Hello Chintam Nagaraju,
Pl. follow the steps:
Assuming that you moved this report in production environment. In the program itself you can give the logic for downloading the data in XLS format on particular target system (take help from sr technical guy)
1. Go to SM36 transaction for batch job schedule.
2. Give the job name, priority and target system name in initial inputs
3. Click on Start Condition Button
4. Click on Date/time and maintain start time and data (say 8.00 AM)
5. Select the periodic indicator on the bottom of screen and maintain periodic value (as daily)
and save this batch job.

If you have 2 structures with same fields then you can do the following
1) structure1 = structure2
2) move-corresponding structure2 to structure1
assuming structure2 contains the data
eg:
you have structure1 as
data:begin of structure1,
 bukrs like bsak-bukrs,
 werks like bsak-werks,
 end of structure1.
you have structure2 as
data:begin of structure2,
 bukrs like bsak-bukrs,
 werks like bsak-werks,
 end of structure2.
in this case if structure2 contains data...then
a)structure2 = structure1.
b)move-corresponding structure2 to structure1.
move-corresponding is useful if you have a few similar fields also
move also can be used for same structures and all similar fields

In your page create a window 'FOOTER'.. Add this window to all the pages which contain the continous data.
Now you want to print the footer, only on the page, where your document ends.. right??
In the 'FOOTER' window, create a text element /E FOOTER
Now, in your driver program, you must be calling WRITE_FORM in a loop for the main table..
After the end loop.

Regording diff paragraph fornmats in scripts

experts can u pz solve my requirement.
in my layout in my mainwindow
i want to dispaly 1st line and last line in english and middile line in jerman language
how can i do this in scripts?
pz solve my problem

just create two character format in se72.
or in se 71
then write the text line in engish in the text editor.
and give the character format in the left side by cliking the search help.
repeat the same thing for germany in the same window .
