Rejection of the contract item does not make it zero

Hi,
I have a contract item linked to a subsequent order item.
When I reject the order item, its value becomes zero.
But when I reject the contract item, its value does not become zero.
Please help.

I tested your concern in my system and the following is what I see:
Contract with rejected item computes a net value for the item, but it does not get included in the contract header net value.
Order with rejected item computes a net value for the item, but it does not get included in the order header net value.
I suggest checking that the price condition is the same for both documents. Also check if user exit is modifying how the document behaves.
This is based on interpretting the question that contract document and order document behave differently when the line item is rejected.

    Ipod 5 wont conect to wifi in my house when other devices do. does not make sense, went to apple store connected no problem there. Funny thing is it has worked since christmas now all the sudden i have problems, any ideas?

    Does the iPod connect to other networks?
    Does the iPod see the network?
    Any error messages?
    Do other devices now connect?
    Did the iPod connect before?
    Try the following to rule out a software problem:                 
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Power off and then back on the router
    - Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
    - iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
    - iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
    - Restore from backup. See:

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
    If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

  • In the networking window the Computer item does not appear

    I have network sharing turned on but the Computer category does not appear in the networking window.  Any ideas how to add this category to the network window in windows 8.1?????

    It’s possible that you’re not seeing the computer category simply because there aren’t any computers to list. 
    Make sure that the computers you’re expecting to see are powered on and connected to your network. 
    Another thing to ensure is that network discovery is enabled.
    In order to enable network discovery in Windows 8.1, start by right-clicking on the Network system icon in the taskbar notification area, then click on Open Network and Sharing Center. 
    Next, in the left pane of the Network and Sharing Center window, click on the Change advanced sharing settings link. 
    The next window that comes up will give you the option of turning network discovery on.

  • I have Firefox 5 now, in the admin section of my web site when I edit a change in the data it does not make the change on my data file. There was no problem in my previous version.

    How can I return to a previous version that did not have problem? On Safari on my lap top Mac, I do not have this problem. We tried this on another Windows computer with a 3.5 or 3.6 Firefox version and there was no problem.

    When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site. Note: this is likely to log you out, so finish up whatever you are working on first.
    1. Clear Firefox's Cache
    orange Firefox button ''or'' Tools menu > Options > Advanced
    On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"
    2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here
    While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
    Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
    Some sites appear to be incompatible with Firefox 5. The difficulty is tracking down the problem. To see whether it is caused by the new stricter HTML parser in Firefox 4+, you can turn that off. Please save any unfinished work first.
    (1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
    (2) In the filter box, type or paste '''html5''' and pause while the list is filtered
    (3) Double-click '''html5.parser.enable''' to toggle it to false (it should turn bold).
    Then return to the problem page, reload and try again. Does that make any difference?
    Here's the process to roll back if needed:
    First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information]. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
    Next, download and save Firefox 3.6 to your desktop for future installation. http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-older
    Close Firefox 5.
    You could install Firefox 3.6 over it (many have reported success) or you could uninstall Firefox first. If you uninstall, do not remove your personal data and settings, just the program.
    Unless you have installed an incompatible add-on, Firefox 3.6 should pick up where you left off. If there are serious issues, please post back with details.

    Zoom dosen't work in flash applications and it is crazy small and too hard to read...this does beat out the fact you can't right click using flash in google chrome...I prefer firefox, but will go back to IE if it is the only program without such major bugs
    I have also reset the minimum text size in flash and that did not help the problem at all.

  • Error VF198 " The billing item does not contain a quantity"

    Dear colleagues,
    When I try to bill a sales order with a billing plan, I get this error message in the log at the time of invoice creation.
    The billing plan itself consists of a line with date, value and other rules for downpayment and another one for the closing invoice.
    The materials have prices and confirmed schedule line quantities in the sales order. Dates and values get copied from the billing plan and everything seems to be in order.
    I get this message once in a while, not every time, but the investigations so far have been to no avail.

  • Duplicate item does not validate it

    when I use F3 key to duplicate a lookup item (has invisible foreign key item) the duplicated item does not fire When-Validate-Item trigger to brings it invisible foreign key, How to solve this problem?

    Use a key-dup-item trigger, and in it put:
    duplicate_item;
    set_item_property(:System.trigger_item,item_is_valid,property_false);
    validate(item_scope);Not sure if both of the last two lines are necessary. It may work with only one of them.

  • Custom item does not appear on Hotsync Menu

    I have a Sprint Treo 700p.  My work email was converted to Outlook from GroupWise.  I am able to sync successfully, but received a message about changing profiles and conduits.  I tried to do this by clicking the Hotsync icon in system tray.  The menu that appeared only had three items (Settings, Install, Exit).  The CUSTOM item does not appear.  I am using Hotsync Manager 7.0.2.  How can I get back the CUSTOM menu item?

    Those Hotsync options are what display on Palm Desktop 6.2.2, not prior versions 4.x.
    To get to your Hotsync settings, click the Hotsync icon, and select Settings.  Then click Applications. Select the conduit you wish to change, and click Configure.

    I am getting a strange issue with the error "Item does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user " with the below code which was under "RunWithElevatedPrivileges" in a application page.
    public void test(int requestId)
    SPList list= web.Lists["test"];
    SPListItem lstItem = list.GetItemById(Convert.ToInt32(requestId)); //Error
    But when I test the above code in a console application, it is working fine & I am sure the id exist in the list.
    Can any one help me on this issue!

    Go to the sharepoint list and check the item with id is exist or not?
    Retrieve the data using another column instead of id column.
    Just for testing.

  • Line item is rejected in the contract but release order is created.

    Dear all,
    as i mentioned that the line item is rejected in the contract so it should not allow to create the release prder or any further process but then also it is allowing to create release order.
    please help is resolving the issue
    is it a product related bug or functional error
    please help me in rectifying the error.

    Suppose in a contract if you reject a line item by assigning reason of rejection then when you create a release order with reference to that contract that particular item will not get copied and you will get a log in the release order with regard to that
    Suppose in that release order if an user manually  enters the rejected item some qty
    If this is what you are asking
    The ans is system will accept and in no way you can stop it or control it in std SAP
    You need to develop some user exit for that
    I think it is functional error
    This scenario was tested by me

  • What Items Does It Make Senses NOT to Back Up?

    I've been muddling through with Time Capsule, having some successes (thanks, in part, to this forum) and some failures. (It's amazing how much information one has to discover on one's on and through others.)
    I know one way to cut down on the initial backup time is to exclude some folders and files.
    Which items does it make sense NOT to back up? For example, is it pointless to back up System files? Applications? Libraries?
    If I somehow lost all files on my desktop's hard drive, what would be essential to have as backups on the Time Capsule?

    Some other examples of large monolithic files that aren't great candidates to have Time Machine backup are:
    Certain mail apps - not Apple Mail, but Eudora, Entourage, Thunderbird?? store mail in large mailbox files so every incoming, every delete, changes the entire mailbox and the whole thing gets backed up.
    Certain photo apps. like Adobe Lightroom and IView maintain large catalog files that change every time you do anything - then the whole thing gets backed up. (I don't know about the inner workings of Aperture or iPhoto so I can;t comment on them)
    You do want to back these things up, and while Time Machine will work with then, they chew up space very quickly. Probably better to make/update copies of these files periodically.
    There is a valuable App - [Time Tracker|www.charlessoft/TimeTracker.zip].
    It is useful, particularly when getting started, or anytime it looks like some backup is unusually large.
    It will tell you for each backup exactly what was backed up and how much space was required for each drive, folders within drive, files within folders etc....
    It will enable you to determine if there is something being backed up that was large which you didn't realize, or identify things you don't want it to backup etc.

    Did you try browsing your backups in the Finder ?  That is, do not go and "Enter Time Machine".  Instead, navigate to your Time Machine backup via Finder and then manually go to the time period (by folder name) you are looking for ... when you find your Aperture library you can then "Show Package Contents" and find the Master you are looking for.
