Dear All,
Can someone helps me to get queries report for last purchased price vs new purchase price that recently being enter on purchased order.
Trigger by purchased order document posting and we can choose % variance
Report by order :
No. Document PO ; Vendor code ; Vendor Name ; Doc Posting Date ; Item code ; Item Name : New Purchased price ; Last Purchased Price; Variance; Buyer Name
i will used it on alert management.. each time there % variance automaticaly sending an email with those report.

How to make report for last 24 hours?

Hello,
I have a little problem, I can't make report for last 24 hours.
Example:
If I am running report on 2.1.06 at 14:00, I want to get results from 1.1.06 14:00 to 2.1.06 14:00.
How do i make a report with this selection?
Because,if I choose date from 1.1.06 to 2.1.06 and
hour 14:00 to 14:00, I will only get results on 1st and 2nd on 14:00.
If I choose 1.1.06 and 2.1.06, 14:00 to 24:00, I won't get results for 2.1.06 from 0:00 to 14:00.
Because all selections use AND to get results.
How can I choose that system compare selections with OR?
How can I get results for last 24 hours?

Hi,
define a structure in your query with two entries. First one with 1.1. and > 14:00 and second one with 2.2. and < 14:00. Perhaps you need to fill the structure by user exits.

activated profile in sm19,still iam not getting audit log for last week in sm20.
After Proper setting of Security Audit log parameters, the Application Server needs to be restarted to make the changes effective. You will only get the Audit Data since the activation of valid Security Audit parameter.

Query Help for reporting on last receipt qty

I am looking for some help devising a command behind a crystal report. We are hoping to achieve the last receipt quantity. To arrive at this we would like it to get the last GRPO for an item and total the quantity on that particular GRPO. In addition to this, we want to consider all the lines on the document and SUM them.
At present, the query I have is as follows:
Select SUM(c0.Quantity) from PDN1 c0 WHERE c0.ItemCode = T1.ItemCode AND Shipdate = (select Max(ShipDate) from PDN1 C0 INNER JOIN OPDN c1 ON c0.DocEntry = c1.DocEntry where C0.Itemcode =T1.ItemCode AND c1.DocStatus <> 'C'))

Report for last seen machines

I'm trying to build a report to show all Serial numbers of machines, machine name, Top console user and when the machine last connected to the domain.
I have the first 3 sorted and working but I don't know what variable i'm looking for when trying to add a last logon.
I did add the additional attribute for the active directory discovery management for last logon but when that runs it gives me some stupid number like 3213201930219312 instead of a date/time.
The query I'm using at the moment is:

So that AD attribute is store in milliseconds (if I remember right) since Jan 1 1970. You will need to convert this to a date time format. The first thing to do is confirm the AD attribute's type and meaning then you should be able to find some query to
convert it into a date and time.

Report for Qty Receipt values ( O.K qty only )

Hi experts,
I received 100 qty , Value Rs.100 thru tcode MIGO, movt type 101. But later on out of 100 qty, 50 qty got rejected thru tcode QA32. The value appearing in MB51 report is Rs. 100.
Is there any report in standard SAP where value for O.K qty i.e Rs. 50 can only be shown ?
Please let me know. Useful suggestions / solutions will be highly & promptly rewarded.

You can use MB51.
Enter t-code MB51, enter your material code and click on execute button.
System display you list of entry for material transaction.
System display you one document for good receipt with 100 qty.
Then display other document for reject material document with 50 qty.
So actual result is 50 qty for material.

Hi Sashi,
First of I assumes that your materials are Batch Managed.
Now go to any any of the Transaction where you can execute the report using option of Batch Field.
For Example MB52, MB51.Go to To MB52 go to Batch Field. Press F4 and use selection criteria
*Search for Batches with Expiry Date*
Select required Field like Plant , Material etc and enter you will find list of Materials with Batches and its Expiry Date.
And if you want to download it then just press right key of mouse, you will find the option for Download this report.

Deploying custom report for custom hardware inventory data.

I want do the following:
1) Extend Hardware Inventory using my own *.mof file. Like,

2) Extend Reporting system with my own report that will use data from custom hardware inventory. For example, joins inventoried data with SCCM resources.
3) Deploy 1) and 2) programmatically to any sccm installation. So, report should not be linked to concrete data source or report server url.

You should ask the .rdl part from the SQL Reporting services forums, you should get better answers from there, because this isn't purely a ConfigMgr issue.

Crystal report for visual studio 2010 data source object is not valid error

Hello,
I receive an "data source object is not valid" error when I want to print one CR document after setting an ADODB.Recordset on SetDataSource method of my report.
On my developer station, this operation works without problem but on client station, I get this error.
The redistributable package for client is installed on client side (CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_1.msi).
Can someone help me?

This error appears during "report.SetDataSource(rsPkLst)" instruction.
ADODB drivers are already installed and my ADODB.Recordset is filled with good records.
This project is an updated project from Visual Studio 2003 to Visual studio 2010 and the old version was running fine.
Developer and client station runs under Windows XP SP3.
On developer side I install CRforVS_13_0_1 (BuildVersion=13.0.1.220.Cortez_CR4VS).
On client side I install CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_1.msi.
Both stations use Microsoft .Net Framework 4.
Move to ADO.NET is a solution but, for the moment, I do not have the time to change all applications from my company.
(I get this error from all application updated from VS 2003 to VS 2010 developed since 2005)

I need to create a report for a key figure (net value) and character (material), 0calday
Output format:
column1 : net value - previous year
column2 : net value - current year
column3 : net value - current quarter (separate columns for 3 months)
column4 : net value - previous quarter (separate columns for 3 months)
column5 : net value - current month
column6 : net value - 1st of month to current date (separate columns for each day).
Please help.

Hi
U R infoprovider should have following time characterstics
0FISCAL YEAR, 0FISCAL MONTH/QTR
column1 : net value - previous year
On the basis of user input data derive the year and offset it by - 1 (VYEAR-1)and make a RKF for that .
column2 : net value - current year
On the basis of user input data derive the year(VYEAR) and
   make a RKF for that .
column3 : net value - current quarter (separate columns for 3 months)
If QTR is there then derive the QTR on the basis of         0calday/else if month is there then determine month range       like 1-3 = Q1 4-6 = Q2 and it will be done in user exit
column4 : net value - previous quarter (separate columns for 3 months)
On the same way as above u can determine the same
column5 : net value - current month
On the basis of 0calday determine CALMONTH and create a      RKF for this
column6 : net value - 1st of month to current date (separate columns for each day).
Create a Exit variable type range on CALMONTH for this and
   keep the range as 01-current month(which will be derivefrom     0calday)

SAP EHS : Generation of Report for change in substance data

hi Experts,
i want to generate report for the change in any substance specific data, editing of the substance. the report should contain the date, time, user details who has done this changes, what is changed, what is new value etc. how can i do that?
i want to generate change document for substance.
i dont want any ABAP interaction for creation of reports.
can i create by using some t codes or just by clicking to the options.

It is under Specification editing > Engineering Chg Mgmt.

Is there any seeded report for providing the Project data on SL/SBG level

Hello Experts,
In my Organization, we are using Oracle Daily Intelligence for project dashboard. but data is not coming properly &
look and feel is not so good.
So Mgm has decided to build the custom project dashboard which will group the information on Service Line level as
well as SBG group level. We have provided them query and data but we need to validate it with some seeded
reports. I am not sure which reports provides me Project Mgm Performance / Project Finance Performance / Project
profitability / Project Resource Utillization reports so that we can validate and give go-ahead.

There are no seeded reports which shows rolled up values by any type of aggregation.
Project Intelligence product has seeded reports that rolled up projects by organization, however it is a separate product that you have not implemented.
