Dear All,
I want to set the fields in the marketing documents as per the clients requirements means , in the
sequece as they want .
For example, the fields must be in the following seuquece when the user entering the data into the
marketing department:
1.Item No. 2. Item Description 3. Unit Price 4. Quantity 5. UDF1 6.UDF2 7.Tax Code etc,,,,
But System takes that fields in the sequece automatically so please let me know how i can arrange the
fields in the sequence that the user required....

The solution I created to avoid the select is, i have created the FM with all parameter. Addition to the FM, I have created a Table as well to maintain the flag.

i.e. say example if we maintain the value in the custom table based on the first select query. Then we need to maintain the flag in the table which was created newly.
Note In the both field the key fields are same.
The problem now is we have plenty of select query for different condition, i though of maintain the sequences of the entries. But my worry is how many sequence number will be maintained and in what bases it will be maintained.
Could you please help me to resolve this problem?

I got your requirement as,
whenever a new entry is made in the table, one sequence has to be maintained somethign like serial number and everytime it has to be incremented. If it is so, then you can go for an additional field as serial number. Then get the max serial number from the following select query:
select max(serial) from cust_table
into v_serial.
Now, when you make a new entry, just give (v_serial + 1) to serial number...
Please let me know if i understood wrongly... or what you want...

Change the sequence of the tabs

I would like to know if there is a way to change the sequence of the tabs.
For example, under the Projects' area I can see the tabs in the following sequence:
- Header, Schedule, Suppliers, Forms, Costs, Accounting.
Is it possible to change their sequence to:
- Header, Schedule, Costs, Forms, Suppliers, Accounting.

I don't think there is any way you can change the sequence of the tabs. However, you can modify the Label on the tabs using page customization.
If it is absolutely essential for you to change the sequence you can try interchanging the label on the tabs "suppliers" and "costs" and then create all custom fields within each hiding the standard one's. I would suggest though to use the standard tab sequence only.

How to keep track of the sequence of the BSP Pages being invoked.
I have a BSP Page A.htm. There are two other pages B.HTM and C.HTM in the same BSP Application.
The page B.HTM has a link A.HTM. The page C.HTM also has a link A.HTM. On clicking these links the Page A.HTM would be invoked. Is there any way to keep track which BSP Page (i.e B.HTM or C.HTM) invoked the page A.HTM.

Declare in page attributes:
appl_url type string
In the onClick event of the link that calls the A.htm page , use:
call method runtime->get_url
receiving
URL = appl_url.
Now appl_url contains the url (also name) of the page that invoked A.htm .

The problem has been solved. As it turns out, I was highlighting the photos in the album I wished to create. And then generating the request for a book. This caused the photo images when loaded into the book format to revert to the sequence used when I originally loaded them into the album. Not the edited sequence. Turns out that I did not need to highlight the photos. By eliminating this step, they remained in the edited sequence.

I wrote the code for the program but when i run the code in the emulator, the launch command in the emulator doesnot work i.e. it doesnot call the startApp() function situated in the same midilet. Any one can please help how can i get remedy of the problem. and with that please give me the information of the sequence of the execution of MIDlet by an emulator in default(i.e. upto the execution of the startApp() method).

I deleted the preview files and now the sequence on the timeline is missing

I deleted the preview files to save disk space by doing Sequence/ delete render files, now the sequence on the timeline window is missing. what can i do te recover the already assembled sequence on the timeline?

First, are you sure that you deleted the Preview files, and not your media files? Can you check in Windows Explorer, that your media files are still where you had them?
Next, if it was the former, and not the latter, this should not happen. Did PrPro give you any sort of message, when you loaded your Project? Something like "where is file xxxx.AVI?"
There are instances where Sequence Timelines do not appear in the Timeline Panel. I'd not think that this would be one of those instances, but... is your Sequence still showing in the Project Panel? What happens if you Dbl-click on it there?
Do start checking the sales for hard drives. Editing video without enough hard drive real estate is asking for problems. It will be money well-spent.

I need to create a User-Defined field for Marketing Documents under Title and Rows.
I need to do it via .NET instead of manually go into SAP to create it.

Changing the Sequence of the Access Sequence for Pricing Condition Type

We have an access sequence to determine the pricing. We have 8 key combinations for the same.
Customer/Plant/Material/Batch
Sales Org/ Dist Ch/ Cust Region/Plant/Material/ Batch
Price List Type/Currency/Plant/Material/ batch
Plant/Material/ Batch
1st 4 is with batch. and 2nd 4 is without batch. At the time of implementation ie., before 8 years the 1st 4 key combinations were used. But now based on the business need we are not using the 1st 4 key combination rather we are using the 2nd 4 which is without batch.
My question is that can we change the access sequence so that while the system fetches the price it need not go through the entire ( 91,02,401 ) records.
If this is possible then

Hi,
There are two options.
1)Change the validity dates for those condition records to earlier date.
2)Usually the sytem checks from top to bottom.If it finds the record in first table then it will return that value and stop searching.
As your not required things are on the top,remove the condition records for them using VK12 T.Code.And maintain the records for what condition tables you are required.

This can be achieved using the copy control setting for billing at the Item level. The field is: PricingExchRate type
and the possible values relevant for you are:
C Exchange rate determination according to billing date
E Exchange rate determination according to current date

You can do 2 things:
Use the sequence in your insert query:
eg.

Now you can just insert data:
insert into t1 (col1) values ('example');
sequence.nextval increments the sequence and returns the next value
sequence.currval returns the current value of a sequence

Sequence header at the end of the sequence in the report

Good afternoon everyone,
I have a strange issue with my TestStand Report (any kind of report type) : some time ago the headers (with the name, the parameter's values, the module time, the status) of the sequence and sub-sequence were at the begining. Now they are a the end of the sequence, which means instead of having the status of the sequence first, I have the status of all the steps contained in the sequence BEFORE having the status of the sequence.
I have checked and double checked the Report options : nothing tells that the headers must be at the end.
I have 2 bench on which my sequences are running and one of them has the sequence headers upside down in the report and the other has the headers in the proper order. Their report options are exactly the same and I can't find where the configuration is different !
Does anyone have some idea ? Please ?

The steps in the body are ok, in the correct order yes.
I've attached two extract of report (check the Report Correct first), change the extention from ".txt" to ".html", the html one wasn't authorized by the forum.

I'm not using XML format, only text or html. Where is located the ReportOptions.ini file ? I cannot find it with a basic search, could it be hidden ? As I am not managing this file in the configuration of the benches, it might be the origin of the problem !
Both benches are running the same client sequence indeed : the client sequence are located on a network reachable by the benches.
I doubt that one the client sequence can override a report callback but afterall I should make sure of this possibility.

Why is the font of text fields different from document-text

I am using forms in my pdf.
I am inserting Text-Fields in the pdf-form.
I set the color and size of text as the same as the document text as calibri 9.
1) Why is the font different between the text-field and document content eventhough both are black font of size 9 and of type calibri. The font in the text-field is more gray and blurry. It doesnt look the same as the text in the rest of the document.
2) why do the document-text font options differ from the text-field font options.
One has only sizes with even numbers like 8, 10, 12. The other has odd numbers also. Why does the calibri font have 2 different size ranges for the text-fields and document-text/content.

Yes you are correct, it is with the setting of the properties.
Where do i report this then if it is not with the SDK but the manual setting of properties.
Also, how do i alter this ussue with the SDK, what are the commands, does it have to be done only by Javascript?
