Report on sales for Customer - Material wise

Hi,
Do we have any std report in SAP.
So that I can find out what are all the sales for the rel customers & set of products?
or shall i go for any development?

  • Date of last sale for a Material

    Hello all,
    Is there a place where SAP stores date of Last Sale for a Material ? I am looking for an info structure, where SAP stores date of Last sale for each material and keeps on updating that, for each transaction.
    I know that I could get it from VBAK, or VAPMA (If I need to get it plant wise), but to read all the orders, and find one with the highest AUDAT is giving very poor performance. Select MAX and for all entries dont work together.. so system is dying doing this select..
    Is there a straight forward way of doing it ?
    S032-LETZTABG gives date of Last Issue, but we have stock transfers, intercompany...and so many other stuffs.. so an issue may not necessary be a sale. So that also dont help..

    VAPMA or VRPMA ---  either stores all transaction document numbers --  VAPMA stores orders, and VRPMA stores Billing docs.
    Hence reading from these tables to get date of last sale is bringing the system down...
    What am wondering is whether there is a table at more master data level, say, at Material and plant level, and just store the date of latest sale against Material.
    I prefer VAPMA over VRPMA for 2 reasons.
    1. I need the result in a plant level.. VRPMA dont have WERKS whereas VAPMA do.
    2. I need to grab even the latest sales order created - Even though it is not yet delivered/invoiced...  VRPMA will have it only after billing..
    Looks like, SAP is not storing date of last sale anywhere.

  • To Capture Excise Duties for Customer Material

    Dear All,
    Issue is regarding to capture excise invoice
    for Customer Material.
    1.
    one of our client receives Customer material which
    should not be reflected in
    stock.
    2. Excise should be captured which
    receiving

    when this Customer material is returned back to
    customer along with
    the assembly (i.e. the material received from
    customer is fixed
    in Assembly and sent back to
    customer),

    the excise
    captured should be transfered back to customer's A/c.
    I tried
    doing by creating a material type as customer material, where in
    Stock will be reflected but value will not be reflected, where exactly
    we
    can capture the excise details for this scenario.
    How
    to
    proceed further to complete his scenario.
    Consider this
    issue
    to be on high priority &  i/p will be of great help.

    From your comments what I understood is that for a particular FERT, you are procuring one component from the buyer, assembling it and invoicing to the same customer.
    If this is the scenario, I dont know how you can invoice without maintaining BOM for that.
    If the client don’t want to maintain BOM for the same, the only option is as follows to my knowledge.
    Whenever the client receives the component, take credit of the duty amount by updating <b>J1IH</b>. While doing PGI, since you have not maintained this component in BOM, stock will <i>ONLY</i> reduce for other components.  So no-where, your client can track the customer’s component.
    Parallelly, apart from selling price, to the extent of excise duty value, one more condition (say ABCD,  to be maintained.  So in your pricing procedure, the assessable value should be PR00 + ABCD for which, the excise duty should be captured so that the client can recover the duty amount from customer.
    Finally, for this practice, the client should maintain datas (how many procured and how many invoiced) manually to convince the government officials but then, I am not sure, how far this will be accepted by the officials.

  • Report by Sales Office including Material

    Hi Gurus;
    Anyone does know how to get a report from LIS for Sales by Office but that includes Material as characteristic???
    I need to report the sales by plant, I have 3 plants but so far I know that is not possible by standard reporting, only is able by Sales Org, but I have also sales office defined in my company, but when I go trough this tx code MC-E - Sales  I didn't get the material ;(
    or if in the past there is any discussion, I'll appreciate you let me know.

  • Report showing vendors for particular material groups

    I am trying to perform an analysis to determine vendors which have procured items for specific material groups.  I have 64 different material groups which represent indirect materials and I want to be able to determine what vendors have been procuring these materials.  I have run transaction ME2C to examine purchasing documents, however there is way too much information and the system cannot generate the list.
    I was curious if there was some aggregate report that I could use in the Logistics Information System.  I know the Purchasing Information System has Standard Analysis for Material Groups, however I have to drill down to each Material Group and change the breakdown by Vendor to get the list and this can be somewhat time consuming considering I will have to do this 64 times.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    execute the selection
    in the report choose from menu settings > characteristics display
    and select either Key or Key and description
    then choose from menu  Material group analysis > Export > transfer to XXL

  • Need a report to show the BILL, DELIVERY, SALES for FOC material.

    Dear Expert,
    I am trying to prepare a data source for Sales, Delivery and Billing for FOC ( Free of Charge ) material. I am pulling data from VBFA,VBAK,VBRK anf LIKP table in R/3.
    Now the problem is  Delivery doc (1090024042)  and Billing Doc (1423044803) these , i will pull data from LIKP and VBRK table. And in both the tables , the two fields have the same name VBELN .
    What will I do in such cases, Can I mantain VBELN more than 1 time in the VIEW.
    Please suggest, looking for your response.

    Yes , We have the info object in BW side
    for Bill : 0BILL_NUM,
    for delivery : 0REF_DOC,
    for Sales : 0DOC_NUMBER
    But In R/3 Side we can mantain VBELN 3 - 4 time , Won't it make any problem   ?

  • Report of request for customer created by ZREQ

    Dear all
    we create the customers using the ZREQ1, i need create a report of all customer taht was created by day, in three ranges of time and in all status.
    using the transaction /NESGLB/MGTDM01_QRC i can extract the request with status are finished or canceled, but i can't extract the request that was reworked and after finished. (If the workflow is in progress and was reworked i can get this status)
    Someone, know how a can do this?

    Transaction FD32 refers to AR application component to manage your receivables assigning a credit limit to each customer. When you post an invoice (in FI-AR) the system then checks whether the amount exceeds the credit limit. Facilities like the credit master sheet, early warning list or reports at credit management level help you to monitor the customeru2019s credit situation.
    Transaction FD01 is used for create customer master data at a financial accounting view, grouping the information in  general and company code, this is the minimun required in order to bill for a transaction.

  • Put the report into shape for custom step type

    Hi All,
    I created a custom step type and also managed to get the results logged into the report file.
    In the report file(See ‘[15 33 14][22 10 2007].xml.vi’ please remove the 'vi' extension) the 'StepResult' (created by my custom step type) appears just below the status. Is it possible to get it displayed somehow the cell(measurement column) next to it, like in a Numeric Limit Step? I’m using the ‘horizontal.xsl’ stylesheet and Teststand 3.5.
    Furthermore, is it possible to change the name of the column headers? Or the structure of the header?

    Hi again Attila,
    Further to my above post, I've collaborated with colleagues here and have been able to modify the horizontal.xls stylesheet such that it is suitable for what you require. This modification will ensure that all properties named StepResult will be displayed as you described, in line in the table.
    To ensure compatibility with your results in TestStand, a small modification to your sequence file is required. In your sequence file, right click the value for your custom step, go to Advanced > Edit Flags and uncheck all boxes. The text in the bottom of the window should now read "0x0". This should mean that your data is displayed correctly.
    I am attaching the modified horizontal.xls for you to use [remove the .vi extension]; please make sure a backup is created before you replace it. The file should be placed in your TestStand directory under Components\NI\Models\TestStandModels\StyleSheets. Modifications to column headers as described in the above post can be made to this file.
    I hope this soultion is satisfactory and that you are able to implement it. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reply.

    the Standard reports in SAP such as MB51, ME2M  will give you the out put for any kind of materail, it may be classified or not.
    But you will not get the charecteristic value in the report.
