Re installing a HP 6700 Office jet printer

I have an HP Officejet 6700 printer. I had it installed and operating well until we had a power failure. I reconnected the other printers to the network successfully but the HP 6700 is "unable to connect to your wireless router". The wireless network test results solution is "MAC address filtering is enabled..." . I immediately accessed the router settings and noted the MAC Filter is not enabled. When I retried to connect to the network I got the same results 4 times. I then:
turned the power off on the printer and the router. Restarted the router and then the printer and retried to connect only to get same result and error message.
I ran the HP Printer Doctor, the HP connected.com, hp.com/go/wirelessprinting with the same result.
My other printer and two laptops and two ipads reconnected with no problem, so it appears the problem is not wiht the router.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THE PRINTER TO RECOGNIZE THAT THE MAC FILTER IS NOT ENABLED AND CONNECT TO THE ROUTER/INTERNET?

You are absolutely correct. From your description, it seems to me that the issue is indeed stemming from the router. know you said you turned off the power from the printer and the router, but I would like you try to something that I have seen work before.
Please leave the router on and unplug the power cable, then do the same with the printer. Leave both devices off for a full minute and then plug the router back in. Once all the lights on the router are on and solid, go ahead and plug the printer back in and run the wireless wizard again.

HT1338 hp 100 office jet printer will not connect via bluetooth to my mac pro running os 10.9

I once was able to connect via blue tooth to my HP mobile office jet printer with my Mac pro. but ever since i have upgraded to OS 10.9 it will not pair with my laptop. I have gone too the HP site and downloaded the current drivers for this printer as well as check apple updates. it still will not connect via bluetooth

System Preferences>Fax & Scan. Delete the printers and re-add them back in.

Lion and "powerPC applications no longer supported" with hp Office jet printer

I have an HP office jet 5510 all in one printer that is no longer compatible with my recent installation of Lion. The "powerPC applications are no longer supported" prompt comes up when I try to open the app on my dashboard. Do I need to buy a new printer? To have it be compatible with Lion? If I do, which type of printer and software do I need to be sure of to make the two compatible with Lion?

Possibly. Check the HP website and make sure your drivers up to date. If you need a new printer, look for one that says it is compatible with Lion.

This is because HP has not provided network USB drivers to allow scanning when the all-in-one is connected to the USB port on the AirPort Extreme.
HP has only provided drivers to allow printing when the all-in-one is connected to the USB port on the AirPort Extreme. To be fair, other manufacturers who offer all-in-one products do the same thing.
If you need to scan documents, you will need to connect the all-in-one to the USB port on your computer....until HP offers full featured network USB drivers. Check with HP Support for possible progress in this regard.
If your all-in-one happens to offer wireless connection options or wired Ethernet options to connect to your network, you should have full functionality that way.

How to fix extremely slow printing from web pages with latest updates (iMac) & HP Office jet printer. (It was not a problem with earlier versions of Firefox & same computer & printer.)

The latest two updates of Mozilla Firefox are not useful for me because of extremely slow printing of web pages. It was never a problem before. Same iMac and HP officejet printer. How can I either fix it, or revert to an earlier version of the browser (without losing all my bookmarks) which didn't cause this problem?

Try scanning from your Mac. Use Image Capture app in your Applications folder.
Click once on the scanner on the left side, then click on Show Details along the bottom. Along the right side you will see LOTS of options for scanning and saving.

i have changed the printer cartridges and put them in correctly but it still says ink cartridge must be replaced and will not print. i took off the papers and loaded cartridges correctly.
it only says color needs to be changed. there is ink it is a new cartridge.

I read your post about the ink cartridge error you are running into with your Officejet 4630, and I would suggest checking out the guide below to see if the problem can be fixed through troubleshooting. If the problem continues, check the warranty date on the cartridge and if it's within the warranty period, (most likely is as it's new), and call us directly. You may need a cartridge, part or printer replacement.

I see that you are experiencing issues with downloading the HP Software for the printer. You are being prompted for a password. I would like to help.
I am not sure why you are being prompted for a password to download the software, unless you don't have Admin Rights on the computer to be allowed to download from the internet and have installation permissions.

Hp 4620 office jet print problem

After replacing black inkjet cartridge, will not print anything. Color catridges are empty. Only want to print in black.

Some printers, such as the 4620, will not print at all if one of the cartridges are depleted. If you run out of color and keep printing black only, it will cause problems with the printhead, thus the printer stops allowing you to print to protect itself.
If you do not have any depleted cartridges and still can not print with the black cartridges, please complete all of the steps in the following document; Printer Does Not Print Black Ink or Color Ink, or Prints Blank Pages, If the issue persists, I would suggest calling HP Phone Support regardless of whether it is in or out of warranty as you may require a replacement printer.
The number to call HP is 1-800-474-6836 for Canada and US, or you can Contact HP Worldwide.
Please let me know the outcome of your call to HP.
Just a thought: You can change your print settings to fast draft, or grayscale, this would allow less ink to be laid on the page and help to save ink.

I see that your Officejet printer and Email are not working together to produce a proper print, the font seems to be much smaller. Please answer the below question to allow me better ability to assist you.
What model of printer is your Officejet?
What is the Operating System installed on the computer, Windows or Mac?
What is the Email you are trying to print from, MSN, Gmail, Yahoo, etc?
Will the small font issue happen from other programs, Notepad for example?

Started having error 0x887df78e with HP Office Jet networked printer. Seem to be related to Itunes

I recently started having my networked HP Office Jet printer begin flashing lights and displaying error code 0x887df78e. It seems to be related to the use of ITunes. The only information from HP is to remove the print cartriges, keep unplugging the printer and plugging it in several times and then hit a combination of keys on the key pad. This does not seem to work. Any clues? It appears I am not the only one who sees a link withthis phenom and ITunes.

Try unistalling Itunes and reinstall without the option for automatic updates on the Apple download site. reinstall printer software.

You can't iSync your iPad to your printer, full stop. If you wish to print from your iPad you need to connect them (iPad and printer) on a SAME network. And because your printer is not on the following list:
