Query to find status of all module periods.

Does any one have a query that can check the open periods in all modules.
I'm looking for an out put like this
Module Set of Books Operating Unit Period Name Period Number Closing Status Start Date End Date
Thanks.

Hi Anil,
May I ask that if I can correct the periods status to auto generate the correct system by update the tables of you mentioned, because our company staff change the date of those period to be 'Adjusting' periods and then open them, but found those periods were 'missing' then, the detail problem is on this thread,
Re: Change adjusting period to non-adjusting period
Thanks!

  • Query to find list of all tables relating to BP

    Hi,
Is there any query which can generate list of all table names relating to BP?
For example tables like BUT000,020,051 etc which are related to BP. I know a list of 14-15 table names but do not know the name of each and every field that is existing in BP.
By writing a query can we get a list of all such table names for all the fields which appear in Field Grouping (which may be Role specfic)

    Hi Praveen,
Well I am not aware of such query but if you want the CRM data model give me your mail ID i will send it to you in which you will find all the required details.
    Best regards,

    Hi,
    Try this :
    Method-1 (backend):
    *==============*
    select a.order_number, b.line_number, b.flow_status_code
    from oe_order_headers_all a, oe_order_lines_all b
    where a.header_id = b.header_id
    and a.org_id= &Org_id     -- Operating_unit_id
    and a.org_id = b.org_id
    and b.flow_status_code='CLOSED'
    Method-2 (front end)
    *==============*
Orders,Returns --> Order Organizor --> Find orders/Quotes form will open --> Close this serch page only.... --> Now you will able to see Order oganizor form --> Click on Lines Tab of this form (you will see this tab atleft bottom side of the page) --> Press F11.. --> In status Field give parameter as *"CLOSED"..*and press Ctrl + F11 ..... Take an export of the form output..
Risk : this query may take hell lot of time to complete..as it is going to pull all closed line of a particular Org..
    Method-3
    *========*
Check if you can find any oracle standard report for closed lines..

    Thanks

not familiar with report but could you do something like this
    with t as
select 1 grp, 10 * level the_cost, add_months (sysdate,  level) effective_dt from dual connect by  level < 11 union all
      select 2 grp, 5 * level the_cost, add_months (sysdate,  level) effective_dt from dual connect by  level < 11
    input as
      ( select null grp, null the_cost, null running_total,  v_eff_dt effective_dt   from dual)
    select * from(
    select t.grp, t.the_cost, sum(t.the_cost) over (partition by t.grp order by t.effective_dt) running_total, t.effective_dt,
           lead(t.effective_dt) over (partition by t.grp order by t.effective_dt) next_effective_dt,
           input.effective_dt  inp_eff_dt
    from t, input
where inp_eff_dt between effective_dt and next_effective_dtv_eff_dt would be the input date you are interested in

    Hi,
    Hope this will help you.
SELECT distinct usr_login as "IdM User ID",
    usr_employeeID as "Employee ID",
    usr.USR_FIRST_NAME as "First Name",
    usr.USR_LAST_NAME as "Last Name",

    obj.obj_name as "Application Resource",

    AND ost_status in ('Provisioned','Revoked','Disabled', 'Provisioning')
    AND oiu.obi_key=obi.obi_key
    AND usr_EmployeeID like '11111'
This query will provide all the resources to which the user is linked with and the resource status is in 'Provisioned','Revoked','Disabled', 'Provisioning' status for a particular employeed ID, I am not completely sure whether I have given the Employee ID column from USR table as correct or not. Verify once and query the DB

  • Query to find the latest record with respect to the current status

    Dear gurus
I have the following data in a table
    Customernum
    bkcode
    reqtdate
    Prevstat
    currstat
The data will be like this
    CustomerNum bkcode reqdate prevstat currstat
    5900 1 03-Aug-12 0 1
    5900 1 06-Aug-12 1 0
    5900 5 22-Jun-12 0 1
If a customer has an issue to solved, a record is added with bkcode , register date and currstat will be 1
If the issue is resolved for the bookingcode,a new record is added, the currentstatus will become 0. and prev stat will show 1. Row no 1 and 2 reflects this case
If this table is queried for finding the unresolved issues. the output should be only the Last row of the above example. since issue with bookingcode 1 has been resolved
I have trying hard to get this thing confused what to use Lead or Max
    Kindly guide me

    Hi,
    one way here:
WITH mytable(CustomerNum, bkcode, reqdate, prevstat, currstat)
    AS

       SELECT 5900, 1, TO_DATE('06-Aug-12', 'DD-Mon-YY'), 1, 0 FROM DUAL UNION ALL
       SELECT 5900, 5, TO_DATE('22-Jun-12', 'DD-Mon-YY'), 0, 1 FROM DUAL

  • Query to find all workbooks/worksheets for each business area

    Hi Experts,
I need to find all workbooks/worksheets in each business area. Collect 'Query Statistics is checked for all the users'
Also are there any documents or information available of the description of the discoverer metadata database tables which will help in writing queries
    thanks and regards,
    John

There is no workbook/worksheet linkage to a business area. So you cannot search for a business area and find all the workbooks "attached" to that business area. The attachment of workbooks is at the folder level. It is actually possible, if you are sharing folders among business areas, to create a workbook with data from 2 or more business areas. I have tested that and it is indeed possible. In Discoverer Administrator you can check on folder dependencies to see what workbooks use the folder. Though in my version of Discoverer, there is a problem with Discoverer Plus, such that the workbook save in Plus is not creating this dependency information like it should. At least I have not found any way to take a business area and determine what workbooks would fall under it. Maybe someone else has found a way.

  • Query to find all the view name and their size in GB

    Hi,
What is the query to find all the view name and their size in GB.I am aware of joining all_views and user_segments but this is not serving the purpose.is there any table i need to join to get the desired result
    Thanks

You could of course be thinking of views as they are stored in other RDBMS' as some of them actually create the view as a table on the database with a copy of the data in it and maintain that data as the base tables are updated.
As already mentioned, Oracle just stores the SQL of the View and executes that SQL when the view is queried.
Alternatively, Oracle also has "materialized views" which are created as snapshots of the data and will have a size. This data is updated (refreshed) based on the parameters used when creating the materialized view which means that it will either be, commonly, when a commit is issued or when a refresh is explicitly requested (refresh on demand).
