Report  for Hours/Amount

Hi!!
I've received a requirement to develop a report that shows hours/amount per employee.
Does someone knows a standart report with this function?

I am not sure if any standard report exists, but you can easily create a custom report for your requirement.
For hours: Take the number of hours worked by an employee in a day or in a week or in a month (as oer your requirement) from the planned working time. Make sure you subtract the vacation hours taken.
For amount: Take the amount value from the basic pay for a day or a week or a month (as per your requirement).
Then divide them to get the result.
An ABAP'er will be able to help you out for the coding.

  • Using ME59 and report for difference amount

    Hi Experts,
    We have a business issue as follows:
    we have one trading plant and one manufacturing plant and one vendor to  supply raw mateials tray A and tray B.  Sytem is made like APO is runing in manufacturing plant and ECC MRP  running in trading plant at the same time from monday to thursday 10 P.M. once the MRP runs in trading plant and manufacturing plant a sub contract order will get create to manufacturing plant to manufacture the final product VIA SUB CONTRACTING ORDER.. The MRP runs at 10.30 in both trading and manufacturing plant it takes 4 hours time...we proposed  to  use ME59 for processing  automatic PR generations in back ground after completion of MRP run. Please can we suggest to run in ME59 in background? or is there any other options?or is it possible run my user ?
    Issue 2:  Report preperations for difference of orders
    The orders are coming from different countries like...US, Austraila,  and Europe to trading plant it will creates a lot size for the vendor who  supply raw materials...if the lot is 6000... trading plant recieves 8000 orders so there is a difference of 2000 .. lot size is limited to 6000 so they are maintaing it in excel sheet presently they want to maintain it in report...please suggest how we can solve this difference?  . this automation should be done between vendor and manufacturing plant.

    For many years automatic PO creation is already ME59N. And it should only be used if your master data ( vendor, material, info record) is in a very good shape so that the users do not need to enter or change anything, e.g. could just click save in ME21N
    your second scenario is very vague, your customers order the finished material from the trading plant. the trading plant orders at the manufacturing plant. The manufacturing plant orders raw materials from the vendor to manufacture the finished material.
    Why does the trading plant get 6000 if 8000 are ordered, who's fault is this?
    What is the reason for an extra Excel sheet (this is usually a fall back if users are not trained enough and do not understand the processes and do not know how to use SAP to track)
    if you want automate anything between manufacturing plant and vendor, then you need to tell what you want automate. In general an automation should be done for processes that work well and do not need any human interaction. And automation cannot solve your problems with getting/receiving less than ordered

  • Sales Reports for Sales Amount and GP, Excluding Surcharge

    Hi All,
    my company is going to charge some customers delivery charge. It is implemented as a kind of surcharge on Sales Orders. The surcharge can be found as a condition type in FI document after posting.
    Our salesmen want to know the sales amount and GP (Gross Profit) of material, not include the surcharge.
    Could anyone suggest any Sales Reports that can show the GP of material excluding the delivery surcharge?

  • Report for wage type with number, amount and amount per unit?

    Hi friends.
    I would like to know if there exits a report for wage type (like the PC00_M99_CWTR) that shows the number (anzhl), amount per unit (betpe) and the amount (betrg) of a person for a specific wage type.
    The standar report PC00_M99_CWTR does not display the amount per unit (betpe).

  • CUIC Custom Report for Business Hours for Weekdays Only

    Customer wants a UCCX custom report which we are building with CUIC Premium.  The one criteria we are having issue with deals with the ability to selects days of the week BUT only with specific hours of the day for each of the days selected.  So customer want to be able to run the report for Monday to Friday but from 8AM to 5PM for each of those days, so essentially during business hours only.  The built in Absolute Date Range does not work because that would run the report starting Monday at 8AM until Friday at 5PM.

    Our 3rd party solution lets you produce historical reports by "shifts" by each day.  In your case each day agents having the shift of 8 - 5.  Let me know if you would like to discuss in detail how our solution can accomplish this and more.

    Hi,
    If you want to check amounts of withholding tax for the vendors, you have some options to view it. You can access the WITH_ITEM, LFC1 tables by SE16. You have too the S_P00_07000134 report. This report is developed for the Colombia but I already used for the another country with the ABAP development for this country.
    Also you can use table join BSIK and WITH_ITEM by SQVI for the open items and BSAK and WITH_ITEM for cleared items. It is more simple and fast.

  • Discoverer report running for hours

    Hi,
    One of the custom discoverer report (based on custom SQL) is running for hours.
    When U ran the query for the respective folder, the results were returned in few seconds.
    Hence, data size is not an issue. How can I identify the cause and solve it?

    Hello
    If you dont need to run the report urgently then you can always schedule it to run the background till it is finished.
    First log into desktop. Select tools > options > query governor tab. Make sure only radio button named "Never" is ticked. Leave all other options empty / not ticked. Click OK when ur done.
    Then go to File > Manage Workbooks > Scheduling Manager > Schedule.... button then choose either My Computer or Database depending on where your report is stored. Scroll down and find your report. Enter a time and date that you want to start running the report. When you are done click Finish button. Normally the report would run for an hour or till it is complete. But it won't bomb out.
    After 2 hours or even the next morning go to File > Manage workbooks > then look for your report > if it has run successfully then the status column would return something positive like "completed successfully". just double click your report and your are done....
    It works for me if i need to run one of my reports. but that is only if your not in a rush to run your report

  • US Withholding tax report for 1099M missing amount

    HI all,
      When i run the 1099M Listing using S_ALR_87012143 for year 2009 with clearing date of 1/1/09 to 12/31/09 for one vendor,
    it shows the cleared and open items TOTAL correctly.  This includes one document with posting date of 12/31/2008 and the clearing date is 1/6/2009.  The rest of the included documents are with 2009 posting dates and clearing dates.
       However, when i run the US: WIthholding tax report for 1099M for this vendor for 2009, although the clearing date is 1/1/09 to 12/31/09, it did not show the correct total.  It is missing the amount for one document with posting date of 12/31/2008 and clearing date of 1/6/2009.    Is there anyway i could get this missing amount to be included for the year 2009 ?
    The tax report is using:  S_PL0_09000314 ( RFW1099M ).
       Please advise.

  • WHT amount not appearing in FBL1N report for Document type RE

    Dear Friends,
    While running FBL1N report for any vendor where TDS is applicable, the WHT amount is appearing for KR document type. But when it is RE document type the WHT amount is not appearing in the report. How can we resolve this? Any enhancement/any note to be applied?

    FBL1N is having the classic withholding tax field hence please don't refer the those fields.

    Please review attached note 363309 for detailed explanation.
    BSEG-QBSHB is designed to fill for the classic withholding tax. And
    extended withholding tax information is stored exclusive in table
    WITH_ITEM.
    You can check in table BSEG for the fields and will find that system
    do NOT update field BSEG-QBSHB.
    In your line layout,you define a field BSEG-QBSHB. But actully the field
    of vendor/customer line item is filled with zero from FI. Thus,it shows
    zero in line item display.
    And as note 363309 says,
    "Remove the field which contains the withholding tax information
    from your display variant.
    If you want to display the withholding tax information, double-click on
    the document number and subsequently choose 'Withholding tax'."

  • How to make report for last 24 hours?

    Hello,
    I have a little problem, I can't make report for last 24 hours.
    Example:
    If I am running report on 2.1.06 at 14:00, I want to get results from 1.1.06 14:00 to 2.1.06 14:00.
    How do i make a report with this selection?
    Because,if I choose date from 1.1.06 to 2.1.06 and
    hour 14:00 to 14:00, I will only get results on 1st and 2nd on 14:00.
    If I choose 1.1.06 and 2.1.06, 14:00 to 24:00, I won't get results for 2.1.06 from 0:00 to 14:00.
    Because all selections use AND to get results.
    How can I choose that system compare selections with OR?
    How can I get results for last 24 hours?

    Hi,
    define a structure in your query with two entries. First one with 1.1. and > 14:00 and second one with 2.2. and < 14:00. Perhaps you need to fill the structure by user exits.

    I wanted to take out a report for every one hour, the count, i used trunc(x_date,'hh24') to take the report, but the problem is, for few hours there wont be any count, so i have to substitute with zero there, any ideas ?,

    If you want to make sure all hours appear in the result set, even if they don't appear in the table, then outer-join to a table (or, in the example below, a sub-query) where you know they do exist.
    For example, if your table_x has columns entry_dt and amt, and you want results for every hour of the day, you can do somehting like this:

         SELECT     TO_CHAR ( SYSDATE + (LEVEL / 24)
                   , 'HH24'
                   )     AS hr
         FROM     dual
         CONNECT BY     LEVEL     <= 24

    For other aggregate functions (such as AVG) you do need to use NVL to get 0 instead of NULL.

    If not, post a little sample data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, relevant columns only), and the results you want from that data.
    Explain, using specific examples, how you get those results from that data.
    Always say what version of Oracle you're using.

    I need report for following condition: Is there any standard report for the same?
    Once the project is capitalized, the system should provide in one report
    the budget allocated, amount incurred, amount capitalized,
    Date of capitalization and remaining expenses in desired WBS as on desired date.

    1) S_ALR_87013558 - This report will give you information about Budget, Actual, Commitment, Assigned, Budget Avail.
    2) S_ALR_87011990 - Asset History Sheet or S_ALR_87012050 - Direct Capitalization ( Asset Acquistion )

    The settings can be changed from BeX (Query Designer or WAD).
    Please click on the Settings link in the generated report (either from Query Designer or WAD) and go the Data Provider tab.
    There is a header called Number Format and a drop down Display of +/- signs:, select different options from the drop down.
