Hi,
Take the reference of another system of those tasks and modify as it is.
And for Workflow Take Export the Workflow to XML using SWDD Tcode in another system and import the same using SWDD into the existing system.
In SWDD Tcode ==>
Step 1: Workflow-->Import/Export-->Export to XML File    " Export to XML file of the workflow which is in another system
Step 2: Workflow-->Import/Export-->Import from XML File " Import From XML file of the workflow which is in another system to current system
Hope this would help you to solve the issue.

  • Very very urgent - roll back changes made to standard Basis SWC

    Hello all,
I have a complex scenario where enterprise service enhancement was made.
Basis object is present below imported objects and it will have many standard sap objects
it gave a message "Object is defined in a subordinate software component version. Do you want to add the object to the software component and modify it?"
I made modifiction to the MESSAGE INTERFACE of Basis object and unknowingly I activated it.
Ever since that I see change symbol and M symbol to the standard object. I want to get rid off and place the original object back in place
How do I roll back to the original?
if not how do i put the actual basis object in that message interface of basis object?
plz tell me asap coz I want to put it back as it was earlier.
    thanks

  • How to create Object Links For non standard SAP Objects?

    Hi all,
I need to create an object link in cvo1n for a non standard SAP object (inspection characteristics) . we have two ways to do this
    1. Create a screen for the rquirement by taking the standard screens as reference.
    2. Implement badi document_obj.
I need a step by step process to perform both the steps. Sample codes will be helpful.
One more thing is that i need a link in the standard screens of inspection characteristics also. How to get a two way link both in cv01n and in the standard inspection char screen.

    hi
Customizing for the Do cument Management , you must maintain the key fields for the SAP objects that you want to link to document info records, by choosing Control Data ® Maintain key fields.
    Process
Program two screens for the following module pools for the SAP object that is to be linked additionally:
    u2013 SAPLCV00
    u2013 SAPLCVIN
The process logic must be according to that of screen 0204 in program SAPLCV00 and must not be changed.
Create the function module OBJECT_CHECK_XXXX (XXXX = name of the SAP object).
If this object can be classified, this function module already exists in the standard system. Otherwise, copy the existing function module OBJECT_CHECK_EQUI (linking of equipment) and change it to suit the new object.
also you can attach the document to PRT also. but it will not show you in dms. This type of attachment is only from otherside.

  • IDOC trigger using Z change pointers for standard SAP table

For IDOC trigger, is using custom change pointers on standard SAP master data tables, a good idea? A seasoned abaper told me "it will mess with the standard" and further told to go with scheduled job.
So, for example, say that my data for table T001K is updated via transports in PRD and I need to transfer this updated data via IDOC to an external system. Since there is no standard message type for this data, I will create a new one. Further, I will create a new change pointer for table T001K (it already has six fields with their data elements activated for Change Documents). Then I link the message type and the new change pointer. And so on an so forth. I have followed the procedure given here:SAP Tips: A to Z of Custom Change Pointer
Now, the question is, will this be a good idea to capture data and trigger IDOC? Or a batch program with calls to standard FM to read CDHRD/CDPOS be a more suitable option.
I need to know if a near instantaneous data transfer (and an effecient one as far as the system performance and reliability is concerned) can be acheived. If there is any other way of doing this, I am not aware of it!
Any one has any input/experience on this?

    Hi Viktor,
I think the batch program approach would be a good solution as the by this way you are taking matter into your own hands rather giving control to the SAP framework because you may have to test out the other approach as to how the standard SAP framework is behaving for custom change pointers.
    Thanks,
    Ravi

  • Transport Requests for standard SAP Objects

Is there a way we can determine the list of standard SAP objects(user exits, requirement routines, etc.) that were transported. Basically I would like to get a list of Standard SAP programs(non-Y and non-Z programs) which have been modified and transported up in the landscape.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  • Change description of standard SAP field

    Hi All,
I am trying to change the description of standard SAP field VKBUR from u201CSales Officeu201D to u201CDistrictu201D. I changed it in CMOD Text Enhancements Data Elements. The description has changed in many places but not in transaction VA01/02/03. I looked at screen SAPMV45A-4301. Field VBAK-VKBUR has attributes u201CModification of a field from the ABAP Dictionaryu201D set to u201CFu201D. It means when description is changed in dictionary, it is not transferred to this screen. So how can I change the description of this field in these transactions.
Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello Alvarado,
Thanks for your response. I found out that there is no need for core mod.
In SE63 doing translating short texts for object type screen texts works.
However I am giving you points for your suggestion and closing this thread

  • How to Change behavior of standard text object&text ID (SE75)?

    Hello there!!
    I'm struggling with this:
For standard text object C_SHES_ACH & ID 0001 (EHS: IHS Safety Measures) wichs is used as a description for safety measures (CBIH82/CBIH02..) need that when the user create or edit the text, already appears a "Fill in the blanks"  form.
For example, in CBIH82, editing an accident log, I go to Safety measures Button, then create a safety meassure, and when i click for long text description something like this should appear:
    TEXT 1 (1st Title)
    user line
    user line
    user line
    user line
    (free amount of user lines)
    TEXT 2 (2nd Title)
    user line
    user line
    user line
    user line
    (free amount of user lines)
Thanks a lot for your feedback!
    Rgds!!

    Hii,
I am unable to understand exactly wat you want.
But for free amount of lines : Keep that text under LOOP. Right click on template or window and create a loop and under that loop keep the text ,you can get many lines. or the given below point plzz follow.
1,Use SO10 Tcode to write standard text in Smartform.
    2.For long text
    method1
Create TEXT node- general attributes change text type to include text
then you can input text name/text object/text id/language
    method2
create PROGRAM LINE node - use FM READ_TEXT to read it to a internal table
then use LOOP or TABLE node to display it
    For TEXT module(For foreign language)
    Tr-code:smartforms -- choose Text module(not choose form)--create a text module object
then enter smartform Create TEXT node- general attributes change text type to text module
input the text module name which created by above
    3.
    1. take function module name of the smartform.
    2. goto se37 and type that fm name.
    3. goto attributes tab
    4. double click on either program or include .
    5. There u can find all the subroutines used inside smartform.
    6. search for "perform %move using %textkey-name".
4.Standard Texts are created in SO10 Tcode and stored in STXH table with OBject ,ID and NAME parameters. We can use Read_Text FM to read the text.
check the tables STXH & STXL.
    5.
How to CAll Standard Text in Smart Forms
In SFs you can insert the standard tests using the TEXT node. Create a TEXT NODE. Then in the GENERAL ATTRIBUTES of this TEXT node select INCLUDE TEXT in the TYPE option. Then you have to enter the text name, object , ID and language in the provided fields. Then if you dont want any error if there is no text in the corresponding text then CHECK the check box "No errors if no text available.

  • List NON-standard SAP objects

How can I list all NON-Standard objects on a SAP Oracle database?
Reason: I believe I have objects that were created with SAP naming conventions that were not part of the installed SAP modules.
My understanding is that there are SAP documentation tables like DOKIL that I could use to join against current objects.

I can confirm the table OIURV_DOC_DTL_BK is a standard table in ERP, it seems to be part of IS-OIL.
Let me wrap up the information to check, whether an object is standard or not:
    - If it is in the ABAP dictionary (table TADIR), then use SE11 to find the creator and package information
    - If it is not in the ABAP dictionary then the object was most likely created directly on the database. You can then query dba_objects for creation date (created). You will have to talk to the folks with direct database access about it. Generally objects should never be manipulated directly on the database.
    Cheers Michael

  • 2008 R2 server running off Hyper V is reverting changes made by users to directories/ files that are moved.

We have a Windows 2008 R2 file server ( running off hyper V)
It has intronis and backup exec installed for backups.
Users are creating folders on the server and moving files, and sometimes ( not every time but about 20% of the time) the changes they made/ folders they setup will be gone and the files are back in the original directory they were in the day before.
There are some NTFS errors ( Event ID 55) that say to run a chkdsk,
which we have done ( chkdsk /r )
But we are still having the problem.
Should we just replace the drive? There is not much on google about this type of problem anyone run into anything like this before?
    Thanks for any suggestions.

    Hi,
Do you restore the drive from backups? Do all the folders and files have the same issue in the drive or only some specific folders and files? Does the issue occur instantly?
You could refer to the article below to troubleshoot the event ID 55 error.

  • How to revert changes made to sequence file dynamically

    Problem synopsis:
    1. TestUUTs entry point of custom process model, which is based on NI SequentialModel is being executed.
    2. PreUUT step of process model set Execution.ClientFile according to serial number, provided by operator.
    3. During sequence execution step module inserts additional steps into running sequence.
    4. After first UUT loop iteration sequence contain all the original steps plus all the steps, which were added dynamically.  This is exactly what I need.
    5. Next UUT loop iteration is executing on updated sequence file. This is what I trying to prevent.
This design is serving following requirements:
    a) dynamically load test sequence
    b) dynamically add test results.
So my question is: how to implement this correctly?
I tried to release sequence file of previous iteration ("Engine.ReleaseSequenceFileEx") but it "SequenceFile.CanUnload==false" and "SequenceFile.IsExecuting==true".
But this happens during execution of PreUUT of process model. I think, at this point client sequence shall not be executing.
Steps 2. and 3. (see above) are executed in dll written using MS VC++ 2005.
    TestStand is 3.5.0.725
    Help me please.
    Thanks,

any help would be greatly appreciated.you need to add the TableModelListener to your table model.
    for example:
    model.addTableModelListener(new TableModelListener() {
                public void tableChanged(TableModelEvent e) {
                    // TODO Auto-generated method stub
});then, you need to put your custom business logic(saving data to a text file, etc) into the tableChanged method.
From TableModelEvent you can get all information about the model changes.

  • Changes in standard SAP programs

    Hello all,
How could I track the changes made to standard SAP programs by a client? The system is 4.0B and some standard R/3 application's source code has been modified to provide some non-standard functionalities (that was, probably, the worst solution - in many of the cases they could have use user exits or enhancements for achieving the same purpose).
In the table TRDIR (or, if you will, D010SINF) I can find the programs that were created by a set of users such as 'SAP' or 'SAP*' or 'DDIC' and were subsequently modified by client users (developers).
Furthermore, finding the development class of those programs (function module 'RS_PROGRAM_GET_DEVCLASS') gives me a better idea about what applications were really modified by the client.
Still, many of these programs that appear to have been created by 'SAP' or 'SAP*' and modified by other (client) users were <b>generated</b> as a consequence of <i>configuration changes</i> made by those client users, and therefore are not changes made to SAP R/3 standard.
Is there a way to track only those standard programs that were indeed modified by the client, at source code level?
    Thank you,
    Bogdan

    Hi Bogdan,
you can program your own tool-abap:
    1) select table <b>E070</b> ( TRFUNCTION = 'R' )
    2) -> for all entries select V_<b>E071EU</b>
          (TRKORR = e070-TRKORR)
    3)-> list all found objects:
      -V_E071EU-PGMID
      -V_E071EU-OBJECT
      -V_E071EU-OBJ_NAME
and create an interactive list (e.g. for SE11 and SE38)
    hope this helps

  • How to find CUSTOMER EXIT for a Standard SAP program

How to find CUSTOMER EXIT for a Standard SAP program

    Hi
To introduce the techniques of enhancement in standard SAP system. SAP creates customer exits for specific programs, screens, and menus within standard R/3 applications. These exits do not contain any functionality. Instead, the customer exits act as hooks. You can hang your own add-on functionality onto these hooks.
They do not affect standard SAP source code.
When you add new functionality to your SAP System using SAP’s exits, you do not alter the source code of standard SAP programs in any way. The code and screens you create are encapsulated as separate objects. These customer objects are linked to standard applications, but exist separately from SAP’s standard software package.
They do not affect software updates.
When you add new functionality to your SAP System using SAP’s exits, your objects (called customer objects) must adhere to strict naming conventions. When it comes time to upgrade a to a new software release, customer objects’ names ensure that they will not be affected by any changes or new additions to the standard software package.
Customer exits are not available for all programs and screens found in the SAP System.
Any change made to an SAP object in a customer system is called a modification. Customers usually modify their systems for one of two reasons. Either they make changes to the SAP standard in order to adjust the R/3 System to their specific business needs (actual modifications), or they alter individual SAP objects in order to correct an error (as recommended in an SAP error note).
You should only modify the SAP standard if the modifications you want to make are absolutely necessary for optimizing work flow in your company. Be aware that good background knowledge of application structure and flow are important prerequisites for deciding what kind of modifications to make and how these modifications should be designed.
SAP application programmers create SAP enhancements in transaction SMOD using function module exits, menu exits, and screen exits.
Customers are given a catalog containing an overview of existing SAP enhancements. They can then combine the SAP enhancements they want into an enhancement project using transaction CMOD.
SAP enhancements are made up of component parts. These components include function module exits, menu exits, and screen exits. A specific component may be used only once in a single SAP enhancement (this guarantees the uniqueness of SAP enhancements).
Customer enhancement projects consist of SAP enhancements. Each individual SAP enhancement may be used only once in a single customer enhancement program (this guarantees the uniqueness of a customer project).
SAP application programmers preplan function module exits, menu exits, and screen exits for their applications and combine them to create useful enhancements for the R/3 System.
Customers create their own enhancement projects for their systems using SAP enhancements. You can customize the individual components of an enhancement project by creating your own include programs (for function module exits), texts (for menu exits), and subscreens (for screen exits).
