Hi,
Check in the Pricing procedure V/08 whether any  Requirement was set or not.
Also check Whether the Statistical option was set, if it was sest , change it to either Mandatory or Optional.

  • How to exclude the conditions value from base amount passing to tax procedu

    Hi Experts,
I am having 30 conditions in pricing procedure and tax is calculating on amount of 15th condition but now i am that the amount of the tax should exclude the value of 11th 12th 13th 14th and after excluding the value on the rest the tax needs to be calculated. some people are saying to use Routines. If i use routine what Internal tables are invloved in it. Please help.
    Thanks

you can give '6' in sub total filed .this way BASB of tax procedure will not pick this amount for excise duty, yet sales tax will be calculated on it.
if you dont want any tax to be calcualted yet the cost should get added to material, you may use accruals and account key. in OBYC you can define the gl account for the account key valuation class wise

  • How to hide the Condition types in item condition screen in Sales Order ?

    Hi Experts,
We got new requirement from the Client. Pricing Condition types  are ZZBG, ZPBG, ZPBA, ZFSG, ZBDG and ZBHG part in Pricing Procedure. These condition types have Condition records. These need to be hidden in Item conditions screen in Sales Order but other status of the conditions remain unchanged. Pleas provide me the solution earliest  How this we can achieve in a best way.
    Best Regards,
    Srikith

    Hi Srikanth,
You can achieve this using CONDITION EXCLUSION.
Maintain Condition exclusion for first condition type its Exclude the condition types which are below to that.
You must set a condition exclusion indicator for the price. You can do this in two ways:
If you want to set the condition exclusion indicator a follows then you specify it:
1..for all condition records of a condition type (e.g. with condition type PR00) when defining a condition type in SD Customizing
2.for an individual condition record (e.g. only for material 4711) in the detail screen of a condition record (in the Condition exclusion field)
    Hope this will helps you

  • Price was not picking from the Condition type for Item Category 'P'  in PO

    Hi Experts,
I Created one condition type based on Material and WBS which price was fixed based on this
I used the Purchase Order having Item <b>Category ‘P’ or ‘Q’</b> Price should pick from the condition type where I mapped the WBS Element and Material.
The Net price was not picking from the Condition type Record.  Why? What should be the Problem?
Whether my logic is correct or not?
    <u><b>
The Scenario:</b></u> I want to fix the Material price base on each WBS Element for a Project. For each WBS Element the Price will be various for same material.
    Please help on this.

    Hi,
In standard configuration you cannot set item delivery date as a pricing data.
Maybe you shoud look at SAP enchancement - in dedicated structures you can pass additional item data (structure KOKMP).

Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Conditions -> Define Price Determination Process -> System Enhancements
    hope it helps.

    Hi,
I think it is a config setting..Please check with your functioal consultant regarding the same.. I won't suggest to change the standard SAP table T685T but you can keep it as last option .
From SPRO you can follow the below path
Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions -> Pricing > Pricing Control -> Define condition types.

  • Can we attach requirement for manual condition type

    Hi,
    Pricing question....
ZOTH is the manual condition type
(The condition type configuration: - Manually editable, no access sequence attached )
(Pricing procedure : - No alternative calculation type attached)
Can I attach a requirement to ZOTH in the pricing procedure?
    Laxman

    hi,
we can very well have requirements for manual conditions also. Like we have standard requirement "2" Item with pricing and this is assigned to PN00 ( Net price ) condition which is a manual condition.
you can check in RVAA01 pricing proc. also

  • Change the Condition type to Value Field Assignment in KE4I

    Hi All,
I have a requirement where a condition type which has been assigned to a Value Field needs to be changed/re-assigned to a different value field.
There are already some postings into the current value field.
How can I handle these postings once I change the assignment in KE4I.
    Please help me.
    Thanks in advance,
    erp.warrior.

    Hi
Once you change in KE4I - It would impact only the subsequent postings... Historical postings wont be impacted...
If you want to impact them as well - Follow one of these 2 approaches
    a. Then reverse the billing documents which have posted to this Value Field.... Change KE4I and post them again...
    b. Do a KE21N upload i.e. a -ve amount on the Old value field and a +ve amount on the new value field

  • Currency by default into the conditions types

    Hi Experts,
I have the following scenario. The Company where I work carries out purchase orders that requires to maintain two kind of currency for two conditions types. So, I wonder if it's possible to customize the currency by default into the conditions types, so this way the company will be able to create a purchase order by treating different kinds of currencies although the header document shows just one of those.
I'll appreciate any idea about explained above.
    Best Regards.
    José

    HiI,
NARMALLY SYSTEM WIL Lallow to create PO with the document currency of the vendor or the local currency of the plant /materials and with other currency by a curency conversion.
If your intenstion to see that differant conditions in the PO need to have differant currencies , you need to give the conversion in the PO items condition if the header currency  is differant from the conditions currency.
You can create the condition record at MEK1 to get defaulted into PO with the currency you want .with proper condition tables.

  • TABLE for storing the condition type maintained in a RFQ

    Dear All ,
I am maintaining some condition types ( both at header & item level ) while creating a RFQ .
I want to know in which table can I find the condition types which I maintained for that particular RFQ.
I have tried searching EKKO with the following parameter
Purchasing Document No = RFQ No.
    Statu  = 'A'
and tried to retrieve the valuein KNUMV field , so that i can pass the value of KNUMV to table KONV and retireve the condition .
But KNUMV for document type 'A' ( RFQ ) is coming as blank for all the records.
    Requesting help on this .

    Hi,
Condition types are stored in KONP table. You can try linking tables  EKKO / EKPO with KONP with required fields to get the data stored.

  • The same condition type calculates different amount !

    Hi there,
On the print out of an invoice (VF03) I have realized that two different rows at the end of the invoice with the same description (Min Freight Charge) display 2x different amount of freight, once I check the condition type, on the header level, I see the same condition type (ZS..) with two different amount. Can anybody explain how can the same condition type (Min Freight Charge) be found calculating 2x different amounts
    Thanks
    Kami

    Hi,
Check your pricing procedure at SPRO-> sales and distribution -> Basic functions -> Pricing control ->Define and assign pricing procedures ->maintain pricing procedures.
There might be two condition types used to calculate the frieght value. Each might be assigned with different routines under Alternative formula for condition base value column. I assume only one frieght condition type is needed to calculate the final value with reference to another condition type. Check the settings.

  • Alternative condition type and base value

    hi
gurus  i am very much confused with this
alternative condition type and base value  plzz clear me  from this confusion
give me with realtime example and  tel me in simple way
they will fully rewarded. and also a gud help to me
    thanks
    srinivask.

    Hi
hope it is Alternative Calculation Type and Alternative Condition Base value
    if so pls refer below
    <b>Alternative Calculation Type:</b>
Normally if you want to calculate a value you have to use a calculation type for determination the value. This calculation type is either addition, subtraction or multiplication. Similarly SAP also has got a default calculation type in the control data of the condition type. There you have the options of either Qty based , Fixed Amount Based or Percentage based.
Here what happens is suppose if you define Your condition type that calculates the base price of a material on Qty based. Then the calculation will be done based on the quantity of the material. If the customer orders 10 Nos and you have maintained a unit price of 100 Rs for each material then the value determined is 1000 INR. Similarly if the discount condition type , you maintain the calculation type as %. This means if you maintain the value of 10  % in the condition record. Then this percentage is taken as the calculation type  and the condition value is determined.
In some cases you have to forego the default calculation types and use the customer specific method for calculating a value. For ex if you are calculating the Freight charges for a Material . it depends on so many criteria like, the weight, volume  and also the minimum amount etc etc, in those cases, you forego the default value and then use the alternative calculation type in calculating the condition value against the particular condition.
    <b>
    Alternative Condition Base value</b> :
If you have to calculate any value then you have to have a base value for it. For ex if you want to calculate the  discount of 10 % for a material then you have to have a base value on which this 10% is calculated. Normally you take the  condition value of the base price of the material to calculate the value.
Now you don't want to take the base value and take other values as base value which are derived on some formulae. So you create a routine which will do the mathematical operations in the routine and derive you a value which is now used as the base value for calculating the condition value for a particular condition type

  • Editing the condition types in PO

    Hi,
Our requirement is that we want to make the condition type ABCD editable mode at HEADER & non-editable mode at ITEM level in a PO .Does SAP standard functionality allow this. How this can be done. Please guide.
    Regards

    Hi,
    Try this way.
Tick the header level box and do not tick the item level box in the condition type.By this way you will be able to select that condition in header level. In the item level you will not be able to see that condition type.so no editing is possible at item level.

  • Does anybody knows about the 'requirement' in the output type.

    Hi,
When i check the code of those 'requirement' for the output type.
Found there existed FORM <b>KOBED</b>_9XX and FORM <b>KOBEV</b>_9XX.
sometimes the same code in those 2 Forms.
My questions, what the difference between KOBED and KOBEV??
    Thanks!!

    Hi
Well these are used in Requirement in OutputDetermination
Where both KOBED & KOBEV are subroutines and they are same only for one or two requirements but if you see all the requirements they are not same.
KOBEV is used for adding requirements related to header conditions.
KOBED is used for adding requirements related to both header and item conditions.
If you put your routine in KOBED that is good enough.
But if your requirement checks only header fields (like customer, order type etc), it is recommended to use KOBED for performance issues.
OSS Note 156230 contains a very clear and thorough description of this function.
Hope this helps and solves your query
    Cheers
