Redirected content sometimes gets munged - why?

using mail.app client, if i "redirect" a message to my own account on my snow leopard server, it comes through just fine. the resulting message looks just like the original. here i'm talking specifically about HTML-formatted messages, such as is typical from companies who send receipts and invoices via email.
if i instead try to redirect a message to <group>-wiki@myserver, then the message gets mangled and comes through looking completely different from the original.
if i look in /etc/postfix/aliases, i see that <group>-wiki is an alias to a list of local users plus a special one (i guess) named teamserver@myserver that (i assume) puts a copy of the message into the group wiki.
the only tiny detail that seems slightly funky is that the alias looks like this:
<group>-wiki: , teamserver@myserver, <user1>@myserver, <user2>@myserver, ...
in other words, the alias begins with a "blank" entry or more specifically there is a comma BEFORE the first entry in the list. does this have some special significance? i don't think so...
anyway, i can't really see why passing through a simple mailing list expansion should affect how messsage content looks when it arrives. can anyone fill me in on what is going on here? what i really want to be able to do is to redirect msgs to the group alias and have them come through looking the same as if they were mailed directly.

i have inspected an example HTML message side-by-side with a copy that was redirected to myself as <user>@myserver, and a copy that was redirected to myself via the mailing list <group>-wiki@myserver. i found significant differences in the headers and format of the content.
strangely, the message redirected only to myself had both an html version (which looked good) and a plain text alternative. the original msg did not have a plain text alternative. the message redirected to myself via the group-wiki alias did not have a plain text alternative, either and the html version had an awful appearance.
can anyone fill me in as to what's causing the different behaviors and differences in the resulting message appearance?

It would be important to see WHAT is on that master page? What is on the page?
Do you work with layers? This is very important! Are all items on the very same layer in both versions?
Do you work with paragraph and object styles? It is a must do!

This means that the whole content of the message is replaced by the content of the preceding message. I cannot see the message and have to ask the sender to send it again. Why is this, is my mail system overloaded or what?

This usually indicates folder corruption.
Right click the problem folder and select Properties. Then Repair Folder.
Be prepared to lose messages if the corruption is too bad. It might be a good idea to move any messages that you want to keep to a new folder. Make folders under Local Folders to sort your keeper emails into. It is a good idea not to keep lots of mail in the Inbox anyway as you will see when you read the attached article.

HT2500 I sometimes get e-mails where the sender sends me several PDF's attachments. These attachments appear already opened on the e-mail unlike most PDF's which I open by clicking on the PDF icon. Why does this happen?

I sometimes get e-mails with pdf attachments. However instead of opening a PDF icon the body of the e-mail message has the PDF's already opened. Why does this happen? This is a long-standing design flaw in Apple Mail.
Prior to Mavericks, this command in Terminal would stop the annoying behavior:
defaults write com.apple.mail DisableInlineAttachmentViewing -bool yes
This Terminal command stopped working in Mail 7.1 under Mavericks. I have reported this to Apple as both a feature request and a bug. You should too.

Which version of 6? Check the slide quality, if it is at Low, push it to High or Optimized. Then uncheck all compression settings in Preferences, Project, SWF Size and Quality.

Make sure that you have no active I/O markers on the Timeline (use Option X keys to clear them).

Why do I sometimes get an error message when trying to export as mp3 file?

I'm using a Intel Core Duo Imac 2 Ghz with 2 meg memory and just upgraded to iLife 08. I was excited to see that Garageband will now let you save/export your projects as MP3 files. But I sometimes get an error message, i.e., -46 or some such number, when I try to save/export the project to iWeb. What is causing this? If I save the same project as an AAC file everything is fine. Go figure. I was really looking forward to Apple doing this in this release and won't be happy until it works perfectly. For your information I record a audio podcast and export the recorded file to iWeb and publish the site to .mac. So I'm a loyal Apple customer. My site is a gay oriented website and the new features of iWeb , including Photo albums can be viewed there. I'll email the link to anyone interested.

I know man what your saying. I should have written it down when it happened last night. I figured if anyone had had the same issue they might know the reason. The iphone//ipad/ipod is not a backup/storage device. The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases.
There is no free, or Apple supported, way to extract any other music.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy of your computer to put everything back.
Iphone sync with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content from the iphone and replace with the content of the new computer.

If it hasn't got much free storage left then that might not help. If Safari is slow then try clearing its cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History).
Also a reset might help : Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

The computer has to be authorized for the account that purcchased the media.
What error message are you getting when you try to lauthorize the computer for that account?

I compose an iMessage with the destination as my email address and I attach 2 photos I want on my PC. I send them several times from my iPhone 5C but they never arrive. I look at my ipad later and realize that it's iMessage app is getting ( and swallowing) these emails. I then turn the ipad off. Still can't get the photos through because iphone is now getting them on it's iMessage. I turn off the iMessage feature and try to send photos from text msging. Phone tells me it can't send photos unless iMessage it turned on. What happened to regular MMS text messaging? I go and try to send photos as an email attachment and see that there is no option to attach from the stupid email program. I look up online to learn about the brave new world of apple attachments and send them.

Did not work. I've selected iMessage to ON and left it. After a few hours I recieved a message "activation unsuccessful. Turn on iMessage to try again". This has been going on for the past 3 days.

Did you check your user name and password in Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars...tap your email account, tap SMTP, then tap the primary server name. Make sure the settings there are correct.

Generally all you need do is give tracks from the same album a common Album Artist. See Grouping tracks into albums. The images need an update but the basic info. still holds.

The next time you have the problem, note the exact times when it starts and ends: hour, minute, second.
If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.

What kind of file are you saving, and what sort of clientserver setup do you have?
If you're using MS Office, it doesn't play nice with OS X Server, particularly with network homes.
