Records not exported to excel completely

hi all,
We have designed a query using query generator
for listing all purchase orders between a particular dates.
When we execute query it is showing all records.
When we export this report to excel few records keeps
missing.
Intially we have set Max Rows per page in Export to 1000.
After the above issue  we set
Max Rows per page in Export to 32767.
Issue continues...
We are using SAP B1 2005B PL41.
Query is
SELECT T0.[DocNum] as 'P.O No.', T0.[DocDate],  T0.[CardName] as 'Vendo Name', T1.[ItemCode], T1.[Dscription], T1.[Quantity], T1.[Price], T0.[DocDueDate] FROM OPOR T0  INNER JOIN POR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry WHERE T0.[DocDate] >=[%0] AND  T0.[DocDate] <=[%1] ORDER BY T0.[DocNum]
Is there any problem with query ?
Any one facing same issue ?
What is solution ?..
Expecting you all valuable replies.
Thanks & Regards
Jeyakanthan.

hi,
For example query extracted records 700,
It showing in application all 700 records.
when we export it to excel problem occurs.
For example records from
purchase order no's from 10000 to 10020 are in sequence
then few records missing, then it cotinues from 10049 to 10060,then few records were missing, from 100092..
Missing records are not in regular intervals.
We analysed missing records in excel we found that
all records were wrapped in a single column.

    I use 2008, SP3.
I am experiencing a problem with exporting to Excel(.xls): the page headers, but the very first, are not exported.
The report page headers consist of weekdays and the corresponding dates, meanning they are different on each page.
The report looks OK in pdf and doc formats.
Is this a known problem or limitation?
Is there is a way to controll the export to Excel to correct this problem?

    hi,
Are you exporting from Crystal Report Designer or InfoView?
If you are exporting from CR Designer, follow the below steps.
    - Click Export button
    - Microsoft Excel (97-2003) , OK
    - 'Excel Format Options' dialog box appears
    - Export Page Headers and Page Footers -> On Each Page, OK

    Note that this is the .NET - SAP Crystal Reports forum;
Is this an issue in a .NET app?
Does the report export as expected from the CR 2008 designer? If not, close this thread and post a new one in the [SAP Crystal Reports Design|SAP Crystal Reports, version for Visual Studio; forum.
    What version of .NET?
    Web or Win app?

  • SubReport Data not Exported to Excel Crystal Version10

    Hi,
I have a main report and subreport in page header which displays Company Name ,
When I export the report data to excel only the main report data is exported no subreport data is exported.
Please can anyone let me know if this is a bug ... or am I missing out anything.
I am using crystl reports version 10
    Cheers
    Rahul

    Hi Rahul
As the subreport is placed in the page header, it will not export the data of the subreport to MS Excel Data only. This is an export limitation.
In order to display the data of the subreport you can either use MS Excel (not Data only) or place the subreport in other sections of the main report.

  • Can not export in excel

Hi, this is not a question, this is an affirmation: a password protected numbers spreadsheet can not be exported in excel (or any other format)!

Yes, it can, but applying the password protection needs to be done as part of the export process: http://help.apple.com/numbers/mac/3.2/#/tan886afc61b
If you are asking if the password protect prevents the export, no, not if the user has the password (and can open it).

  • Underlay row not exported to excel to a single row

    Happy New Year to all,
I have an underlay function in Details a section.  I also have Details b thru Details z sections.  When using the underlay feature in Details a, it lines up beautifully with Details b row.  However, when I export to excel data only, Details a appears on its own row above Details b.  What can I do to have the underlay row, Details a export alongside Details b in the same row?
    Thanks in advance,
    Regards,
    Zack H.

    Hi zack
Iam not giving yout he straight forward solution. but here are my inputs,
    1. please check exportingto PDF? if it is fine, then we have to align the report in such a way that export to excel will bring desired result. ioe we have to design, Keeping the result in mind.
Because, the technique used to export to oexcel is line by line scanning method here as to PDF it is snap shot kind of.
    Best regards

  • Output from Web Analysis Related Content will not Export to Excel

I have Web Analysis reports, data in which is sourced from an EIS database. I have drill thru reports that are accessible from "Related Content". The resulting report is created fine, but cannot be exported into Excel. Specifically, I'm prompted for the location of Excel on my pc. Once I browse to it, it will open in Excel.
I have upgraded from Office 10 to Office 12, although I cannot say for certain that is when this problem started occurring.
Secondly, there are no other BI+ issues with export to Excel. For example, FR and WA export fine. The ExcelPath in the webanalysis.properties file takes care of that. I'm hoping there is something similar to update for this problem.
Thanks for reading, hopefully someone else has encountered this and successfully resolved. BI+ version is 9.3.1.

Have you tried the print button in the web analyzer it does export the input filter parameters as part of the exported PDF document.
You can include any additional text elements and use a custom export template if required.

  • Data in table does not export to Excel

Why the invoke node Export Data to Excel produces empty Excel sheet with no data?
If I manually highlight the table control on the Front Panel, then run the VI again, data get exported. How does one highlight data in the table automatically?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    murchak,
I think this is happening to you because of the LV data-flow paradigm.  If your screen shot is all that is on your block diagram, then the Invoke Node actually executes first, when there isn't any data in the table. Then, the "Table Control" 2D array is populated after an empty table has been exported. When you run the VI again, the data from the first run is already populated within the table, and thus the it *appears* to working.  In actuality, it was working correctly the whole time, but the first time there was just no data to export because it executed first.
You must use data flow (wires, essentially) to ensure that the data is written to the table first before the data is exported to Excel second.  A flat sequence structure or error wires (preferred) can help:
    Hope this helps,

  • Acrobat X Pro Does Not Export to Excel with Proper Format

I just upgraded from AA8 Pro to X Pro because 8.0 didn't run well in Windows 7. It was much easier to export a report from a PDF to an Excel table and in 8.0 I never had this issue with the formatting.
Sorry for all of the screen grabs, but I don't know else to explain what is happening.
The the original PDF of the report I need to convert to a table in Excel:
Using Save As... > Spreadsheet > Excel Workbook, here is the resulting table created by AAX. Note that the date is displayed correctly the format is "Custom":
Note the "Custom" format displays the date using the standard U.S. English convention, but when you change the format to "Date" it switches to the Chinese convention.
When selecting the cell containing the September 4th date, it recognizes it as a "Date", but it thinks it follows the Chinese convention, hence believing September 4th is actually April 9th.
If I select all of the cells and set the format to "Date" and "English (U.S.)", the dates where the Day value is below 13 and could be interpreted as Month, switch with Month and September 9th becomes April 4th.
Now here is the kicker, if I export the report PDF to a Word doc, the data appears as a table in Word, as it should. I can copy of the table from Word and paste into Excel and the dates are formatted properly. I am frustrated that in AA 8.0, I could select the data, right-click and send to an Excel doc that automatically opened. It now seems that I have to export to a 3rd program and copy and paste the data. Please tell me this is a known issue and there is a fix coming soon for it.
Again, I never had this issue with AA 8.0 and other than upgrading to AA X, there has been no other changes to my system.

    Hello,
i am having exactly the same issue with Acrobat X Pro - with linked Excel 2010 tables in Word 2010.
Has there been a resolution to this eissue - it is potentially very time consuming to work around this issue for me.
I would post my files but I don't know how to attach them to the thread - only my second post .
    Cheers,
    slobbering_dog
This is the Word File - the table is an Excel 2010 spreadsheet linked (via Paste Special >Link) .

  • Formulas not exporting to excell and additional figures appear in formulated cells?

when I send an invoice generated in Numbers to be viewed or printed or edited on excell the figures in a simple formula do not work, Like 2 * 8 = 16 in numbers and when I send it in excell format it looks like 2 * 8 =    801    16, this has just started since I updated the App yesterday?

Jerry, Never really have had an issue with the Numbers App, Infact it's great but I'm having multiple issues with the new update, It has blown me out of the water. I work in the field and e-mail to excell for processing invoices certificates and so on, very little changes are needed after the export in the old version, this version however BANG
all services suspended pending major maintainence.

                                                         AND f.file_default = 'N')
JOIN ah_chain c ON (f.chain_id = c.chain_id)In the above query I have made the following columns as links which would redirect to other pages showing the respective records.
    1) "Successful Records"
    2) "Customer Validation Errors"
    3) "CS Validation Errors"
    4) "No Activity Type Assigned"
Also I have enabled CSV output under "Report Export"
Now the issue is when I downloaded this entire report into spreadsheet, only the non-url columns are being exported.
I have even made sure that "Include In Export" under Column Attributes is set to YES.
I tried to reproduce this issue using Dept & Emp tables but it seems to be working there.
I don't know if it is the query which is causing this issue or a genuine Apex bug.
Hope someone might have faced some thing like this earlier.
    Appreciate your thoughts on this.
    Thanks,
    Raj.
