REPEATED POST: Using commit and delete in cascade implementation.

Good morning.
I want to do the next task:
I have two entities, province and city, which includes an association between them, which implements cascade delete.
I want to delete a province, and after that, do the commit operation en the same operation.
The province and cities are erased correctly in memory, but during the commit operation, it shows an integrity exception, showings that there are secundary registries in DDBB.
Any solution?

If you never saved it it is gone. If you saved it in Lion (OSX 10.7) with Pages 09 v4.1, there should be versions available when you mouse overv the document name at the top of the window.

How to use COMMIT and ROLLBACK in BAPIs

Can we use COMMIT or ROLLBACK in the BAPI just like how we implement it in the ABAP programming ?? If it is yes,
Where can we exactly use normal COMMIT and where we use BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT when we are implementing BAPIs ?

see commit is the thing which saves the changes you made to the
database otherwise imean if u have not done the commit work what
happens is the changes will be killed once the your program life has
been killed i think you got why we will do commit work
BAPI's are the methods through which we can input the data i mean it
is an interface technique it is a direct input method.
for example you have inserted some data into one table by using this
BAPI technique but you not done the Commit BAPI then wht happens is
the changes u made to the database cannot been seen in the table these
will get effective once u have Done the Commit BAPI

see by taking the above example only we can know wht is Rollback it is nothing but UNDO option in ms office se untill saving if we want one step back we will do it by undo option am i right similalry untill commit ing i.e. nothing until saving the changes made u can delete the modified change i.e. u can go to the stage how it was previously ok

RESTful service with POST, GET, PUT and DELETE

I'm implementing a RESTful service, but mod_plsql only gives me GET, POST and HEAD commands.

I've search all packages and code, but I haven't found anything that specifies the valid HTTP commands or the source for generating the above error message.

AIR supports all the specified HTTP methods, but there seems to be a bug in the HTTPService class. Instead you should use URLLoader and URLRequest. If you change to that you won't even need to use the Method Override header.

I trying to use organizer,and deleted folder showing up again,sometimes in double, and pictures show

to use organizer: deleting my old files, and saving others for a folder called PICTURES.
Deleted fiels showing up again, sometimes in dobel.
Some saved picture show with a "?" mark in the upper right corner. With these i can not work again. Can not be found, and not in the Finder.

For your Organizer problem, have you ONLY used the Organizer to move the files around or did you use the Finder as well?
If you moved or deleted with the finder this would explain the '?' you see in the images. The Organizer keeps track of where they are for itself and if you use the Finder to move or delete things the Organizer is not 'aware' of that fact.
Now if you want to remove all these '?' items from your catalog, you can use Find> All Missing Files. When it has done its thing the Organizer will show all those images where the links are no longer valid. You can use Edit> Select All to select them all and press Delete. answer 'No' to the question about deleting from hard disk.
If instead you want the Organizer to try and recreate the connections use File> Reconnect> All Missing Files. This can take a long time if there are lots missing.
Once you have the '?' items sorted out you can use Find> By Visual Searches> Duplicate photos. When it has done it's thing it will show what it thinks might be duplicates and you can choose to Delete those you don't want. In this case you probably do want to delete the duplicates from the hard disk.

Can anyone tell me how to perform a new row insertion or deletion in a table created using the table control wizard.
I see there is a form fcode_insert_row and fcode_delete_row, but dont know how to call them and what parameters to pass and all.
Since iam new to SAP-ABAP, some code samples will be a great help.

You have to add the icons personally in the table control.. . Put fcode for addition button as INSE and delete as DELE ..coding will be already thr in the wizard no need to anything just add icons in the table control by selecting from f4 help on icons option of screen.

QBE Reports in Portal allow Update and Delete links against Report output rows.
When run, if I press the Update link it displays a simple form and utilises the Template I specified for the Report (as expected).
If I press the Delete link it displays a page with a default Oracle template (including Navigator, Home and Help buttons I wish to suppress)
How can I get the Delete to use the specified Template?
Any simple fix appreciated.

Transfer posting using MM and SD

Hi people,
In the transfer postings using MM and SD, we have the following steps:
Create the PO type UB
Create the delivery document using VL10B
Create MIGO and J1B1N using VL02N
I would like to know about the information of tab "Value with taxes" of the item of J1B3N . Where it comes from?
This document is created automatically, and the information of this fields doesn't appear in delivery document or in material document.
I already changed some parameters in J1BTAX tcode, but it doesn't change in the J1B3N.

If the supplying and receiving plants belong to different company codes, choose the document type 'NB' or a comparable document type of your own. A physical stock transfer is then carried out with delivery and billing document
Here we make the STO with the transaction ME21N..at above you will two option to put..out of it one is document type..in other words you can say which type of document you wanna generate....
After this, the STO process can be done in two steps...one is in ONE STEP PROCESS and other is TWO STEP PROCESS...
In this along with the material document the accounting doc is also generated....In One step process, the stock in transit as well place in storage is done at the smae time...So its called one step process...
Now if the delevery is done and if the delivery is the underdelivery then the system need to check the whether its allowed or not...if allowed then till what limit...so thisvalue is filled.
It depends on your setting, whether you go for 2-step Stock Transport or 1-step.
If It is 1-step then 1 material document and 1 accounting document.
This material document will be of movement type 647 and stock will not come in transit, stock will directly get moved from Supplying Plant to Receiving Plant.
And if it is 2-step then 2 material documents and 1 accounting document.
1 material document for GI from Supplying Plant to Stock in Transit (Movement Type - 641), and another from stock in transit to receiving plant (Movement Type - 101).
Accounting Doc in both cases will be;
Stock A/c - Dr (Receiving Plant)
Stock A/c - Cr (Supplying Plant)
And it will update PO History in both the cases.
You can config. this in SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Setup Stock Transport order > Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure, Underdelivery Tolerance > here activate "One-step" indicator if you want 1-step otherwise keep blank for 2-step.

Double Posting using Leading and Non-leading ledger...

I am at a client that is using the leading (0L) and non leading (PL) ledger set up. Also, we have configure an additional document document (ZF) for posting to the (PL) ledger. The following configuration settings have been made:
1     US GAAP (group accounting) (PLN)                    1     0L
2     Depreciation on tax limited value (cars)                    0
3     PAS (Polish Accounting Standards) (PLN)                    2     PL
10     CIT TAX (Polish taxation accounting) (PLN)                    3     PL
30     Consolidated balance sheet in local currency PLN       0
31     Consolidated balance sheet in group currency USD     0
32     Book depreciation in group currency (USD)                    0
Can someone explain why I am seeing a duplicate posting on the non leading ledger. Using the settlement transaction from Project Systems or ABZON from the Asset Module I get the expected (AA) document type posting on the leading ledger but also on the non-leading ledger. When I run ASKB, the document ZF is also posted on the non-leading ledger.

You can check BKPF (document header) and there is a field "ledger group" for which the document was posted onto. If there's no value in the field, it means the document was posted to all ledgers (leading and non leading).

BUG? JDev 10.1.3.1.0 on MacBook Pro - problem using space and delete keys

Is anyone using JDev 10.1.3.1.0 production release on a Macbook Pro? I am experiencing problems using the delete and space keys. The delete key no longer seems to work at all when using any of the key bindings including Default MacOS X. Using the spacebar also seems to have a conflict with the code completion feature. I am finding that the code completion always pops up when the space bar is used and no space is inserted with the editor. The space bar only works when used in conjuction with the shift key. Can anyone verify if they are able to use these keys in JDeveloper 10.1.3.1.0 on a Macbook Pro?

This was from the dmg file.
I found that in Preferences | Accelerators, Completion Insight lists 'Space' as an accelerator, right after 'CommandAIC'. Removing that fixed the problem, but I still can't fix the Delete issue.
The Delete action is assigned to the 'Delete' key, which is recognizes as the key combination fn-Delete. I tried to assign the Delete Previous Char to just the delete key, but pressing the Delete key while in the New Accelerator field is not recognized - it just pretends as if I had not pressed a key.
I'm looking at the the file:
jdevhome/system/oracle.jdeveloper.10.1.3.39.84/Default_macosx.kdf
trying to find entries for Delete and they are not in there - is there some other place I should be looking?

Uninstalling and Deleting the application

Hi,
Can you please advice regarding difference between Uninstalling and deleting the Biztalk Application?
I refered the link http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa559800.aspx , however I am unclear about the situation regarding when to use uninstall and delete.
Do we need to use both to completely remove the application ? If so what is the recommended order.

Is it okay to use C++ new, delete in a plugin these days?

Are C++'s new and delete operators totally kosher, not a time bomb that'll crash for some user two months from now? The documentation I found says to ask Photoshop for memory through an awkward API, but then all documentation and sample plugin code I've found so far are old. In years past, I've worked in programming environments where one had to get handles and then get pointers - the old Win32 API comes to mind - but eventually the makers of such environments said to just go ahead and use malloc() and free(), or new and delete, and it was fine.
Maybe it's likewise for the PS CS5 SDK?
I just finished developing a Format plugin for CS5 on 64-bit Mac, using C++. (No 32-bit, no Microsoft, no older CS[n].) It works fine, no crashes or complaints so far. To facilitate processing, it allocates memory and objects using new during handling of formatSelectorReadStart and deletes it during formatSelectorReadFinish. So it seems okay. But of course "it runs on my machine okay" is not sound reasoning.

Yes, it is ok to use new and delete.
It is recommended to use Photoshop memory routines for *large* memory requests.
Photoshop (via user settings in preferences) and the system have already had a discussion about memory usage and if you go and ask the OS for large amounts of memory you are more likely to run into thrashing and unhappy users. Having said all that, I see you are 64 bit mac! So thrashing is far less of an issue in that world.
We used to over ride new and delete in the SDK examples and that was a BIG mistake. As you cannot guarantee when the over ride occurs and if libraries are using new and delete your over ride and on and on and it is a true mess! Don't do it.
