Report RV13A032 has a syntax error

When i try to create a Service and Maint contract, when i click Pricing Agreement, i get this error Report RV13A032 has a syntax error
Would any one know the source

It means that program RV13F004 has a syntax error in the ABAP code.   Is this a generated program when doing condition records?  I think yes, so you probably put some ABAP code in the condition, and it has written it to the generated program, Check the syntax of the coding that you had entered and make sure that it is correct.

  • Session keeps running when the query has a syntax error

    I have a weird scenario.
    Take this query for example: select distinct physassignednum from hsi.docdeficiency where delinqlevel> 0 and dfcystatus in (1,6));
    This query has a syntax error as there is an additional bracket at the end. I know that. When I run it on STJOSE database the session keeps running and never returns. Even if I stop it, it does not. I try to disconnect, it says "Connection is currently busy. Try again?" This behavior is pretty consistent on STJOSET. If I run this query on UMASS database it gives me this error (as expected)
    ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended

  • Can I prevent the rapid flashing which occurs when testing a Flash movie which has a syntax error?

    I teach games development using Flash Professional CS6, and one of my students has photosensitive epilepsy. He is finding that the 'strobing' effect which occurs when he executes Test Movie on a movie with errors in its script is triggering headaches which can be a precursor to a fit. Obviously this is making it very difficult for him to complete his lab and assignment work. Is there any way of preventing a Flash movie from running if it contains a syntax error?
    I have created a workaround by adding a bunch of extra frames to the start of the movie which will display a "SYNTAX ERROR" message if the script doesn't run - this gives my student a few seconds margin to quite the movie before the strobing begins. I have a single frame at the start with a goto statement which jumps over those error frames if the code doesn't have any syntax errors.
    This seems to be working ok, but it's an ugly solution - does anyone know of a better way to deal with this?
    Thanks.

    1.In Preferences you can check "open test-movie in tabs".
    2. Having done that you could write a jsfl-script which switches the focus (immeadiately after you test the movie) to another tab in the same register card, thus, forcing the possible "corrupt" testmovie in the background. If are no compiler errors , the testmovie can be made available by simply switching to the test-movie tab, if there are compiler errors, you can close it without having to look at it.
    Another option would be to setup FlashDevelop as compiler trigger of Flash.
    You have to change these basic properties in your project:
    FlashDevelop will only launch the test movie if it compiles flawless, inside Flash.
    FlashDevelop will act as a "bouncer" to Flash.

    can anybody tell me what's wrong with this, please:

    Line 4 should probably be
    SMS_UpdateComplianceStatus.resourceid=sms_r_system.resourceid
    Sorry Jason, I have to disagree. If you change that line you will get a provide error. The query is fine the way it is, I have personally test it. I didn't validate the results but it does work correct.

    Hello Constantin,
    As the message suggests, FAGLFREESEL should be a Structure. CHeck in your system whether it has been created as a sturcture.
    Have you checked SAP Service marketplace for the SAP Note. There are couple of SAP notes available for 2013 for few countries. Check whether anything applicable to your country.
    If not, raise a OSS note with SAP.

  • Syntax Error in generated program.

    Hi Experts -
    I saw a similar thread regarding the issue I'm having but I thought I'd open another thread.
    0CMMT_ITEM_FMCI_PU_HIER Syntax Error for Generated Program
    I'm doing an extraction for 0CRM_ORGUNIT_HR01_HIER in RSA3 of CRM.
    I get an error message:
    Message RJ028 : Error 6 in function module RSS_PROGRAM_GENERATE
    There is a syntax error in the code.
    How do you solve this issue?
    We applied OSS note 822323 but still get the same error. The code still has the syntax error.
    Any one saw this or have any solutions? Please let me know. Thanks a lot in advance!

    Hi,
    Use the program RSA1HCAT in SE38 to check your hierarchy.
    Transaction RSA3 was not developed for checking hierarchy DataSources.
    Rather, it is only for transaction and attribute/text datasources.  If
    you want to check the extraction of hierarchy datasources in the R/3
    system, you should use the report RSA1HCAT.  In this report, enter the
    name of the hierarchy datasource in the "DataSource with HierarchyType"
    field.
    For this problem look at the note: 632920.

  • Error while transporting Transformation: Syntax error in Start Routine

    Hi Everyone,
    I'm facing a strange problem during transporting one of the Business Content cubes from Dev. to Quality.
    I'd activated the DSO 'Purchase Order Items (0PUR_O01)' and its entire data flow from the 4 datasources 2LIS_02_CGR, 2LIS_02_SCN, 2LIS_02_SGR, and 2LIS_02_ITM from BC. Then I migrated the Transfer/Update rules to transformations and the DataSources to BI7 DataSource. So far so good. The migration was successful and all the objects were activated.
    Now when I transport the same to Quality, the import fails with return code 8 and the error message says:
    'Start of the after-import method RS_TRFN_AFTER_IMPORT for object type(s) TRFN (Activation Mode)'
    'Start Routine: Syntax error in routine'
    I verified that the transformation where the error orrured was the one from InfoSource Z2LIS_02_ITM to DSO 0PUR_O01. I went and checked the start routine and it did indeed have a syntax error:
    'In PERFORM or CALL FUNCTION "ROUTINE_9998", the actual parameter SOURCE_PACKAGE" is incompatible with the formal parameter DATA_PACKAGE". '
    But when I check in the Dev. system, there is no syntax error for the same routine. Later, I tried to transport only the said transformation by re-activating it in Dev, and again I got the same error.
    I have no idea why I'm getting a syntax error in the start routine when there are non in the Dev. system. Also none of the coding is customised, it was only the BC code, migrated to a transformation.
    Any suggestions on the steps I could take to transport the transformation to my quality system?
    Thanks,
    Ram

    Hi Ajay, Shanthi, svu and Ray
    I do indeed have a start routine in my transformation and it was migrated from a 3.x update rule to a BI 7 transformation routine.
    The migration was successful and the Start Routine has NO syntax errors in the start routine in the Dev. system. I only encounter the error while transporting it to the Quality system. I cannot modify the code in the Quality system because it is non-changelable and there is no point in trying to change the code in Dev. because there are no errors over there.
    I've also made sure that I've transported all the necessary objects required by the transformations to quality. The routine does not perform a lookup, it simply deletes some records from the data package based on the processkey value (which is itself present in the data package).

  • Cannot transport from quality to production due to syntax error

    Hi all,
    I have modified the program in Development system in which i have added on field to the internal table structure. Internal table is declared in the top include of the program. Now the program is transported to the Quality server which ends with the error for top include as"Original object cannot be replaced". But when i check the top include in quality server, the field which i have added is available. Now for transporting to production server, it ends by syntax error saying "The data object ITAB does not have a component called <field>".
    Please guide me for the above error.
    Thanks & Regards

    I've been doing SAP for a while and I can tell you, definitively, that syntax errors do not prevent import.
    >All the includes are activated and free from syntax errors in quality system.
    >Now for transporting to production server, it ends by syntax error saying "The data object ITAB does not have a component called <field>".
    If there are no syntax errors in quality, then where is that syntax error showing?  It must be in production.  It will be an inactive version in production that has the syntax error.  Go into production, try to activate the program.  Activation will fail because of the syntax error.
    You get the syntax error because the defintion has not made it into P.  If you transport the whole program, as R3TR PROG zprog, and have the correct flags set on import to overcome the message "Original object cannot be replaced", then your problem will be solved.

  • Syntax error when creating input-ready query

    Hi,
    When creating an input-ready query, I set the key-figure to 'Data can be changed by user entries or Planning Functions' in the Planning Properties in the query designer.
    When I execute the query, I get the following error:
    Syntax Error in : CL_RSR_RRK0_KEYFIGURE
    In se24, the class has a syntax error in its Constructor method.
    The error is not occuring when I change the Planning property to 'Data Cannot be changed' or 'Data can be changed via Planning Functions'.
    Has anyone encountered such an error. If yes, how to proceed further?
    Anything do with the the ABAP Patches. Currently I am in Patch13.
    Thanks,

    I have a solution without DOM parser. The XML code is seen as a sting and the code looks for a specific tag. In my case it is OUTPUT, you can adjust the code to your tag.
    String content = "";
    MappingTrace importanttrace;
    importanttrace = container.getTrace();
    // filling the string with our RFC-XML (with values)
    String m = "<rfc:ZZSG_TEST_XSLT_LOOKUP xmlns:rfc="urn:sap-com:document:sap:rfc:functions">"

    RfcAccessor accessor = null;
    ByteArrayOutputStream out = null;
    try
    // 1. Determine a channel (Business system, Communication channel)
    Channel channel = LookupService.getChannel("Airline_Group_Two","RFC");
    // 2. Get a RFC accessor for a channel.
    accessor = LookupService.getRfcAccessor(channel);
    // 3. Create a xml input stream representing the function module request message.
    InputStream inputStream = new ByteArrayInputStream(m.getBytes());
    // 4. Create xml payload
    XmlPayload payload = LookupService.getXmlPayload(inputStream);
    // 5. Execute lookup.
    Payload result = accessor.call(payload);
    InputStream in = result.getContent();
    out = new ByteArrayOutputStream(1024);
    byte[] buffer = new byte[1024];
    for (int read = in.read(buffer); read > 0; read = in.read(buffer)) {
    out.write(buffer, 0, read);
    content = out.toString();
    catch(LookupException e)
    importanttrace.addWarning("Error while lookup " + e.getMessage() );
