Queue ADT using two stacks

Question

I am trying to implement a Queue ADT using two stacks that should still behave as a queue(FIFO). I understand this for the most part, but only being able to use push and pop methods because we are using the stacks is what is getting me stumped. I need some feedback on where to get started or what direction to take. Also, how do you keep track of where things are when all you are using is push and pop.

The Queue interface and all its implementations put the lie to your statement that Java doesn't provide queue functionality. Why aren't you off and running with that? Seems to me you've been wasting time bitching about nothing.
