Recommendation of plugin for Java Exchange (or IMAP) connector.

Hello,
We have been using Moyosoft as a Java to Exchange connector. We have been having issue with a few of our data feeds coming through this avenue. I was just wondering of anyone in this forum could recommend a different approach. At present we.
1. Have datafeeds come to an email box.
2. Moyosoft scans email box and extracts datafeed into our system.
Is there other solutions.

However far as I can tell that has nothing to do with JDBC - which is the point of this particular forum.

In terms of a forum that might provider alternatives one of the JEE forums or just the main Java one might suggest alternatives.
One alternative of course is to write your own interface either JNI or a server to which you use TCP to communicate in java (actually I am pretty sure exchange already has a TCP interface so all you need to do is implement that in java directly.)
Or maybe buy the source code from that company and figure out the problem.

There is, but it's very limited.
1. Put the Library on a disk formatted Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
2. Point both machines at it.
3. That's it.
But remember:
A strong warning: If you're trying to edit the Library (that is, make albums, move photos around, keyword, make books or slideshows etc.) or edit individual photos in it via Wireless be very careful. Dropouts are a common fact of wireless networking, and should one occur while the app is writing to the database then your Library will be damaged. Simply, I would not do this with my Libraries.

Only one user can open a library at a time.

I can only find npapi plugin for my linux. However, chromium on my Ubuntu only supports ppapi based plugin.
Is it possible to add such a plugin to future JDK?

The SDK explains the kinds of things you can do.
Anything it doesn't say you can do: you cannot do.
And creating a plugin that could render a layer without comprimizing performance and stability of the applicaiton is a lot harder to do than it sounds.

Recommended portel type for Java Server Faces in Portal 10G

What is the best [or recommended] portlet type to use to interact with Java Server Faces in Oracle Portal 10G. We a planning to use a WSRP portlet type in our current project and would like to know if this is a good/feasible approach, or whether another portlet type would be recommended.

My application tries to import org.apache.log4j.Logger ,import org.apache.commons.lang.StringUtils
and many such packages of org.
I got downloaded Logger package but could not figue it out how to configure it so that application can find it out through org.apache.log4j.Logger etc directory structure , because the installation instructions they gave there seems to create different directory structure.
Also is there any place where I can get the all packages of org group and cnfiguration tips for them.

Does anyone know if JBCL2.0 supports Java 2?

Mail Sender Adapter for Exchange 2007 IMAPS account

Hi everybody,
I have the following todo:
I configured a Mail Sender Adapter that is supposed to fetch mails from an IMAP account.
The mails contain text files with data to be processed by XI 3.0 SP 22.
The mail server is Exchange 2007 and requires IMAPS. IMAP is not enough. I read the notes
- 893590 - XI 3.0 Mail sender adapter with IMAP or POP with SSL problem
- 856599 - FAQ: XI 3.0 / PI 7.0 / PI 7.1 Mail Adapter
and configured the sender apapter as follows:
URL:                     imaps://<ip address>/owa
Authentication method:     Plain
User:                    <domain>\<user>
Password:                       topsecret
Poll Interval: 5
The first challenge is to setup the adapter with SSL. To do so, I added the Exchange server's
root SSL certificate in the default truststore service-ssl via the KeyStorage service.
This is necessary, as far as I know, to successfully validate the Exchange server's trusted
certifacate which is being transfered to XI during SSL handshake.
Since the communication channel in RWB is in status error with following message:
mail client job stopped completly
exception caught during processing mail message; java.io.IOException: invalid IMAP status response; not finding * STATUS, but 001I NO owa doesn't exist.

I do not know how to setup SSL for IMAPS. I successfully tested a PING to the Exchange server.
Are there already experiences with Exchange 2007?
What I have to do to fetch mails from an Exchange 2007 IMAPS folder/account with a Mail Sender Adapter?

It should be imap and not imaps.
You can try imap://xxx.xxx.de:993/Inbox
Make sure that port 993 is correct. If you have doubt, then you may try 143 which is default port instead of 993 in the above url.

At the Plugin area in FF6 there is no Java Plugin available, even after a search.
I have Java 1.6.0 installed in the OS at:
/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.6.0/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
I googled how to configure Java Plugin for FF 6 for Fedora 13 and the trick was to create a soft link from /home/<userID>/.mozilla/plugins to the above libnpjp2.so

Sun java plugin for Safari for windows

I have installed Safari in Windows XP. I tried to load my applet through safari. It doesn't ask for signing and doesn't run the applet. Actually safari uses its own java plugin . Is there any option to use sun java plugin for that one and run the signed applets. please reply immediately

We (Sun) don't have much experience with Safari on Windows at this point. Going forward, the new Java Plug-In in 6u10 should work with Safari on Windows, once Safari upgrades their NPAPI and NPRuntime interfaces to the versions in Firefox 3.

I hope this is the right forum. I have installed java plugin for firefox
I try the website javatester.org and I get a message saying:
Your security settings have blocked an untrusted application from running.
If I understand this correct this is not a firefox message but a java message
so...
I have used the java control panel and added the site to the site list
I also lowered the security settings to medium
Restarted the browser and tried again but no luck, what am I missing ?

Did you activate the JDK java for your browser in the java plugin config.
Configuration Panel -> java plugin -> Advance -> Default Java for Browser

Mac OS Support for Java plugin

Is there a way to auto-install the Java Runtime and plugin for Mac browsers like Internet Explorer and Netscape?
Do the <object classid...> tags work on Macs too?
I do know that Mac OS X shipped with Java 1.3.1. But how can I find out if the plugin is supported by a Mac user's browser?
