I have local Pricing Procedure for price stipulations (like discounts, Freight, packaging). the calculation at item level is correct. tax calculation is done by tax code. Transaction code for sales order totals and purchase order totals
Hi i am using alv grid report to display the sales order and purchase order totals by productline(profit center)
Now i have to call standard transactions from first list to display the totals of sales order and purchase order.I have to display these transctions for specfic orders and their specfic lineitems only.
in VA05n transaction it is allowing me to enter only the document numer but not item.
Can any one help to find the standard transaction to display the totals for only specific orders and line specific line itemsHi Polite,
The transaction CRMD_ORDER is the superset for all the transactions mentioned by you. So it is better to remember just one transaction instead of remembring the subsets . Once you use the transaction CRMD_ORDER and then Follow the menu Business transaction -> Create (F5) you will get the list of transactions you can create this is nothing but the the transactions you have mentioned.
If you know the transaction no. you can directly open that in transaction CRMD_ORDER. The other opetion is to use the SAP Menu instead of transactions.
<b>Reward points if it helps!!</b>

Hi Gurus,
I am working on an enhancement to handle the total weight of the purchase order during creation. We need to validate with few custom fields in MARA table to handle small pack and large pack materials based on container group(ZCONGR) . Based on the materials quantity we need to calculate the total weight of the order and if it exceeds 50 tonnes then we need to trigger a warning message to the user who is trying to create.
Please suggest me how can we handle this are there any enhancement where we can handle this requirement. Thanks.

Query of blanket purchase order
Hi experts
can anyone explain how to do invoice verification for blanket po?
thanks in advance!Hi Mark,
In SAP, Blanket Purchase Orders refer to the business process where you have a Purchase Order with a validity period (start / end date) and a limit on the item. No Goods Receipt takes place. Payment is triggered by Invoice.
Multiple invoices can be processed. Main point is that invoices must be processed within the validity period spesified in PO. The total value of invoices must also not exceed the limit spesified in PO item. The validity period is spesified on PO Header Level, while the Limit is on Item level. The creation of Purchase requisition is Optional.
Purchase Requisitions doesn't have validity period fields, although the limit can be spesified on item level. So if users create PR's then they could type the validity period simply as text in one of the long text fields.
During invoicing, if the date is outside validity period or the amount is bigger, either a Warning or Error will occur. This setting is done in customising.
Examples on where this business process can be used include: Services: example buying flowers, travel. Perticular if the receipt process is not very formalised. It is also sometimes used for utilities (water, electricity...).
Look at processes where Financial invoices (no PO) are used. To improve control, a lot of vendor invoices could be moved to Blanket Order process.
Lets look at key fields in the Purchase Order
The Overall Limit is the value that will be used to in the check during invoicing. If Commitment is switched on in Costing, the Expected value is the value of the commitment against in this case the Cost Centre. The actual will be posted during invoicing.
Account assignment is mandatory, so this process is non stock purposes only. Stock can not be procured using this method (For stock a GR is required).
Because no Goods Receipt (GR) will take place, the GR indicator is switched off when the item category is selected.

muthuraman.dHi,
In the PO -> HEADER-> CONDITIONS---> Net price
You can find in the CONDITIONS Tab in the field NET PRICE for all the line items ( this is the total amount of PO)

Come here and help me? about return purchase order.
I created a Return Purchase Order by tcode me21n,then use migo_gr to do goods receipt, next how to do the invoice verification so that reduce the liability.
Pls tell me the tcode, and how to operate in detail.
Thank you in advance!Hi Yulin
It can be done in many ways..will tell you a rare process assuming you are using shipping/picking...the return to vendor process begins with a requirement to return an item to a vendor. The initial activity is to request a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) from the vendor. This is a manual step and the RMA number will be entered into a text field in the return PO. The Buyer will then create a Return PO in the system. The return PO is similar to a standard PO except for the return flag which sets up the return delivery to enable shipment of the item(s) back to the vendor.
The Return PO confirmation goes to the Vendor and the Return Delivery is sent to the Shipping department where the item(s) are picked and shipped back along with a Delivery Note. When the Shipping department creates the delivery the item(s) are relieved from inventory. A credit memo is generated which relieves the liability to the vendor.

Query for calculation in ALV Total
HI All,
I am using Sub_tot = "X" & do_sum="X" to get the subtotals & Totals for different columns Using REUSE_ALV_LIST_DISPLAY.
I am calculating percentage in column "C" depending on result of Column "A" & Column "B", which is also achieved.
My requirement is, Percentage in Total column to be calculated with use of TOTAL OF COLUMN "A" & TOTAL OF COLUMN "B". Because simply totaling all the values of percentage column will not work.
Any Pointers will be helpful.
Thanks In advance.

Purchase orders and different Ship to locations
I want to know about create purchase orders for items that need to be u201Cshipped tou201D different locations from the same BP (supplier). Are you able to do this in B1?
I was able to get some assistance with this issue:If you want to order goods and have them delivered to another site (eg a customer) you can set up whatu2019s called a drop ship warehouse which bypasses your warehouses (this may be a problem for you since it doesnu2019t handle batch managed items).
You can simply overtype the delivery address on a particular purchase order if thatu2019s what youu2019re after but I just checked your PO layout and it is not displaying the address from the actual purchase order. -
Third Party and Individual Purchase Order
<b>Can anybody please send me the steps to configure the Return Process for both Third Party and Indvidual Purchase Orders.</b>
dear sunil
THIRD PARTY SCENARIO
in third-party order processing, your company does not deliver the items requested by a customer. Instead, you pass the order along to a third-party vendor who then ships the goods directly to the customer and bills you. A sales order may consist partly or wholly of third-party items. Occasionally, you may need to let a vendor deliver items you would normally deliver yourself.
Process Flow
the processing of third-party orders is controlled via material types. Material types define whether a material is produced only internally can be ordered only from third-party vendors, or whether both are possible. For example, a material that is defined as a trading good can only be ordered from a third-party vendor. However, if you manufacture your own finished products, you may also want, from time to time, to be able to order the same type of product from other vendors.
Processing Third-Party Orders in Sales
Third-party items can be created automatically by the system, depending on how your system is set. However, you can also change a standard item to a third-party item during sales processing manually.
Automatic third-party order processing:-
if a material is always delivered from one or more third-party vendors, you can specify in the material master that the material is a third-party item. During subsequent sales order processing, the system automatically determines the appropriate item category for a third-party item: TAS. To specify a material as a third-party item, enter BANS in the Item category group field in the Sales 2 screen of the material master record.
Manual third-party order processing
In the case of a material that you normally deliver yourself but occasionally need to order from a third-party vendor, you can overwrite the item category during sales order processing. For a material that you normally deliver yourself, you specify the item category group NORM in the material master.
If, as an exception, you use a third-party material, change the entry TAN to TAS in the ItCa field when processing the sales document. The item is then processed as third-party item.
If address data for the ship-to party is changed in the sales order in third-party business transactions, the changed data will automatically be passed on to purchase requisition and also to the purchase order ,if one already exists. In the purchase order, you can display the address data for the ship-to party in the attributes for the item.
You can only change the address data for the ship-to party in the sales order for third-party business transactions, and not in the purchase order.
Processing Third-Party Orders in Purchasing
when you save a sales order that contains one or more third-party items, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition in Purchasing. Each third-party item in a sales order automatically generates a corresponding purchase requisition item. During creation of the requisition, the system automatically determines a vendor for each requisition item. If a sales order item has more than one schedule line, the system creates a purchase requisition item for each schedule line.
Purchase orders are created from purchase requisitions in the usual way. For more information about creating purchase orders, see the Purchasing documentation. During creation of the purchase order, the system automatically copies the delivery address of your customer from the corresponding sales order. In a sales order, you can enter purchase order texts for each third-party item. When you create the corresponding purchase order, the texts are automatically copied into the purchase order. The number of the purchase order appears in the document flow information of the sales order.
All changes made in the purchase order are automatically made in the sales order as well. For example, if the vendor confirms quantities and delivery dates different from those you request and enters them in the purchase order, the revised data is automatically copied into the sales order
you process third-party items by creating a normal sales order. In overview for the order, you can then overwrite the default item category (TAN in the standard system) with the special item category for third-party items: TAS
Billing Third-Party Orders
If relevance for billing indicator for the item category has been set to B (relevant for order-related billing on the basis of the order quantity) in Customizing, the system includes the order in the billing due list immediately. If, however, the indicator has been set to F (relevant to order-related billing on the basis of the invoice quantity), the system does not include the order in the billing due list until an invoice from the vendor has been received and processed by the purchasing department. In the standard system, item category TAS (third-party order processing) has been given billing-relevance indicator F.
In the first case, the third-party order is considered to be completely billed only when the invoiced quantity equals the order quantity of the sales order item. In the second case, each time a vendor invoice is received, a customer invoice is created for the quantity in the vendor invoice and the order is considered to be fully invoiced until the next vendor invoice is received.
If you have activated billing-relevance indicator F for item categories in Customizing, billing can refer to the goods receipt quantity instead of the incoming invoice quantity.
You can control whether the invoice receipt quantity or the quantity of goods received is relevant for billing in Customizing for copying control for billing at item level.
FOR YOUR PROCESS Individual Purchase Orders WELL GIVE THE RIGHT SOLUTION
Individual purchase orders are used when your customer orders goods from you that are not in stock and must be ordered from one or more external vendors.
Process Flow
During sales order entry, the system automatically creates a purchase requisition item. The purchasing department creates a purchase order based on the requisition and the vendor ships the goods directly to you (unlike third party order processing, where the vendor ships directly to your customer). You then ship the goods to your customer. While the goods are part of your inventory, you manage them as part of the sales order stock. Sales order stock consists of stock that is assigned to specific sales orders and cannot be used for other purposes.
Process Flow for 3rd Party Sales
Customize the third party sales in summary:
Prerequisites for 3rd party sales,
Purchasing org,
purchasing group,
assign the Purchase org to company code
assign Purchase org to plant,
should not maintain the stock in material, it should be trading goods,
1. Create Vendor XK01
2. Create Material Material Type as "Trading Goods". Item category group as "BANS".
3. Assign Item Category TAS to Order type that you are going to use.
4. A sale order is created and when saved a PR is generated at the background
5. With reference to SO a PO is created (ME21N). The company raises PO to the vendor.
6. Vendor delivers the goods and raises bill to company. MM receives the invoice MIRO
7. Goods receipt MIGO
8. Goods issue
9. The item cat TAS or Schedule line cat CS is not relevant for delivery which is evident from the config and, therefore, there is no delivery process attached in the whole process of Third party sales.

Allow to create a purchase order with purchase requisiton item deleted
Dear all,
I have a question about creation purchase order process.
Firstly, I have a purchase requisition with 2 items, first of them is deleted.
If I try to create a purchase order thru transaction ME57N with the previous purchase requisition, I can only create it with one item (the one wich is not deleted)
However, if I try to create the purchase order thru transaction ME21N, with purchase requisition as reference, I can create the PO with item that was deleted in PR.
I don't understand why system allows to create a purchase order with an item that previously was deleted in PR.
Does anyone have a explanation about this issue?
Many thanks in advance
Best Regards.Hi,
In the document overview of ME21N you get all the items of the purchase
requisitions, no matter if they are deleted or not.
When you convert the deleted item into a Purchase Order you get message
06 050 stating that this item is deleted in the purchase requisition.
This message can be defined as an error message in the customizing
transaction OME0. This way, it will not be possible to order an item
which is deleted in the referenced purchase requisition.
