Reading file data

Hi there,
I'm trying to read data from a file in a class.
The data is in binary format.
Because the data is in Intel format ( that's at least what I'm assuming ) I'm not able to read this for example using the RadomAccessFile Class.
For example the first 4 bytes of a file are indicating the size of the data in the file.
The size is 59978 bytes and i'm reading the 4 bytes as an Integer.
The bytes are in the order "4A EA 00 00" not as expected "00 00 EA 4A".
Has anybody some experience with this and can give me some hint how to handle this.

i guess, you can use the FileReader and BufferReader and do this, as follows
FileReader fr = new FileReader("filename");
          BufferedReader br = new BufferedReader(fr);
          String s;
          try {
          while((s = br.readLine()) != null ){
               System.out.println(s);
          fr.close();
               } catch(IOException e) {}
