Restricted LOV Selection (more)

Question

This is a Trigger Francois helped me with yesterday to eliminate previously selected questions from an LOV when selecting from it a second time. For some reason it fails trying to obtain the Group_number_cell. Does anyone see something I've missed? I've also attached the SELECT statement for the Record Group. Thanks!

I really feel way out of my league here.... (but learning a LOT)
Yes, that was the issue which I corrected and now works. (thanks to everyone for the help and patience) My NEW problem is that after entering and submitting the answers, the next time the user enables the LOV button, it once again displays ALL questions in the record group. What is the best way to handle this so it doesn't list questions the user has already previously selected (and saved). Furthermore the security answers are in a separate table than the questions. Do I need to add these to my select statement in the record group (joining the tables) or is there a better way?
