"purchased" tunes on two computers??

I have a laptop which I use for iTunes and my Nano but also have a PC. Is there any way to get my purchased tunes on my PC when I have purchased them from my laptop? My problem is that for some reason Adobe Reader doesn't work on my laptop which prevents me from viewing the digital booklets that come with some purchased albums.
I'm new to iTunes so any advice is appreciated.

You are authorized to play your purchased songs on five computers. Probably the easiest way to get the songs from your laptop to your PC is to copy them to a flash drive or CD. Once done, have your PC connected to the internet, play those songs, itunes will ask you to authorize, then you will be okay.

Songs that you purchase from the iTunes Store are simply files. They only sit on the computer where you purchase them, until you copy them to another computer.
That is how it works. There is no web site where you can play all your files. It's primitive I know, but there may be changes coming.

I use two computers and sometimes I purchase music from the iTunes Store using one or the other. But, the music I purchased on one computer doesn't show up on the other computer and visa a versa. Is there a method of showing all the music I've purchased on both computers no matter what computer it was originally purchased on?

Downloaded music will only appear on the computer used for the download. To get these files on your other computer you have to physically install the files on the computer (unless you have a shared network storage drive). To move the songs between computers, I would use an USB flash drive, copy the file to this drive and then copy it into iTunes on the other computer (Edit > Add File). Make sure you physically copy the file to the other computer and not just the path to the song on the flash drive. You can then authorize the computer to play these songs. (iTunes allows you to authorize up to five computers to play your purchased music.)
If you'd prefer to import an unprotected file, you can burn the purchased music to a CD and then just rip it into iTunes on your other computer.

The simplest thing to do would be to network the two computers and transfer your iTunes folder from one to another. Here are a few links that may help you out:

You can sync your items from one computer to the other by going to System Preferences > .Mac > and from then do all the processing involved that the Mac tells you to do.
You can select some specific data to sync to your other computer (if for some reason you did not want your computers to share the same data). For your music to sync, check "Music" in the list of sync-able data (with the green old version of the iTunes logo).
Once you have completed everything, go to your other computer and allow your music to transfer. Just remember that you can only do that sync-allow process with five other computers, it's a rule.

Hey, this may be simple but I have itunes at home on my Dell desktop and have no problems with all my purchases and everything being there. I decided to download itunes at work on my desktop and it was fine and my already purchased music showed up. You have to copy the purchase music from one computer to the other. Your purchases are downloaded to the computer you are using at the time you make the purchase, they aren't simultaneously downloaded to multiple locations. Okay, so HomeSharing is not working. Most likely due to a network issue.

The quickest way (and really the only way) to charge your iPad is with the included 10W USB Power Adapter. iPad will also charge, although more slowly, when attached to a computer with a high-power USB port (many recent Mac computers) or with an iPhone Power Adapter (5W). The EULA allows you to install Acrobat on one device. There are two exceptions:
If you are the only user of Acrobat on your work computer, you can also install it on your home computer, as long as you are again, the only user of Acrobat on that 2nd system
If you are the only user of Acrobat on your desktop system, you can also install it on your laptop, as long as you are again, the only user of Acrobat on that 2nd system.
In both cases, you cannot use both versions at the same time.

You can have it "Active"/usuable on 2 computers at a time, but can download to multiple computers.
Example Scenario in my actual life, you have a Windows Laptop and an iMac that you have Photoshop CC on (which was more difficult prior to Creative Cloud by the way), but you know you are going to visit your girlfriend out of state for a week.
You can deactivate Photoshop on your iMac while you're away without out uninstalling it.
Once you'e at her place you can download and activate Photoshop CC and you can even import you custom settings, Work Area and shortcuts all from the cloud. Now you can work seemlessly
Another example, you're office won't pop for the latest version of Photoshop and still has you running CS5.5
You have your own copy of Photoshop CC but don't want to just "give" them your license or key since their too cheap to get one for you for your work, but you still need those features to be at your best.
You can deactivate your license on your desktop or laptop in the morning when you are heading to the office, activate on your work computer, and deactivate before you clock out and go home.
As J pointed out, you can have it active on 2 machines at once, but installed on any machine you plan to work on at some point. Take advantage of it!
