Recon not happening

Question

Hi,
I am new to OIM .I am trying to recon the details from a txt file to the process form field .Below is my code:

recondetails is the field in the process form.
I reading the details from the txt file as string buffer and changing into String.then storing the string in hashtable.
But recon is not happening.please healp me.
