Push Notifications in BackgroundTask without lockscreen access.

Question

I create some BT:
                    var name = "PushNotificationReciwer";
                    var taskEntryPoint = "BackgrowndTask.PushNotificationReciwer";
                    IBackgroundTrigger trigger = new PushNotificationTrigger();
                    var builder = new BackgroundTaskBuilder();
                    builder.Name = name;
                    builder.TaskEntryPoint = taskEntryPoint;
                    builder.SetTrigger(trigger);
                    builder.Register();
Can it work without await BackgroundExecutionManager.RequestAccessAsync()?
