparantly missed that opportunity.

Hi Neil,
Just launch PSE Editor on your machine and it will show you with a Serialization screen. Type in the serial number in the boxes and click next and bingo your product will be an activated copy now. Remember, to deactivate the product again through Editor help menu if at any given point of time you need to uninstall PSE8.

Cannot find Adobe PSE 10 download

I bought the download of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on November 23rd 2011. I have the serial number for it.
Recently I uninnstalled it before installing the trial version of Adobe PSE 11. I have uninstalled the trial of Adobe PSE 11 -it does not offer any great improvements over verson 10.
When I looked for the Adobe PSE 10 download under my account, I was shocked to find no record of the purchase and no link to download Adobe PSE 10 again. I added the serial number to see whether it changes the situation.
Someone in Adobe must have the link to dowmload Adobe PSE 10 again.
How do I access it?

I have only one Adobe ID. Adobe PSE 10 was purchased directly from Adobe. The order number was: #AD004449239. I can send scanned copies of the order confirmation and e-mail with the serial number which I received on November 23 2011.

Do I need a password for trial download of PE 6?

I just downloaded a trial of PE 6 on a PowerBook G4 with 10.5.6. When opening to install, I get a setup window with my name and asking for a password. Adobe did not email a trial password to me and I did not purchase the software. So, how do I use this trial version? FYI, I have a purchased version of PE 4 installed, but I have not opened it since the trial download of PE 6.

If you do purchase PSE, please don't try to put a serial number into the trial. Adobe says you can do that, but it's not true. You need to remove the trial by running its uninstaller (save the download so you can run the installer again and choose Remove Components), and then install the retail version.

The Indesign Trial, download link doesn't work

I'm having trouble with the Indesign Trial download link, cant seem to download.
Currently using OSX 10.9.2 and Firefox

And what specifically? You need to provide much more info. anyway, if the extraction takes longer than half an hour, start over or manualyl extract the files from teh 7z archive using WinZip or WinRar.

Install dialog box absent after PSE 13 download to Win 8.1 PC: which Set-up.exe to run?

PSE 13 downloaded to a Windows 8.1 PC (64 bit OS) then Windows File Explorer opened showing the contents of ‘This PC\Downloads\Package’, namely two folders ‘32 bit PhotoshopElem13’and ‘PSE 13’ having similar contents. There is no guidance as to whether to run the Set-up.exe in the first or the second of these folders.
An installation dialog box would have been welcome with advice on the choice.
Which Set-up.exe should be run?
Is it necessary to keep any contents of the folder ‘This PC\Downloads\Package’ after the installation finishes and the program appears to function properly?

I remember reading something about the difficulties of USB 3.0 vs. 2.0, but it didn't occur to me to switch my mouse and keyboard plug-in.
Unfortunately, my employer decided to buy a new Windows 7-capbable cpu this morning instead of having me install Win7 on the current cpu. I was going to implement your suggestion today, but my copy of 7 was already shipped back by the time I got in today.
I actually kind of want to try it anyway for the sport of it. I promise that, if it comes to it and I'm asked to install it later, I will attempt your suggestion and update this forum with my results.

Pse trial v12 installed but when opening the editor it shuts down after 2 seconds, what can be the problem? I have windows 8.1 64 bit with the latest video drivers installed. Thanks

PSE trial 12 installed just fine but when i start the editor it opens and shuts down after about 2 seconds without an error, the only thing that appears is a message with 'continue trial'.
I have windows 8.1 64 bit and i already installed the latest video drivers, intel hd 4000 and nvidia geforce 710M.
I also installed premiere elements version 12 with the same problem.
What can be the problem here, please help?

Yes, its a shame. I have also contacted lenovo support hoping that they can sort out this problem. However, first response from them was 'contact your internet service provider since internet connectivity goes down'! :-/ I am hoping I have been able to get through to them now at least about where the problem lies. I wonder if anyone has tried using the laptop with the same broadcom wireless adapter with some other version of OS (linux, windows 7 etc.) and whether they still face the same problem. I haven't tried that yet. If this is just an OS / driver issue I hope someone somewhere is working on a fix! If not, I guess the only other solution would be to get an external USB wifi adapter but that is not something one would want to do when you buy a brand new Lenovo laptop. This was a big let down for me.

What's with the non-existant free trial download for Photoshop? You click on "Download free trial" and it takes you to a page that takes you to a forum… nothing happens. I've done this about 6 times on two browsers. Of course, there's no help from Adobe, so I'm trying this forum. Thanks!

Trial download of Elements 9

I was trying to get the trial download of Elements 9. It downloads fine and I am able to begin the installation, but then I get a message that there was an "error opening client" and the installation fails and I get a message to contact the software maker. It would appear that, according to the Adobe website, they don't have weekend phone hours for software support. Any ideas? I'm running Mac OS 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) and still have several GB of memory available, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Appreciate any thoughts!

I have a fast connection but it still took me over 30 minutes to complete the downloads from Adobes busy servers. The Akamai Download Manager allows you to pause and re-start download whenever you need.
N.B. It won’t work with some browsers such as Google Chrome. It’s recommended you use Internet Explorer 7 or 8; or Firefox 2 or 3 on Windows.
On Mac OS X 10.5 - 10.6 use Firefox 2 or 3; or Safari 5.

Did you have previous versions of the software on your system? No
Is the trouble with the download or the installation of the software? I am not sure but i think it may be the download. It shows that the download was complete and icon appears on the desktop. I plan to buy the ''Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium'' but i wanted to try it first via the free trials, especially Photoshop and Illustrator. So please let me know what i need to do.

Adobe Download Assistant does not begin or give an option for InCopy trial download

I've downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant four times. It does not immediately begin my InCopy trial download, and there is no option within the assistant to begin this download. (I only want InCopy, not InDesign). What now?

The download will be initiated from http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=incopy&loc=en_us and wil still utilize the Adobe Download Assistant. If this is not working for you then please try a different web browser.
