Regarding bonus buy information in table KONBBYH

Hi,
I have input REF_PROMO from table WAKH.   Using which I need to find whether it is Submission Bonus Buy.
To find the Submission Bonus Buy Id the table KONBBYH is read.  But how to link WAKH-REF_PROMO and KONBBYH table?  Or how will I decide that REF_PROMO given is a bonus buy submission?

If data is present in WAKH table, then it is promtion submission, if it is present in KONBYH table then it is bonus buy submission.  AKTNR in table WAKH is linked to KONBYH table's BBYNR

  • Help me Bonus Buy configuration STEPS

    Hi
    Friends
send me bonus buy configuration steps ineed to configur to my  client
    Regards
    Suresh

    Hi Suresh,
Step by step procedure for configuring Bonus Buy:
follow the condition technique for this.
    1. Maintain the condition table.
    2. Maintain access sequence and assign the condition table to the access sequence.
    3. Maintain the condition type and assign the access sequence to the condition type.
    4. Maintain pricing schema - this is nothing but the procedure for bonus buy.
    5. Activation of bonus buy determination - as per sales area, DPP and CPP. Same like pricing procedure.
    6. Maintain the condition record for bonus buy.
If you go transaction VBK1 you can create Bonus Buy based on the below mentioned std discount types
    BB01-Bonus Buy :Price
    BB02-Bonus Buy : Absolute Discount
    BB03-Bonus Buy : % Discount
    BB04-Bonus Buy : Free Goods
    From SD point of view
In the SPRO path Go to Sales and Distribution>Basic Functions>Bonus Buy
    Reward points pls.

    Govind.

  • Additional article for free goods-  Exclusive Bonus buy

    Dear All,
Additional article for free goods in bonus buy
In exclusive free goods, a material different from the orignal material can be specified as the free goods.
Example: A customer who buys 3 pieces of Trouser's, gets 2 pieces of shirt free.
So my question is , how can i add 2 pieces of shirt free if it has different variant (ex: i want to enter Red colour  & Green colour article ) in bonus buy, As in Bonus buy we only can enter one line item.
    Please help....
    Regards
    Saurabh

    in VBG1
    1. enter the name of the Article grouping, e.g. Shirt1
    2. at tab Article, enter article number(s) and quantity. in your case, enter the variants of the generic article (one for red shirt, one for green shirt, or whatever). enter quantity 1 for both variants.
    3. save
    when creating the bonus buy,
    1. select radio button Article Grouping
    2. enter the article Grouping you just created in "Article Grouping" <--- this is the bonus articles, not the preriquisite
please notice that the "FreeGoods" is 1 - inclusive; however, it doesn't matter here.
this is probably different from what you normally do when creating a normal free goods condition in SD. since the prerequisite article is already maintained in the area below. that means the article grouping you just maintained in step 2 is the bonus. as a result, the 2 articles in the article group are bonus articles.

  • Bonus buy free goods: 1 for free

    Hi colleagues!
I could not find the way how to create a bonus buy representing such conditions as: buy 2 pcs of A get 1 pcs of B for free.
It is very easy to setup conditions like: buy 2 pcs of A, get 1 pcs of A for free.
So, the question is: how to create a bonus buy giving to customer 1 pcs of bonus article if e.g. he bought another article.
I using this functionality in Promotion Planning process, but the condition handling, I think, is the same for all bonus buy usage cases.
I would be grateful for help,
    Igor Malyshev

    Hi,
don't get confused with bonus buy. Bonus buy is basically like - you buy 1 product and get the other product at a lesser price. This is bonus buy.
    Free Goods:
Inclusive - buy 2 get 1 free. The main item and the free goods item are the same.
Exclusive - buy 2 & get 1 free. The main item is different than the free goods item.
So if you want to give free goods item different than the main item use free goods determination - EXCLUSIVE only.
    Reward points if solution helps.

  • Exclude article in Bonus Buy Promotion

    Greetings,
I have a question regarding the set up of bonus buy promotion - If I created a prerequisite for some article groupings, but want to exclude certain articles from this bonus buy. Is there any method to address the exclusion?
    Example:
    Article Grouping Z001:
    -Article A
    -Article B
    -Article C
    -Article D
    -Article E
    Bonus Buy settings:
    Prerequisite - Article Grouping Z001
Condition agreed - Article F with condition value of USD10.00
We do not want to enter the articles one by one under prerequisite, in this case, how to exclude Article E from this promotion?
    Thanks!
    WL

    Hi Wini,
I don't think that it is possible to on the one hand use a generic article group and on the other hand exclude in a specific bonus buy from this article group.
What you can do in my opinion:
    - Create article grouping Z001
    - Assign it to your bonus buy and convert it to a local article group
    - Delete the articles you don't need in the local copy of the article groupt (Z001_LOC)
    Hope it helps.

  • EBS architecture regarding DB, tablespace, users and tables

    Hi All,
I do have some questions regarding the database, data model, table space... architecture of an EBS 12.1.1 installation (I use Windows 2008 as platform):
    1)
    Table space:
Is it correct that the table space used for EBS Apps tables is applsys? Is there more than one table space used for EBS tables?
    2)
    User:
The Database user used by EBS to connect to the DB is "apps", right? The users mfg, sysadmin... are logical users which do not have a correspondent db account. Is that correct as well?
    3)
    DB Access:
How can I setup the right environment to access the DB. In order to execute sqlplus, I need to set a proper environment. There is a script called "c:\oracle\VIS\apps\apps_st\appl\VIS_ebs1.cmd". Is that the right script?
I do have more that one script with that name. Example: C:\oracle\VIS\inst\apps\VIS_ebs1\ora\10.1.3\VIS_ebs1.cmd
How do I know, which one is the right script for what purpose?
    4)
    Data model and tables:
I found etrm which should give an overview of the EBS data model (and much more), but up to know, I'm not wuite sure how to use it to find the information I'm looking for.
Example: I would like to know where EBS items are stored. I found these tables:
    INVFG_ITEMS
    INVFV_ITEMS.
In INVFG_ITEMS I was able to find my newly created items, but is it the "main" table for items. How can I find that out? Is etrm the right tool for this?
In etrm, there is a section with FND and another section with DBA. What is the difference and when would I use which section?
I'm sorry for that much questions but right now, my understanding of the EBS and it's architecture is still very basic and these are things which I need to know in order to get a better picture...
    Many thanks,
    Konrad

    Hi Konrad;
    1)

For unix/linux we can use 2 users,1 for dbtier and other for appstier.
MFG sysadmin etc... those are EBS user which is pre-define before.
Please check user guide and also installation guide

  • How to put bin information to table T_QMAT thru user exit for stock remove?

    Hi,
I have already use stock removal strategy 'F' and checked the flag 'User exit active', but the value in table T_QMAT filled by the standard system not include all vendors. So I need to use stock removal strategy " " and set up the table T_QMAT by the user exit.
Do you know what is the user exit and the ABAP coding to put bin information to table T_QMAT for stock removal?
    Best Regards,
    Chris.

    Hi Chris,
You can use the exit: EXIT_SAPLL03A_005 to populate t_qmat table based on your requirements. As you have already mentioned, it is important to check the flag: User exit active in SPRO, but bear in mind the stock removal strategy has to be BLANK. If you use F, then standard SAP auto-populates the T_QMAT table.
    Regards,
    Narendra.

  • I want complete information about table maintanence genarator?

i want complete information about table maintanence genarator?

    hi there,,,,,,,
The purpose of table maintainence generator is to enable the table maintenance through SM30, and to implement and validation etc on table field inputs.
    SE11->Utillities->table maintainence generator
You need to enter the values of following fields:
    1. Table name
    2. Authorization group , and authorization object (select the suitable one )
    3. Function group and package
    4. Maintainence type : single or double screen maintainence view depending on the option selected.
    5. Maintain screen number : you may specify a value or let the system generate one for you.
The validation code for the table entry is written in the flow logic of this screen. Even some of the fields may be made display only , by adding suitable code in the logic or directly disabling the input in table control in the layout.
Table maintanance is for creating, adding datas to an existing table.
it is for adding muiltiple records at a time in the table
A table can be manipulated by a program or manually.
When creating table, you will find a check box 'Table maintenance allowed'. If we
check that option, we can manually enter entries using SE16 or table
    maintenance generator screen.
    SE16 is for data browser.
Go to SE11, give the table name and click on change. Then Go to utilities--> Table
    maintenance generator.
In the table maintenance generator screen, we should give Authorization Group,
Function Group name (Function Group name can be same as table name),
Maintenance type can be one step or two step, usually we will create with one
step. we should give maintenance screen number. After clicking on create button,
a table maintenance generator will be created.
To check it go to SM30 . In SM30, we find display, Maintain options.
We can view the table contents by choosing Display and we can create table
    entries by choosing Maintain.
In the production system, end-users will not be having access to transaction
codes like SE11 and SE16. Developers will not be having access to many
transaction codes including the above two.
To view the contents of the database table, we will use SE16n in Production
system. Please find out the difference between SE16 and SE16n.
All these authorizations will be maintained by BASIS team, by creating access
    profiles.
So in order to edit or create the contents of a database table, we should go for
table maintenance generator. In real time, authorizations will be maintained in
production system. (even in development and Test systems to some extent).
There is an audit like Sarbanes-Oxley Act for American clients, where every thing
will be audited by government agency. To know more about SOX, use the links on
the right hand side of this page.
The second reason is, we can edit or create multiple entries at a time, using table
    maintenance generator.
Apart from that we have options like 'Enter conditions' in table maintenance
screen SM30. Please try to find out the use of those, by creating an example.
Table Maintenance generator: Difference between one step and two steps.
While creating table maintenance generator, we find below options:
When we choose one step, we have to give the screen number in Overview Screen field.
When we choose two step, we have to give both overview screen number and single screen number.
You can give any number for screen. Don’t give 1000 screen number. As this
number is reserved for selection screen.
When we choose two step, two screens will be created for table maintenance. For
single step only one screen will be created.
When we choose two step, table maintenance will work as follows
Go to SM30, give the table name for which you have created table maintenance-
Overview screen will be displayed. To create entries, when you click on ‘new
entries’. Another screen will be displayed, where you give input and save. You can
enter one record at a time.
Go to SM30; give table name for which you have created table maintenance-
Overview screen will be displayed; To create entries click on ‘new entries’, you can
enter the records on the same screen. You can enter multiple records at a time.
We use single step generally, as it is user friendly.
To completely understand the difference and above points please do exercise by
creating table maintenance generator in both ways (using single step and two
    step).

One step, two step in Table Maintenance Generator
Single step: Only overview screen is created i.e. the Table Maintenance Program will have only one screen where you can add, delete or edit records.
Two step: Two screens namely the overview screen and Single screen are created. The user can see the key fields in the first screen and can further go on to edit further details.
    pls reward if useful

  • Promotions + Bonus Buy + Sales Order + SRS

    Hi Experts
Can anyone of you let me know how can Promotion (with Bonus Buys) be used in Standard Sales Order processing or SRS (SAP Retail Store).
I am currently running ECC 6.0.
Thank you in advance for you input.

    Hi,
Bonus Buys can only be used for the download to a POS system. There is no way to use them in a SD order without additional developmentw.

  • Add fields on Bonus buy screen

    Hello,
We need to add two fields on the bonus buy screen (VBK1, also change and display). Does anyone know if it is possible to add own fields either on the header level or item level?
        Best Regards,
        Ann-Sofie Svensson

    Hi All,
THanks for the input. it was really helpful.
I have added two columns in at the ouptput and used exit EXIT_SAPLV60P_012 for passing the data to these new fields.
    Only one query left.....
Addition of two fields on the selection screen of VF24.
I know that we can copy the program and do that.....in that case the logic i tried for above mentioned solved requirement was not required .i would have been done that in Zprogram........but i want it to be on std tcode & screen.
    Please suggest.

  • SAP Bonus Buy Functionality.

    Dear SAP Seniors,
We are planning to implement SAP Bonus buy functionality. I read many threads in this forum, however I am still having few doubts before making a decision to go for Bonus buy functionality or NOT. So I am asking few questions here. Please answer them, Also please do not give me guess answers. only give a reliable answers ( by saying so, I do not want to hurt anyone).
Also Dear Moderator, Please accept this thread with multiple questions as this thread might serve as single point of knowing several points about Bonus buy functionality for other users.
    1) Can Bonus Buy works for VA01 (sales order processing) ? I read some where that this functionality is only for POS Integration.
    2) I know Bonus buy, functionality is works only for IS-RETAIL, our system is defined not as IS-RETAIL, but I still can use Bonus buy functionality by activating Business Function     "ISR_RETAILSYSTEM" bu T-code SFW5. Am I right ??
    3) If I activate Business Function "ISR_RETAILSYSTEM" by T-code SFW5, Will there be any negative impact with my present system.
    4) To use Bonus buy Functionality, Should the material be classified as RETATIL (MTART, material type), or material type (MTART) can be any ??
Also, other than this please let me know, any other things I should be concern of for implementing SAP Bonus buy.
    Thank you
    Anitha.

    Hi Anitha,
If your company has not licensed SAP Retail, then I don't think it is a good idea to use any retail-only functionality, because SAP would be able to "accuse" you of using non-licensed functionality.
I think "SAP Bonus Buy" is NOT released in standard ERP.
As an SD Consultant, I also feel very frustrating to see functionality in the system, but not be able to use it.
    Regards,
    Franck
