Hi experts,
i want to reverse the sale order in accordance to bacth no, i. e. i have done the delivery , PGI and billing of one of the line item.
now customer A reject the order due to bad quality, and now i want to bill it to the other customer B. so i need to reverse the SO, but i need to reverse it in accordance to batch no. as this has at the time of SO creation.
in gernal case if i do the same, it reverse the SO and only reverse the quantity.
But in this case i want it in accordance to batch no.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Sachin,
Here is no choice just map it in normal return process
Return order (With reference to invoice or Sales order) >> Return delivery >> Credit memo(if u want)
Now once it in your storage sale to other customer

  • Sales order list according to docu. type

    HI,
How I can get list of sales order according to document type?
    Regards,
    Chetan.

    Dear Muthupandiyan
Just for information, In VA05, we can generate the report without giving either customer code or material code.  Only in VF05, both these are mandatory and only if you give either of these, reports will be generated.
    thanks

  • Where Can I settle an enhancement to delete a sales order item according to the data in BDOC from CRM?

    Hi expert,
I have an urgent requirement from the client.
Delete the sales order item totally in ECC.
I planned to implement this enhancement in ECC. Check the data in BDOC from CRM middleware, according to the user status in the order item, decide whether the item can be deleted.
My question is,where can I settle this enhancement? The BADI name, user exit?
    Thanks in advance.
    Jerry.

    Hi Jerry,
It may be delayed. you may found the solution.
Use BADI CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI and try the code in MBDOC_FILL or BAPI_FILL method.

  • Failed sales orders: PGI picking wrong batch number

    Hi ,
I have a issue in which a batch number having zero quantity is getting picked for a material even if we are having a batch with quantity for a material ... This error is available in the processing log for an output type for a sales order. while debugging the proceesing routine related to this output type it was found that the correct batches are getting picked in an internal table which is then getting paased to  FM *BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE* . But it is returining errors in  RETURN table. Also suggest if the passed table values are also geeting affected inside this Fm and it is because of that the problem might be coming. Please reply ASAP

  • T code to find sales orders/Deliveries for which batch job could not create

    Hi
Once a PGI has been created for a sales order, the invoice should be created in nightly batch. Once is a while, something is wrong and SAP cannot create the invoice. I know there is a transaction that will list the orders / deliveries where SAP could not create the invoice. Can you tell me what that t-code is? Thanks

    Lakshmipathy
I think you did not get my point corectly , I know , billing docs due list , what I  need was after batch job running , for some deliveries , due to some reason , billing docs might not have created .
Business needs to know only thsese delivery docs in a T code or table but not all the due document . I did not find answer for this question in SDN .
I got the answer now  for this question , it is V.21 .
    Thanks for your time .

  • De-allocate batch from sales order

How do you de-allocate a Batch from the Sales Order , so that it becomes available to another Order?
I removed the Batch from the sales order and saved the order. A confirmation without the batch was created . However when I tried to determine the same batch in another Order it was not available.
I then rejected the line item and saved the order , and it allowed me to pick up the batch in a second order.
ATP quantity was available however the batch was not getting recognized till I rejected the order.
Any ideas on why this case?
    Thanks,
    Asha

    Hi,
This is because, when you ran Availability check, the batch was already reserved for the sales order. So once you remove the batch number, you should run availability check once again. Dont forget that if you are giving some other batch number to teh order now, the batch should have some stock.
So, after changing or deleting the batch number, run availability check once and then save the order. Then create the second sales order and assign the batch number. It will take the batch.

  • Sales orders by batch

Is there a standard SAP report where I can pull sales orders by a specific batch.  If we need to do a recall on a particular batch we would need to find all sales of this batch.  If there is no standard report to accomplish this, is there a sales report by sales organization where we can add the batch field as a display field and then filter?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
What field are you using to identify a batch ?
    Have you tried VA05 ?
Here what we use is field PO number, we entered some specific identification in this field and then we are able to retrieve them with VA05.
    Hope it helps,

  • Revision / Batch number set in Sales Order

I have a problem with the Rev/Batch # input in the item level in Sales Order.
We create batch numbers in the background via MSC1N when Goods receive is done (MIGO).
So when we create Sales Orders, in the item level we enter the Revision in the field name Batch. This is accepted only when there exists batch #.
But now I would want the SO to accept the Revision even if the Batch # does not exists. The batch number exists only when there is inventory for the Part.
Pls advise how I could proceed to input the Revision even if the batch doesnot exists.
Will reward for helpful ideas !

  • Assign batch number from sale order to production order automatic

Dear all, I have a question for all. Please help me in this case
My scenario is make to order
I have a sale order, when i create sale order, i have assigned batch number at each line item.
When i run MRP for sale order (MD50), the system generate a planned order for it and I've converted to production order.
So when I view production order, I think that batch number what I've assigned to sale order will be assign to production order but that is not happen.
So, can you help me solve this problem. I think that sap can assign batch number from sale order to production order automatic but i don't know how to configure that
    Thanks all

    Hi,
To the best of my knowledge, when system is generating planned order / production order from sales order system doesnt copy batch number from sales order.
In fact , you are following wrong practice for generating batch no.
    Follow procedure like this :
Create sales order without any batch assigning there. Run MRP with MD50 and then convert planned order to Production Order.
While creation / releasing of Production order, you have option to generate batch automatically by following way :
Go to OPKP (Production Scheduling Profile) -> Take your plant & give suitable name to Production scheduling profile-> Batch Management tab -
    > Automatic Batch creation in the order maintain this field as
1     Automatic batch creation at order creation
    or
2     Autom. batch creation at order release
This will generate batch number automatically at the time of creation or release of order.
Then follow same process i.e. Goods Issue, Confirmation & GR for production order.
So you will get sales order stock in the form of batch managed.
Check & revert if any issue in above flow.

  • Reserve Batch in Sales order

    Hi,
I am not sure what level of authorization is assigned to the users, who create the sales order. If they have authorization to use MSC2N -Change batch, then my first suggestion is, if no auto batch search strategy is used in sales order,
    1) Add a batch characteristic called "reservation status" which can have values 1) reserved for sales order and 2) not reserved. Once the user selects the batch in the sales order, the user then can change the batch status as reserved for sales order using MSC2N. Similarly in the batch search strategy you can have the same characteristics and the user can select the value not reserved for the characteristics "reservation status". This way the batches assigned in the sales orders can be kept away from getting selected in the delivery document.
If the user does not have the authorization to use MSC2N and if the sales order also uses the same batch search strategy then my second suggestion is,
    2) To use the quantity proposal field in the batch search strategy type.
You can develop and add a routine to check whether the batch selected is assigned to a order or not.
If the batch is allocated to a sales order, then the auto determination proposal can leave that batch from the proposal.

  • Sales Orders with CO-PA characteristics

    Hello,
We are using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create sales orders. According to the project specifications, we need to fill the Profitability Segment data, found in the Account Assignment tab of the item screen in transaction VA01. So far, we have not found a way to enter the CO-PA characteristics in the BAPI, just like we would do entering the SO manually through VA01.
I believe that this task may be performed by another BAPI, that is called after the sales order creation, but I'm not sure. If so, what is the BAPI to use, and how do we link CO-PA data to the sales order items?
Please let me know if you find that this question would fit better in another forum - it has been some weeks in the SD forum, with no results.
    Regards,
    Joao

    Hello Richard,
So far I didn't follow Christophe's suggestion - I believe that, if I don't need the user exit to enter the characteristics manually, I should not need it to enter the characteristics via BAPI.
Apart from that, I do not know the answer to your question. Please follow another post that I have in the FI-CO section, perhaps it can help - but I'm beginning to believe that I will have to build a batch-input function module to call after the sales order creatiing BAPI

  • Restriction for items from Purchase Order based on Sale Order

    Hi !
We create PO directly from Sale Order ( by ticking Option under Logistic tab, 'Purchase Order') for customer C01 (for eg).
From the PO created, we post GRPO.
    Now our need is,
Assume if 10 Qty is been ordered in such a way and been received (GRPO posted). it 'll add on to the stock account i.e will increase stock qty at our whse.
is it possible to restrict these 10 qty of item from being sold to any other Customer other than whom hav ordered i.e if we create sale order for C02 the SBO should not take the items received from PO created based on Sales Order created for C01?
    Meera.

    Meera,
Which version of SBO are you using 2005 or 2007?
I don't think Serial numbers can help in this scenario.  There is no hard allocation or blocking possible using Serial numbers.
This is the Work around I am thinking about.
Set the items to be Batch Managed - On Every Transaction
When performing Goods Receipt, enter the Sales Order Number as the Batch Number
When creating the delivery, using SBO_SP_TransactionNotification we can easily check the Batch of the Item being selected and verify it with the BaseRef of Delivery lines to match with Sales Order number.
If the numbers don't match we can warn user with message, "The items batch reserved for Sales Order xyz"
Even if you make a mistake when entering the batch number same as Sales Order number when doing a goods receipt. It can still be traced and blocked during delivery.
Hint: The Batch table records the Goods Receipt transaction along with the BaseDocument number, Base Ref, etc
If you decide to go this route, I could help you further.
    Let me know

  • Link sales order with the PO

A s per my business requirement, we create a sales order and according to this sales order if the material is not available in stock we want to create purchase order to the vendor for the materials which not available, How I link the sales order with the purchase order?
Can you please any one help and advise me how this scenario can be handled in SAP

    Hello,
Are you looking to map cross docking or third party sales in your system. In both of these cases, purchase order is created which is link to sales order via purchase requistion. The only difference, here in these scenario's is that goods movement doesn't take place within the plant.
If this is so, then, you have customize, item categories and schedule lines used for them accordingly.
Ideally , in the aabove mentioned scenario (cross docking, third party sales) material are not kept in stock.
